No complaints, we had a great 3 day stay- despite remodeling on going, every single member of the staff was super nice and very helpful. Solid variety of breakfast items prepared just right got us going every morning. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
This property is currently under a remodel which is a good thing. However, they should be closed while the main floor is being done and then floor by floor during the remodel. Construction supplies and dust everywhere including the breakfast area even though it's on a different floor. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The minute the doors opened it looked like something out of the early 80's (reminded me of Three's Company TV show). The carpets were filthy and stained and everything was just really old and nasty. The only positive was the room was pretty clean. The BIGGEST issue was, I had somewhere to be in Bloomington at 11:00 a.m.. I waited from 8:00 until 10:30 and we never did get any hot water. A construction guy told us they were too cheap to buy new water heaters so he was trying to repair theirs. Before staying here, my advice would be to call the hotel direct and ask if the remodel is completed.
This hotel was good for what we needed it to be. It is currently under construction so the lobby looks rough and breakfast is in the basement. Breakfast was disappointing as we usually love Holiday Inn breakfasts, but a lot of the best options weren't there, but it still had a lot. The room was nice and spacious, but the walls were thin and we heard a lot that sounded like it was in the same room. The staff was very kind and that was the best thing here, I could count on them to assist at the front desk.
Was disappointed to not have been told the pool is closed. Renovation going on the place looked awful. Renovation began in the early morning could not sleep. I've stated her before and iy was nice. With all these issues right now. Not so nice. Also they lock your key before you check out in the morning so don't leave your room for a luggage cart! They also lock your key if your staying for 2 days in the same room fyi.
I got to stay at Super 8 in Bloomington, Indiana + the very rude receptionist was not on duty + I had the very best experience with the receptionist he was. You're very helpful. Very nice. Very professional + restored my faith humanity and let me know that mean people can absolutely ruin an entire company, but I wanted to post this review to let Super 8 now that your receptionist is the key to repeat business and to a very enjoyable stay. So hopefully you can give your very mean receptionist extra customer care training. I just want to give two thumbs up to the nighttime receptionist at Super 8 and did a great job + gave me hope that there are still good people in the world.
Horrible. First black mold shot up of tub. Floors dirty, holes and “white stains” on couch and bed ruffles. AM staff taking so loud at 5:30 am (and kept loudly taking all morning). Staff using restrooms right next to room and when they used the hand dryer sounded like they were running vacuum at 6:00 am for Long period of time. Breakfast is a joke; dirty waffle maker, cheese crackers, stale old pastries and stale cereal. You can hear everything through thin walls. No soap, shampoo.. nothing. All of this for 240.00 per night (price gouging due to something going on in town). What a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is not worth 50.00 a night. Do not book here. Was a nightmare. The pic with the food that expired in 2019.. this pic was taken in 2025 and was part of the breakfast option
Nice rules for the hotel. Some snacks and drinks available in the morning. Lovely room. Not super big, but decent enough for me and my wife. The bed was cozy. The chair was cozy. The fridge and microwave was great. Soap and toilet paper were great although the soap wasn't high quality. It was hard to scrub off our hands and we had to get our own soap. The television was a high quality one
very clean rooms staff is friendly and willing to help around the clock. it's kind of a pain pulling in and out of this location but very much worth it... they also have a pool and daily breakfast..

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions — Bloomington, IN
What is the price range for hotels with Jacuzzi in room in Bloomington, IN?
Most Bloomington-area hot tub/Jacuzzi stays seem to fall in the budget to mid-range bracket, with examples around $65–$140+ per night before or around taxes depending on date, room type, and property. I found current examples as low as about $65 total for a cheaper option, around $103–$123 for mid-range stays, and higher for larger specialty rentals or better-rated suites. Expect rates to jump on Indiana University graduation weekends and football weekends.
What amenities can I expect at Bloomington, IN hotels with Jacuzzi in room?
The usual package is free Wi-Fi, free parking, breakfast, indoor pool access, and standard suite features like a larger room or sitting area. Some properties also mention kitchenettes, daily housekeeping, and accessible facilities. For example, Bloomington listings currently highlight amenities such as free breakfast, indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.
When is the best time to visit Bloomington, IN for hotels with Jacuzzi in room?
For weather, the best stretch is usually June through September, with warm conditions and the strongest overall tourism weather score in late summer. For a more relaxed couples trip, early fall is often the sweet spot because Bloomington is attractive then too. But for hotel value, avoid big-demand dates tied to IU, especially Spring Commencement on May 8–9, 2026, and major home football weekends, because availability tightens and rates usually climb.
What is the cancellation policy for hotels with Jacuzzis in room in Bloomington, IN?
There is no single Bloomington-wide cancellation policy. It usually depends on the rate you book. Flexible rates are often refundable, while cheaper promo or advance-purchase rates may be partially refundable or nonrefundable. Expedia notes that many refundable stays require cancellation 24–48 hours before arrival, while hotel sites like IHG and Century Suites say the policy varies by reservation and stay dates, so the confirmation email is what matters.
