We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good nice selections and well stocked. The only major disappointment was the whirlpool tub was somewhat clean and only 2 jets worked (room 118). The other thing that may bother some people and was only a minor bother to us was the airport being so close and airplanes flying over the hotel. It never woke us up. Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff but we’ll probably stay elsewhere when coming back to town.
This is a very dated property. Our room had a musty smell and was need of a deep cleaning. The room was surface clean but needed a new mattress. The furniture was worn and baseboard/deep cleaning had not been tended to in a long time.

Staff were helpful upon checking in. Breakfast attendant was rather rude and snappy.

Breakfast consisted of:
Hot options-
Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.
Continental options: fruit, cereal toast, muffins and yogurt.

Our stay consisted of one night.

This is a nice place. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and the waffles were good. The people who cleaned the room took great pride in doing a great job. They were very helpful. It was a great place to stay in order to visit the city and other attractions in the area. It wasn't overcrowded, located near some car dealerships, but it wasn't noisy, just a good place to get some sleep between seeing the sights.

Great centralized location with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They have lemonade and fruit in the lobby every day. Cookies were offered over the weekend which my kids loved. My only negative comment would be their pet fee is high $30 a night per pet.

We were looking for a place between our 2 destination points and have always had a good experience with Best Western. They only had a room that was out of our price range. My wife remembered that we had a membership but did not have the card. They checked my email and found it. They were able to give us a discount that made the room affordable for us. We booked 3 nights and stayed in a comfortable room with a king-sized bed and jacuzzi. The hot breakfast was awesome. Coffee, fruit, and cookies in the lobby 24 hours a day. We were very pleased with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay.

We were seeking an inexpensive hotel for a two night stay in Florence, KY. We weren’t expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. Grounds and rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet and no road noise or noise from neighbors above or next to us. We are light sleepers so this was a HUGE plus! Hotel staff was super friendly and check in/out was super quick and easy. We will definitely keep this hotel as a first choice for our quick trips back to Florence!

Fine but so overpriced. I paid over $130 and it was passable but not particularly enjoyable. A place to sleep though and the the bed was comfy so if it was cheaper I would have been happier. I came in at 2am and it took a while for someone to come to the desk but when a person did come they were very nice.

It's OKAY. Service was great. Your room might have a slight smell (i attribute this to their policy to allow pets for a small fee). My bed was clean. There was already a long hair in the shower. Breakfast bagels were hard. But it was affordable, so if I needed to and didn't have much of a choice, I would stay there again.
We booked here for a short weekend trip to Florence and it was worth the money and was a fine hotel to stay at! The building and rooms are a little run down and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke (not our room though!). Our room was nice and clean and served its purpose for our trip, and was worth our money. The staff were incredible helpful and very kind during all hours we interacted with them! The free breakfast here was sufficient and I found food I enjoyed - cannot complain! The location was great and so close to many places we went!! Overall this hotel was good and I would recommend!

So far our stay has been fabulous. The location is great the beds are comfortable and the staff members have been great. A special thank you to Jeff at the front desk I needed to mail a postcard and I wanted it to get back to Georgia before we did. Jeff was more than happy to show us where the outgoing mail was but informed us that the mail had just been picked up he then gave us directions to the post office which was just a short distance from the hotel and all this without even having to ask now that's hospitality! I can't remember the name of the clerk that checked us in but she was awesome as well and offered assistants to us with our luggage. Keep up the excellent biscuit & gravy and hospitality.
