New favorite hotel for LA stops. Every single detail perfect. Parking: free, safe, well lit, steps from the room! Room: Amazing bed, good pillows, delicious lavazza coffee in the room, fancy shampoo and conditioner that didn't wreck my curly hair, good lighting and huge mirrors for getting ready, perfect amount of fun decor, comfy chairs and table. Sparkling orange counters in the kitchen area! Mini fridge perfect size. Lobby: cappuccino so good I had 2. Pastries hit the spot! We didn't get to try the sparkling pool but want to come back. Perfect stop, thank you and so happy we found you!!
I loved my night at The Tangerine! Great retro vibes. Clean, well equipped room with nice beds. Very well located close to the Bob Hope Airport and several restaurants within walking distance. Staff were super helpful and the price was very reasonable.
Loved our stay at The Tangerine. We ended up arriving early in the morning and they were able to have the room already good to go which was extremely nice. The staff was fantastic during our stay. Location was fantastic with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near buy and some others that were not to far of a walk. We didn't drive but the parking lot is small which could cause an issue if you didn't want to street park. The authentic of the hotel was very nice as well
This was our favourite hotel we stayed in during our stay in CA. They let us check in early which was super helpful. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Pastries and coffee were lovely. Parking is limited but there is street parking and staff will tell you where to park. Loads of restaurants close by and so is Universal studios & Warner bros studio your Would 100% stay here in future!!
Stayed here during my Universal trip and honestly the location was awesome. About 10 minutes away from universal so we had very easy access to the park! The rooms were a really good size for two people and the coffee and pastries were a nice touch for morning breakfast. If you're looking for something good priced with a nice location this would be it. Not a crazy big area, but they have extra parking in the back which seems to be the main parking for the hotel! Will be looking into this hotel again for my next Universal trip 😄
We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank many times.
It is an absolute wonderful experience every time!
The location, the parking underground, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel! The Staff and specifically Maureen who has helped us the last two trips has been amazing! Every detail is taken care of at the front desk. If you need any item from housekeeping they are on it immediately!
We cannot be more pleased and why we have continued to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank when we visit our kids in LA. That is two weddings and many more trips for Holidays and Golf with my son and son-in-law.
You will NOT be disappointed! We stayed on the 5th floor in the very same room we stayed 3 months ago. It is PERFECT for a restful nights sleep and feeling safe and secure in Burbank. We enjoy waking San Fernando to the various shops, Starbucks and Republic for a quick morning breakfast, or coffee/tea.
Thank you specifically Maureen and the entire Hilton Garden Inn Housekeep and Staff! What a great Thanksgiving 5 night stay.
Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California took an unexpected turn when we checked into Room 532 and encountered a disconcerting structural issue. Initially, I mistook the loud vibration for my sister's heavy steps, prompting multiple calls for her to tread lightly. However, the unnerving intensity of the vibrations, especially near the television area, made it a petrifying experience to navigate that part of the room. We even entertained the absurd notion that the console was to blame until an unsettling revelation occurred.
Placing my luggage next to the TV console led to an alarming discovery as it began rolling towards the bed of its own accord, leaving us all stricken with fear that the floor might give way at any moment. What was meant to be a joyous family rendezvous from overseas turned into two anxiety-ridden nights, with the looming specter of potential danger overshadowing our visit.
As if to compound our apprehension, the final night brought a harrowing sensation of sliding off the edge of the bed, which served as a stark reminder of the urgency in addressing the glaring structural issue. Eager to find a resolution, I promptly reached out to the management, only to be met with the disheartening prospect of a 3-7 day response time. Despite relaying our distress to the receptionist, the assurance of an engineering assessment post-checkout, while appreciated, did little to assuage our immediate concerns.
Room 532's unsettling plight at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California underscores the pressing need for immediate attention to safeguard the well-being and tranquility of future guests. This nerve-racking encounter serves as a jolting reminder of the criticality of promptly addressing such disconcerting circumstances, ensuring that all who seek refuge within these walls can do so without a shadow of unease.

The beds we’re comfortable. The $25 breakfast buffet was mediocre. We returned to the room at 8:30 pm and no one had come into the room to provide fresh towels, linens, or remove the trash. When we called the front desk the response was well they’ll fix it tomorrow. That didn’t work, especially considering what we paid for the room. After a ridiculous exchange and bring out in hold a very nice lady from housekeeping showed up and took care of everything. The jacuzzi/spa outdoors was a nasty shade of green. Great parking under the hotel. Not the best experience.
I’ve stayed here several times because of work. Staff at front desk are always welcoming and kind rooms are always clean. I love that they have the restaurant/bar it’s close to the plaza and movies if you want to catch a movie or go on date night. Definitely a great choice if you’re in the area looking for a place to stay
Decent hotel and good location. Room had a single towel set upon check-in which is very atypical. They delivered new towels into the room at our request but didn't bother grabbing the dirty used ones from the floor...also strange. Good parking situation and pool area.
