Kristie at the front desk was amazing! She was super friendly and nice to talk to, she made my check in a smooth and easy and made me feel very welcomed. Rooms were clean and super nice everyone there was friendly and I enjoyed my stay overall
Reserved a handicapped accessible room. The room was spacious & clean. The shower didn't have any safety grab bars or a handheld shower. Very dangerous for someone with standing issues.
The rooms was clean, the beds were made & smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean & smelled nice. The shower & toilet were clean. The beds are pretty comfortable. Employees/staff were very nice & attentive. Overall, this was a nice hotel for the price. I would 10/10 recommend this place.
Worst place i ever stayed. I paid for 2 nights $300. I have my sister at the pool with her 2 kids. She doesnt swim her kids are my guest. Manager made us get out of the pool and have my sister get a room so they could use the pool for an hour. Manager was a horrible person. Her room was filled with mold and they did not stay. Second night I stay im itching so bad. I had to leave in the middle of the night. They would not refund my money they said they had to investigate. I fled in the middle of the night. I could've at least gotten a discount. They said just because you have a complaint doesnt mean its true. I called corporate to open a case because no one could get me the Manager the night I came down there the lady at the front desk was asleep. Corporate tells me they can't do anything its really up to the manager. So I waited 2 weeks and we get ahold of her and I told her I had a case with corporate. She said if I had a case what was I doing calling her and that they closed off the room and found nothing. I got lice that week and I sure as heck didn't have it until I stayed there. I will never do business there. And when I was at the pool someone had been in my room moving my stuff because the TV channel was changed. And it was a public wifi network my phone kept casting to the TV and I saw little Chinese letters pop up in my phone. Idk what was wrong with the wifi. The manager is a miserable person and doesnt care about anyone. I appreciate the lice I had to treat and the $300 I lost and I paid for the extra night to get sleep and they decided to bang on my door at 8am by the maid even thought I wasn't set to check out the next day. I was miserable and late to work.
The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Check in was quick and easy. The price is definitely affordable. Great location. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. Nice sized bathroom. My only complaint is the toilet seat needs to be replaced. It's in bad condition. Overall I would visit again .
I rarely leave reviews and rarely even leave bad reviews. But...
I'll preface by saying the staff itself was nice but the manager chose to be an idiot. We came here as part of a group for a weekend soccer tournament and requested a later checkout given the game schedule and offered to pay for the extra 1-2 hours of a stay. Manager said no.
So if you're looking for an accommodating and flexible hotel, this one isn't it.
Secondly, the AC is wildly ineffective and the room feels humid as heck. Multiple families found mold on their AC vents and curtains. The sofa bed felt like I was sleeping on top of a chain link fence.
The breakfast food was below average. But the lobby/ cafe area was nice. All in all for the money this one was a bad get. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in my life and this is the first time I've left a negative review and the first time I've run into a hotel manager that chose the route of being inhospitable while running a business of... Hospitality.
After driving all night from Wisconsin I came to comfort suites in Elizabethtown, ky exhausted and just needing to lay down with my 2 kids. It was 3am and the night clerk was awesome at getting my family quickly into a room to rest. He was very nice and gave me some great advice. The next morning my experience was even better. We were able to take our time getting ready and Nikki at the front desk is phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure my birthday vacation runs smoothly. I appreciate the excellent customer service and friendlyness. We will be extending our stay here and our new favorite spot for comfort!
They do not accommodate Diamond members or offer any of the benefits associated with Diamond members. When asking for early check in/late check out benefit, the front desk associate was rude and dismissive. Will not stay with them again. If you’re looking to use your choice hotel rewards and benefits, find another hotel willing to accommodate those earned benefits.
Room was dirty. Air conditioning did not work properly. Light fixture was broken. Was charged for two nights- only stayed one night- and hotel did not want to reimburse me. Had to spend countless hours fighting with them to do the right thing. Price was extreme for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend at all.
This is a wonderful location. Rooms were very clean, secure, and quiet. The property is well kempt. The staff were wonderful as well. Breakfast was ok for a quick bite before hitting the road again. Pricing was well below expected. I would highly recommend this location for a stay.
Good value for a very livable room. I had 2 queen bed room which included a table, rolling chair and chair in the corner that I frankly didn't see until end of stay. I was there 5 days. TV viewing is not up to modern standards of apps but the cable had enough to suit me. No music on the TV channels but the little radio/clock had a station with old music (kindof cute; kindof). The lobby wasn't too functional. Breakfast was OK but I mostly went to McDonald's across the street. Lots of eating options around which is nice. No bar (sad face). Big pool indoors in a big open space with lots of seating all around. I was there past pool season but I'd guess kids love it. Front desk folks very friendly and helpful. Parking very easy and free. I travel a lot and often higher end than Greenfield but I'd easily stay here again.
Very seldom am I impressed by a hotel stay. But clearly Greenfield works hard to ensure their customers are satisfied. The room was clean, hallways were clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Check in and out were also easy. As I write that, it does not sound all that impressive because that's what s customer should expect. But most hotels, no matter the price, don't seem to do so off the above very well. Greenfield did and if I am in the area again, I will definitely stay with them. Also, whoever the lady was talking care of the breakfast room on 10/7/2025, she was excellent! She paid close attention to everything, was always busy, and ensured the place was spotless. Very impressive!
The room was very spacious and quiet. It felt very clean inside. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding could be improved. The pool area was nice with many live plants in the room. The breakfast was decent, but not many healthy options. It was a little strange how the breakfast attendant kept wiping our table and cleaning underneath it while my kids were eating.
Beautiful, comfortable, VERY enjoyable stay. Well worth the stay. They have their negatives like the only meat they offer for breakfast is sausage but for all of the other amenities, no real complaints! Book this joint if you're near Louisville... Jacuzzis in the room with super large shower heads too. The beds cradle you just right. Clean and orderly... definitely THE choice for a stay.
Great location right off the interstate. Room was nice and comfortable. Bed was nice and firm plus they had a lot of pillows if you didn't bring your own. The building showed it's age but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Great hot breakfast! You won't regret your stay. Keep up the great work.
Checked in late. Nice warm welcome. Great, clean, basic room. Walked in the room and was impressed with the simplicity overall. The water pressure gets a 5.8. Angelina is the bomb! I tipped her. Breakfast was really good. It gets an 8.7. Michelle is on top of it! I tipped her too. Overall this hotel is simple and just the way it should be. Make reservations because they stay full! I will stay again soon.
There is a reason, this place is packed. I booked 40 rooms for my guests for my Baby Shower. Service and rooms were impeccable. I know this because i was given keys before 3 PM and i went to each room myself to put welcome bag. Mr. Brian has done amazing work in booking rooms for my guests. All my guests including some motel owner them self have said this place is well maintained and clean. Thanks you all for wonderful experience. Hope to be back in my next celebration.
What a great experience my fiancée, daughter, and I had. It was actually a beautiful place, clean and an incredible staff. Thanks, Bryan, Frank, and the newly hired young woman. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside was we had to leave, and we fell on love with the atmosphere. Pet friendly and access to plenty of fast food and dine in restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend anyone who's required to stay there, whether passing through or on a business trip, to consider staying there. You will not be disappointed at all.
For the money this place was great. Staff was very accomodating and met our needs. Rooms were clean and facility was clean. Breakfast was great.... for the cost you cannot beat. Word of advice...stairs are very slippery entering pool.
If traveling with kids, read this: The front desk gentleman was very helpful and had a great sense of humor that we appreciated. He gave us a few local ideas for dinner, and things to checkout during our brief visit. Hotel has a convenient location, was clean, and best of all the kids enjoyed the safari atmosphere pool and ping pong table. We highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with kids, the entire pool space was great. Pool closes at 10pm, we wish it was 11pm but overall great! Our room was a regular double queen bed room, and had a jet tub in it that was a pleasant surprise that the kids enjoyed after the pool closed at 10.
