Staff was friendly. Couldn’t stay for the breakfast but looked great. The parking lot was full compared to the other hotels which nearly share the same parking lot. Walmart is close.
Bed Bugs!!! Found a bedbug in the bed two days into our stay and promptly left. Now we have that to deal with. Management was less than helpful in honoring a refund after I booked through my credit card
The inn was in a quiet spot off the freeway- the room was recently updated. Bed slept good even though we only stayed a short time after a long drive. Room was clean and while not a 5 star hotel stay, it was great for us. Continental breakfast- and we were the only ones there - LOTS of choices and many items could be eaten on the go. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful.
The young man who checked us in, Brett, was absolutely amazing. I gave him 5 stars because that was the highest but I wanted to give him double that. He definitely made us feel at home the moment we walked in. He was very kind, helpful, and good at his job. He was informative and personable. (Hey, corporate, he deserves a raise) The fresh flowers in the breakfast area were very nice. Clean property, very quiet and peaceful. Parking lot is well lit, and not overly crowded, I travel this route often, and will stay again in the future.
Just had a blizzard. Couldn't get home after being released from the hospital. Called to confirm my room and early check-in. When I got there an employee and owner were shoveling snow for me. Employee even offered me help to the door. Great room for the price and excellent service! Really appreciated the extra help.
Rooms were trash, cockroaches crawled from behind the bathroom mirror. AC was load and barely worked. Room was not clean. Housekeeper claims I smoked in my room due to finding a marijuana roach. I do not deny that the roach may have came from me, but I will deny smoking in the room. Not horrible service, but overall a dumpy place.. but it's affordable. I recommend Comfort Inn if looking for a good hotel with friendly service and great breakfast and a pool. (I have no affiliation with comfort inn 🤣)
We stayed 2 nights at the one in Ottawa ks. When we got back to the room the second night our bed was unmade, trash not dumped dirty towels from the night before still in bathroom. We're told at the front desk that they had signs saying to use your towels the next days and they were short staffed and couldn't clean all the rooms every day and pretty much wouldn't do anything about it. My husband went to the laundry himself and the girl working had towels drying and told him she would bring us fresh towels when they were dry and she did nice person front desk not so much. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
Ok so I normally wouldn't review a $57 hotel but after seeing all the bad reviews I had to. So I had a great experience, room was clean, shower was clean, everything worked as it should. Room didn't smell bad which honestly most rooms under $60 have issues like that but I didn't have any problems. No bug issues, no issues as all really even the ac/heater didn't make a smell. It is a little older but very well kept up. I'll post a few pictures I will be back again I travel a lot.

What should I look for when booking a Jacuzzi suite in Ottawa, KS?
When booking a Jacuzzi suite in Ottawa, KS, check the exact room type first, because not every suite includes the tub. After that, compare the total price with taxes, cancellation terms, cleanliness scores, and whether the tub is described as in-room, jetted, whirlpool, or spa tub. It also helps to confirm practical extras like parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast, room size, and check-in hours so you do not end up paying more for a stay that feels basic.
