I forgot to get pictures of the lobby. The lobby has a very cool social work vib. The room was on the small side but quiet and clean. AC worked!!! AC working is not very common at most hotels. Both the breakfast sandwich and coffee were delicious. Internet connection was solid

A besties of mine invited me to this restaurant and I was excited coming from D.C. But quickly was underwhelmed with the service. Our server might have checked on us 4 times over a 3 hour brunch. The food and drinks were average(I ordered an expresso martini). The service is what I found to be disappointed with the most. I find it odd when you have to keep asking for water refills especially when drinking alcohol. It should be a given that it’s provided and shouldn’t have to be constantly requested. My sandwich was good but the bacon was light skin so we had to ask for it to be cooked a little longer (the both of us requested this). The manager eventually checked in and was extremely polite and kind. Due to my interaction with him I’d go back.Bathrooms were clean and the overall aesthetic is modern and beautiful. I lived here years ago and to come back to this “new revamped” Columbus has been refreshing.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in all year (I spend 50% of my year changing hotels daily). The design of the place is modern and boutique feeling. I loved the comfortable warm color of blue they used to paint the walls. The lighting was soft and rustic. The bathrooms were tiled beautifully and showers were great, although slow to get hot. The restaurant, bar rooftop and coffee shop made it not necessary to leave property and have great food and beverage options. The location across the river is quiet and yet close to everything. I found myself wanting to spend more time at the hotel than most other hotels I have stayed in.

Very comfortable rooms. Great restaurant with a nice, ample cocktail bar. Super staff - shout out to Anthony who helped me retrieve an item I left in the room! Our service staff at the restaurant for diner was wonderful too, moving us in and out efficiently so we could make our concert. Great public parking at COSI across the street, just a short walk. I would stay here again.

Very inviting feeling as soon as I walked in. The room was clean and comfortable! The bed might The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The rooftop bar was very nice with wood burning fireplaces. Julia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

UPDATE: After calling and speaking to the front desk manager, Jeremy, and letting him know my frustration he comped part of my stay and reassured me this would be something they'd assure never would happen again. I appreciated his kind words and I adjusted my rating a little to reflect that. I appreciated his kindness. The room and overall hotel aesthetic is the biggest plus for the Junto. It's so pretty. Lots of different food and drink options on site. All are worth checking out. What this place lacks is good housekeeping. I checked into a room that was riddled with issues. The bed was made completely incorrectly (no bed sheet, no duvet cover, had to call housekeeping to fix it) the toilet was not flushing properly and the padded area by the window sill was soaked deep into the mattress and I woke the first morning to my clothes I had left there absolutely soaked. Overall, I definitely recommend stopping by one of the bars or restaurants. I think I'd stay here again, hoping that I wouldn't be so unlucky as to get such a room. They didn't think to comp me in any capacity (until after calling) and also didn't confirm my credit card details which I was hoping to switch to a different card before they charged me and they had already charged me. They also charge a $13 credit card fee on top of other fees so beware.

Everything about this hotel/experience was lovely. The people are kind and authentic, the decor and accessories had a youthful but nostalgic vibe, and there’s a lot of fun places to hang out within the hotel like the multiple restaurants, outdoor space on the ground floor and rooftop, and even the lobby was expansive but yet relaxed and inviting. 100% will return.

If I could give service 10 stars I would! Issues arise everywhere but how they are handled sets a place apart. We had the most amazing customer service by Shawn at the front desk when the NFL players hosting a louder than expected dance party above our room were keeping us up. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous, he is also possibly one of the nicest humans on the planet - Junto, you need to do whatever you need to do to keep him! Hotel is gorgeous and a perfect place to spend a cozy winter weekend with all of the fireplaces inside and out. Food and drinks were delicious and area is so fun to walk around especially on a Franklinton Friday. Put this place on your short list to visit - we can't wait to go back and try it out during the warmer months too!

Nicely decorated and up to date. Great boutique atmosphere. I question the build quality of the hotel, though. Walls seem awfully “thin”. We could hear water running in the walls, furniture moving from above us, hallway noises were louder than at most other larger brands. Also, what exactly is a Community Development Fee that is charged on a daily basis to your guests? And you also pass on credit card processing fees to your guests as well…

By far the most pleasant surroundings and friendliest, most competent service of any hotel in Columbus. The food is great in all the several restaurants and bars. Good bedding. I love the reusable water bottles and lobby water fountain for filling them. There’s a nice gym with great natural light. They had a fire on the patio every night.

Highly recommended! The staff, from valet to check in to waitstaff is extraordinary. The lobby is a highlight of the stay, chic without being pretentious. The rooms are very comfortable with great views of downtown Columbus. We travel extensively and this hotel ranks with the best.

The hotel was amazing, great location, amenities, etc. However, they charged me for parking that I never used. I contacted the hotel and spent an hour and half arguing with them that I shouldn't have been charged for parking through the hotel. The employee at the check-in counter instructed me to pay with my credit card when exiting the garage (rather than putting it on my room). However, they still charged me on my folio at check-out and accused me of dishonestly trying to request a refund. I spent over $2,000.00 at this hotel over 3 days and they are treated me like a criminal over $114 in parking that wasn't owed to them.I expect better from Hilton. A great experience turned into a customer that will not being staying at another Hilton for a while.

Exceptional hotel! Great location and service, hotel is beautiful and clean! Enjoyed the view from our room and the amenities. Price was great considering the hotel was full. Room was perfectly clean except the duvet. I hope that management sees this and makes an effort to ensure the bedding is cleaned and getting changed properly. Ours duvet was not in a duvet cover, just had extra sheet on both sides and it had someone else’s makeup on it.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. There was some confusion with the room that we initially booked, but Christopher was great and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and the location is perfect! Walking distance to all the restaurants
If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a like 👍🏽👍🏽😊. Okay, there were several problems with this hotel.Let's stem back to hospitality. I'll start with the hotel itself. It is in a very good area, downtown Columbus. The rooms were nice, but they were super dark. I called downstairs to see if I could get an additional desk light. No one ever came up. I called the second time, and no one ever came then. This is a total lack of customer service. Because this was a short night.Stay for me. I gave up and went downstairs to the restaurant. My order they got it completely wrong. Again, because of lack of time, I decided to just go with it, which was not pleasing in any kind of way to me. When I got back upstairs, I discovered that there was additional lighting in the room, but the panel was in a weird place. See the pictures that I have posted. This would have been wonderful information from the front desk. When I called down twice to see about getting a light again, it was a horrible lack of customer service. The bed was just a little bit lumpy, so it didn't sleep all that well. But the shower had good hot water pressure. I would not stay here again, had I had a choice.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, giving the impression of a high-end hotel, and the price reflected that. The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, which was a plus. However, I did notice a few drawbacks. The water was extremely hard, which dried out my hair significantly. The makeup mirror was also a bit off – it squeaked, and the reflection seemed distorted. Additionally, while the bathroom door closed, it didn’t block any noise, making it difficult to use without disturbing someone sleeping in the room. I had to turn on white noise to compensate. Overall, for the price we paid, the stay was decent, but these small issues were noticeable.

From the moment I pulled up and valet greeted me I knew my family & I were in for a real treat. The staff at the front were AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. The property itself was a 10/10 clean. Literally had employees scrubbing the floors with machines and buffers. Thanks again for another great stay. I'm a loyal Hilton fan. You always get a good experience with Hilton !
