Absolutely do NOT stay here. I stayed for a few days with family and regretted every second. First off, the carpet is disgusting, you can’t even walk barefoot without feeling grossed out. They charged us a damage fee even though nothing was damaged. Total scam.
It’s insanely overpriced for what you get. The staff are rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Parking? A nightmare. The area around the hotel is sketchy, didn’t feel safe at all.
To top it off, I was hit with multiple unexplained fees. When I called to ask about them, they flat-out lied. These people are scammers. Don’t fall for it. Save yourself the stress and money, stay anywhere else. This place is a complete rip-off.
Worst Best Western I've ever had to deal with. They're customer service is horrible. The pet policy is nonexistent in practice. If you have a pet, stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
Really friendly staff they have a good breakfast. And it’s a nice place to stay a little bit out of town center, but not too bad. One thing is though is that they didn’t clean the room between days stayed there for two days they didn’t come in to clean the room on the intermediate day.
Who is very surprised and pleased at the same time. Young man at the check encounter was incredibly pleasant and informative. The rooms were clean and it has a setup of a motel but it doesn't feel like it. I would definitely stay here again as you get good value for your money. I didn't use the pool but there were people using it while I was there. I also did not take advantage of the breakfast. The only issue I had however was I could never get the internet to work. I stay in hotels frequently so that's normally not a problem for me
I chose this hotel because it stated that it had smoking rooms to choose from, but they no longer do. However, Joseph was a huge help at check-in to help with our accommodations. So meeting up with family from down south was nice and not stressful.
Back in July my grandmother passed away. It was an extremely difficult time, we had many family members coming in from out of town so we wanted to be able to host a reception after services in a place that was going to be large enough to accommodate our group but also not break the bank. Using the Hilton Garden Inn’a Adagio Bella Gardens was absolutely perfect for our group size. But I wanted to be sure to leave a review to thank the gentleman that helped us during such a difficult and challenging time. Jose Manuel Molina definitely went above and beyond to help us while we were not only planning this reception but also planning a funeral. He made sure we had everything we needed and allowed us access to tvs, microphones, speakers, and their refrigerators. His assistance definitely made this part of our planning a breeze and would highly highly recommend checking out the Adagio Bella gardens for your events and ask for Jose Manuel! Thank you for your help.
There was a terrible sulfur smell in my room. I notified the front desk and they sent a maintenance individual with a bottle cleaner (simple green), which did nothing to fix the issue. Upon leaving for working in the morning, I asked for a manager to call, but got no response. I arrived at the hotel after work, and asked for a manager to come smell the sulfur. I was told the manager was on a call and would have to wait. I explained a sulfur leak is a health concern and if the manager did not come out in five minutes, I would notify authorities. The manager, very nonchalantly, approached me, witnessed the smell and simply offered a new room. No concerns over the fact I paid extra for this room, the inconvenience or the imminent health concern. I immediately left and found a much better hotel. I will never again return to this hotel. The manager was pathetic, and staff seemed to have no care or concern
Location isn't the best the the rooms and staff are great! Has a nice bar/ restaurant at the main floor that always has someone there. Drinks are good and the food was delicious.
Super basic rooms. Definitely not up to date but I wasn’t looking for fancy, I was looking for peacefulness. And I found it. Make sure you bring boxes for your charging purposes…there are no updates usb or phone plug-ins for cords only. Bc of air quality and IV index (per my skin/lungs) I decided to stay put and relax in my room for the stay I had. The pool is heated but I chose not to use for above reasons. It was a pretty decently sized pool though and others seemed to be enjoying it just fine. There’s a restaurant and bar downstairs and a selection of items to buy…not the most expensive but a bottle of regular smegular wine cost $32. A run to the store for your needs would probably more cost effective. They also had a washer/dryer which I needed and it worked great and was very accessible, affordable and easy to use. Coin operated only.
My parents had their 50th anniversary party at their banquet room yesterday. It is a very nice area with plenty of parking. The staff was very pleasant and professional. It made the event very nice. Also, I would like to give a shout-out to Annette at the front desk who assisted me, I really appreciated her help and professionalism. The hotel is very clean and well maintained by management. I was satisfied with our stay there. Most likely, I will return on the next trip to visit family. Thank you!

In Oxnard, CA, hotel suites or rooms with hot tub or jacuzzi features tend to span a wide price range depending on luxury, location, and season. More modest or less central options often start around $100‑$150 per night. Mid‑to upper‑mid properties with more amenities (better views, upgraded décor, pool/hot tub access, perhaps beach proximity) generally run in the $180‑$250 range. The best times to stay in Oxnard are generally during the spring (April through June) and early fall (September through October). In spring, the weather is mild, the skies are often clear, and rates tend to be more favorable. Early fall tends to offer similarly pleasant weather, lower hotel demand after summer, and a more relaxed atmosphere. Summers (July‑August) are warmer and busier, so rates often rise.
