Whether you are with a group or solo, this is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food and beverage offerings are top notch. Because of the keyed entry, you feel secure and relaxed. Also very convenient to casino, river and quarter. Have stayed twice and look forward to the next!

The hotel was clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and has a friendly staff. My only issue was the car noise from the road next to the hotel was extremely loud. Not just regular traffic; cars were revving their cars all night on the street. Our only purpose in staying here was to sleep and we only got a few hours of sleep.

I recently stayed at the Loews New Orleans and everything about my stay was magnificent. The staff was warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful view of the city from my room. I received great restaurant recommendations from the staff. Since this was a work trip, we were in the hotel for most of the day.
THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. After enjoying breakfast and lunch, mini desserts and snacks, we really didn't need to leave the hotel for food.

They definitely try to take advantage of tourists at this hotel. A room with the water view for three people is $945, while a city view room for three people is $860. The water view is more so a view of other hotels, the casino, and a GLIMPSE of the water. Why charge all that extra money for a “water view”? The Loews hotel also loved adding random charges to your debit/credit card. They kept adding random charges of $225 and $560 to my friend’s debit card. This was my first time in New Orleans and next time I come, I definitely will not be back to this hotel. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful inside. The staff lied to us about breakfast being included in what we paid for, but then she came back and said that breakfast is $22 per person. This hotel would be much better if the staff were honest about all the costs, instead of saying one thing one day, then saying something else another day. Not really worth all the extra charges in my opinion, but it’s a nice looking hotel with nice rooms.

The location was perfect. Everything was between a 5 to 15 minute walking distance depending where you are headed. The rooms are nice and clean. I love they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi because it was just too hot to hang outside. The pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The gym was very nice and maintained. We only had breakfast at this hotel. The food was petty good. Great hotel desk staff customer service. I gave it 4 stars because of the price I feel they can stand to offer more in amenities. The amenities they did have did not work aside from the ATM. Both computers and printers were down in the business center. The spa is no longer offered, and the waitress in the restaurant could provide better service. A group dined and dashed because she kept disappearing and took forever to wait on people. She became more attentive after the large group skipped out on their bill.

A beautiful hotel within walking distance to the French Quarter. Valet parking in a secure deck available for a fair fee. Our check-in was very pleasant - the woman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and gave us an overview of the amenities. The room itself was large and quite comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet. We had a nice view of the Mississippi River from our window. Pets allowed for a fee. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the plush room and friendly staff!

2025: NOPSI is wonderful for Mardi Gras as usual. The staff are particularly kind and pleasant this year (they are every year!)!
I appreciated that there was no longer wristband required for entry, and no key card needed for elevator. I feel just as safe here as always.
Had the burger on Thursday night, still not good 😅, so food from nearby restaurants (2 Chicks, Pizza Luna) is still recommended.
Still highly recommend this hotel any time of year.

2024: I love NOPSI, it's nicely located where you can walk to the craziness in the FQ, but you're far enough out to catch a cab to uptown parades. Everyone, and I mean literally everyone, who was working there was nice and cheerful the whole week of Mardi Gras, which is really amazing.

I dock one star this year because the Mardi Gras food offerings were abysmal. Ended up paying $50 for two burgers that were worse than a high school cafeteria. Absolute culinary travesty. I get that it's Mardi Gras, but I'd suggest just not offering anything at all if the food is going to be that bad. We stopped eating at the hotel and just walked to the nearby Pizza Luna.

My stay at NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The service was top-notch—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, NOPSI is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, But Be Ready for the Fees

I recently stayed at the NOPSI Hotel and absolutely loved it! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a classic yet modern feel, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere really captured the charm of New Orleans. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights!

That being said, the fees can add up quickly. From parking to resort fees, the extras are on the pricey side, so be prepared for that when budgeting your stay.

Would I stay here again? You’re absolutely right—I would! But I’d go in knowing what to expect when it comes to the cost. Overall, a great experience, just keep an eye on the final bill!

While we did arrive early and unfortunately couldn't do early check-in, we were met with such amazing and kind staff. Once our room was ready, we were given complimentary treats that made the stay even more worth it. Once arriving to our room, it was spacious and clean. I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you Nopsi and thank you to your amazing team.

Nice location (Business District) walking distance to pretty much everything. I guess we got a basic room which is the worst basic room I have had in quite a while, room is very small, carpet needs cleaning and room has a odor, King bed with a whole lot of pillows, small fridge, personal safe, couple small chairs. Nice size bathroom, friendly staff for the most part, housekeeping is bad.
Nice amenities, but isn't what I expected only from the room aspect!
I will try to make the best of it as I have a couple days left on my stay.

Great Hotel

Stayed for one night in September 23 whilst visiting NOLA.

Great Hotel with friendly staff, excellent gin bar and room facilities were good.

The rooftop bar and pool was a real bonus.

Only negative the room we had looked out onto a wall with no view at all. If we knew this beforehand we would have upgraded.

Despite this the room was really enjoyable.

Beautiful, clean hotel at a great location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great 35th anniversary celebration/getaway here.
Thanks to Concierge Shawn and Kevin for recommending and booking a couple of the tours, Tara the great bartender at the Gun bar, who we had lots of good laughs with. Excellent tasty food at the lobby bar. And what would we have done without Kevin in the lobby! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

One of the best hotel experiences. The hotel is updated and everything feels 5star. Just as important is the fact that the staff is above and beyond friendly. So many hellos, every request is honored and there is just a positive vibe everywhere. I was working in the evening and asked for coffee from the bartender, Chelsea Chiasson - who was so delightful to speak with. She not only made the coffee, but went out of her way to make sure that I was welcome. Cant say enough about this place. Gym and rooftop are A+. Highly recommended!

NOPSI is classy and modern looking despite being an old classic in New Orleans. We are greeted pleasantly and appreciate the early booking as the room was available for us without extra charges. It was a big event/conference happening and are surprised that they can take the load.
The pool was small but it is a pool. The mattresses are comfy but the mini-fridge is a cooler as they mentioned because it had cooling issues and we had issues with the door. We are also disappointed that the GO-Green option was not offered despite the sign in the room. Go-Green bypasses the daily housekeeping service to reduce the towels cleaning etc.
We appreciate the concierge named Andrew as he suggested a restaurant for dinner. As for the rest of the staff and they are friendly as well.

New Orleans Hotels with Jacuzzi in the Room

You will find 20 hotels with outdoor and in-room Jacuzzis in New Orleans, Louisiana. You’re looking at anywhere from $61 to $402 per night, depending on the season, neighborhood, and the city’s events calendar.

Entry pricing starts just above $60 at Days Inn By Wyndham New Orleans Pontchartrain, while premium French Quarter properties such as Hotel Monteleone and Bourbon Orleans Hotel can exceed $400 per night during peak festivals.

What makes New Orleans different is its unique setting. Unlike in other cities, where whirlpool tubs usually sit in standard room corners or bathrooms, New Orleans often places Jacuzzis in restored historic homes or in outdoor courtyards.

You have a legendary historic neighborhood with 18th–19th-century buildings featuring gorgeous Creole architecture and private outdoor spa tubs, as well as a few districts lined with tree-lined streets and mansions fitted with in-room spa tubs.

Choosing the right neighborhood and hotel with a Jacuzzi in New Orleans doesn’t have to be a stressful experience. This guide helps couples, business travelers, and families on vacation to find that perfect accommodation in New Orleans, Louisiana.

What Are the Best New Orleans Districts for Jacuzzi Suites?

We offer 6 properties with Jacuzzis in the famous French Quarter. Opened back in 1886, the Hotel Monteleone is situated inside one of the most recognizable buildings in the city and offers a lovely swimming pool and suites with in-bathroom jetted tubs. There is also Omni Royal Orleans, an award-winning retreat with a rooftop observation deck, heated pool, and fabulous city views. Upscale rooms and Jacuzzi suites at Omni Royal Orleans go for $234 per night. Pricing in the French Quarter generally ranges from $180 to $350 per night, with a significant increase in hotel rates during Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest.

Just east of the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny and the Treme offer 3 properties with hot tubs. This area has the most distinctive selection of Jacuzzi rooms in all of New Orleans. Fleur De Lis Mansion occupies a beautiful 19th-century historic building adorned with plants, flowers, and private patio spaces. Selected suites come with in-room spa tubs at Fleur De Lis Mansion. Blue60 Marigny in the Faubourg Marigny district offers a picturesque courtyard with a large Jacuzzi and easy access to Bourbon Street. Expect to pay around $136 per night at this colorful midtown inn. In this area, nightly rates typically range between $150 and $260 outside major event periods, and free parking is typically included in the price.

The Garden District and Lower Garden District have a quieter mansion setting. Here, hot tub properties feel more residential than hotel-like. Maison Perrier, housed in an adorable 19th-century mansion on Perrier Street, is perfect for couples. Think tall shuttered windows, hardwood floors, ornate mantels, vintage architectural details, and soaking tubs. This area feels calmer than Bourbon Street but remains within a short drive from downtown New Orleans. Rates generally fall between $160 and $300 per day.

The CBD and Warehouse District are home to typical chain hotels such as the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans. Here, Jacuzzis are usually placed inside modern bathrooms. The Superdome and the convention center are just a short walk away, and hotel prices here are more affected by popular events.

What Types of Hot Tub Hotels Are Unique to New Orleans?

Honestly, New Orleans stands out for courtyard and patio-integrated Jacuzzis, particularly in Marigny and French Quarter properties. Approximately 30% of properties in the city have boutique or courtyard-style settings. Some of the best examples of outdoor Jacuzzis in New Orleans include B&W Courtyards, Lookout Inn of New Orleans, and Inn on Ursulines. Other hotels offer traditional bathroom tubs within renovated historic houses. The only area where you will find modern structures is in the CBD and Warehouse District.

How Annual Events Affect Jacuzzi Room Pricing in New Orleans?

In New Orleans, prices for hotels with hot tubs are inflated during major festivals. Mardi Gras, typically in February or early March, is the city’s strongest pricing driver, with French Quarter spa tub accommodations often requiring booking 8–12 weeks in advance. Jacuzzi suites in the Quarter and Marigny fill first.

Jazz Fest (April–May), Saints home games near the Superdome, Essence Festival, Halloween, and New Year’s Eve also create surge pricing, often raising nightly rates by 40–70% in central neighborhoods. Outside of festival periods, pricing stabilizes, especially in the Garden District and CBD.

Choosing where to stay in New Orleans depends on a few factors. If you want historic architecture, courtyard privacy, and easy access to attractions and entertainment, go to the French Quarter. The Garden District delivers mansion-style hot tub accommodation, while Marigny provides boutique outdoor Jacuzzi appeal. For hotels with modern bathrooms fitted with elegant spa tubs, stay in the central business district.
