Wow... Just wow...
Let me start with this. The room service people are extremely kind, and super helpful. They were able to help with most of these issues in about to address, but they shouldn't be issues to begin with.
This place is nasty! I don't care what stars you're rated, or how much you charge, it shouldn't be this dirty! Walking through the door, with my kid!, we pass an opened condom on the ground! Through the door past the stairs, again with my kid, there's a beer can sitting there! Then when we're in the room, the "new" toilet paper has something spilled on it so not even thats clean. And if you feel dirty after all that just hop in the shower, but stay right in the middle and avoid their nasty looking walls! The room smells bad too, we bought air freshener just to bear the nights.
Again, the room service staff helped with what they could, but there was a lot of poor first impressions... At least there's wifi and an acceptably clean bed though, and a small pool to cool off.

Quiet. Clean. No bugs which is priority these days. And Ms Connie the overnight lady at the front desk is awesome. She engaged in conversation that was genuine not scripted and helped me with a number for a reward I was trying to claim through online booking. The two times I went down were late and she was up and active unlike many other overnight staff in other places. She helped me with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bugging her (also experienced other places)

Nice hotel. We'll maintained and cleaned. Beds were more comfortable than most. Basic breakfast fare, with the ever present waffle maker and what passes for eggs. Location amongst older storefronts and shops. Very convenient to 95.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms were clean and I felt comfortable the entire time. House keeping cleaned rooms everyday if you wanted them too. A great place to stay

I loved staying here! The location was perfect because it's right next door to my job. I came here with my boyfriend who came to visit from out of town. We reserved a smoking room with a single queen bed. The room was very clean, the tv had plenty of channels to choose from, and the hot breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. For 2 nights, it only cost $222 ($ 50 deposit included) [you get your deposit back within 1 week] All in all, I will definitely come back and book again
