We were looking for a last minute place to rest on our roadtrip and as soon as I saw the pics of this place, I knew this was it!
We were promptly greeted so kindly and enthusiastically by the owner, he gave us all the information we needed and the amenities were top notch and clean. He asked us preference of floors and views we wanted and saw we brought in food and promptly told us where we could find extra plates and utensils.
They had a flavored water dispenser next to a latte maker that our group was obsessed with - we recommend the tropical mango! The room was clean with plenty of towels, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing and even though we were late to breakfast, the sweet employee, Pi from Thailand ensured us to relax and not hurry and kept asking if we needed anything.
10/10 would recommend this place!

We arrived around 7:00 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was delightful, very friendly. Checked in with no problem. We are hauling a trailer so we didn’t want to drive to dinner and we were informed they had a shuttle to take us where we wanted to go. Just amazing, their service was quick and so friendly. I highly recommend this Best Western. I was happily surprised. Oh yes, they still offer a full breakfast, which was also a nice surprise!!

The room was lovely and very clean. The shower was phenomenal with excellent T water pressure. Beds so comfy it was hard to wake up. The breakfast bar exceeded expectations and the gal who attended it couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful!
Very helpful and kind people at the front desk too! Our only regret… we didn’t get there in time to use the jacuzzi! Thank you for a wonderful comfy night for 4 weary travelers!

My car broke down and my husband was 7 1/2 hours away to come get us. I called and they had a room ready. They were super kind. The pool was nice. The rooms were 4/5 clean, one of the pillows smelled like throw up. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The beds were not comfortable. The train is really loud and they have these weird screens on the windows so you can’t see out the windows. But overall, it was a blessing to be able to stay there and feel safe.
This was a great convenient location. The room was very comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed a night here primarily because of the EV charger availability. 6kw ChargePoint station was not blocked. Had RFID issues but was able to start charge within ChargePoint app. Thank you for providing this amenity. Consider expanding as usage expands + consider ways to reserve parking for EVs
This hotel was very nice, clean and very comfortable. The employee was super friendly and very helpful. The lady at breakfast was quite welcoming and served us our breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

Room was great! AC cold, beds comfy. Room was clean. Did hear the train, but it was not loud. We will deffinately revisit when we come through. Breakfast was great, Pat in the dining room was very helpful. She was very much like a grandma, making sure everyone had enough food. Made extra eggs for my daughter. Very kind.

We were pleasantly surprised with everything about this hotel! The room and hotel was extremely clean. The pool area was perfect for my family to enjoy ourselves. The breakfast was amazing. This hotel is under priced for what you get.

The staff were extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

We will definitely stay here when we are in town. It was the perfect place for our vacation!

Very nice hotel with awesome staff! Clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The main maintenance man even loaned me his phone charger when he over heard mine was forgotten! This gentleman deserves a big kudo for going above and beyond and really being a great example of providing great customer service!! Thank you again sir!
Great room for the price! Breakfast in the AM is pretty basic but gets the job done. Could work on fixing 3rd floor drain flow and new linens as the ones on my bed were stained.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is always really friendly and accommodating. Me and my mother go to visit our grandchildren, great grandchildren. This time we were there to attend my grandsons graduation. Saturday night, I invited my grandson to go swim at the hotel.
When we arrived there were a few families in the pool area. Everyone was having a nice time, enjoying the pool and hot tub. Others also had visitors there.
When we returned to our room, we were saying goodbye to my grandson, and Kimberly from the front desk called to talk to me. She asked if I had guests in the pool, I told her I did. She told me it was against the rules. I apologized and told her it wouldn't happen again. She proceeded to tell me that that wasn't good enough, she was going to leave a note for her manager so that they would never rent to me again.
Well, do it. I was shocked. In the past, all the front desk clerks have always been very understanding about the fact that we are visiting my grandchildren. Kimberly was not a nice person, she was just determined to try to ruin our evening. She seemed very angry on the phone call, which let's face it, I found somewhat amusing. I can't believe such a small thing brought about her aggressive attitude. I wonder if she tracked down and called every person that was in the pool and if they received similar phone calls. I was not the only guest with visitors in the pool. Poor Kimberly, she really needs to find some joy in life. Everyone else, was great. Friendly and helpful.

Happy to recommend this hotel if you are in the area. We stayed two nights while in the area for an event at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. The front desk staff was awesome and in particular one young lady, whose name I'm terribly disappointed I can't remember. The hotel was FULL FULL FULL of track teams and the staff managed it all extremely well.

The $250 incidental fee is too much
This was a great place. The rooms were HUGE and clean. The service was amazing!
My only complaint, which really can't be fixed easily, would be that the soundproofing is dismal.
If you're on a budget and you have a family, don't go anywhere else!

The assistant GM, was so helpful and I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Please take care of your staff, they are making this place shine like a diamond.

We had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the pool, the room was clean, and the breakfast options were great. The hotel is dated in some areas, but no complaints for an overnight visit.

My husband was not allowed to check us in because the reservation was under my name even though he had my ID. Manager Thelma Sena was completely rude. Her level of rudeness was unexceptible i would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. I had to go in and provide my ID and the card i used myself while my children waited in the car. I had to write down the names of everyone that would be in the room including my children's names, the make model of our cars and color so they would not get towed during the night. I had to verify my home address even though it was clearly on my drivers license. Her general manager lisa apologized. In my opinion Mrs Sena should be removed from her roll of manager at this facility. Or they will continue to lose buisness.I will not refer anyone to stay here. stayed in room 320 no hot water!
