Our new favorite hotel in Las Cruces. The location is right off the freeway. Dee helped us check in, she's so sweet! The room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast and coffee was delicious, Olga was great! Also the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays so it gave it a little holiday magic.
Lovely hotel. Location was easy to find. Clean rooms/suite. Priced economically. Grill and bar open. Food was excellent. Very quiet. Pleasant professional staff. Checked in with Dee at front desk. She was quick, helpful and professional. Checked out very early next morning. Nice chatting with Kevin. Very kind.
This has been my favorite Hilton yet! We pretty much only stay at Hiltons or Hilton owned and this one was fantastic. The decor was perfect and the pool was heated and the hot tub was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and welcome. Keep up the good work
Only thing I didn't like was the charge for the bottled water in the room. 3 bucks for a 50 cent bottle of h20 was stupid and kind of annoying. This is a pet friendly hotel and though I saw a few very well mannered dogs I did not hear any dogs at all. Overall I would recommend as a great place. Staff was very nice.
Beautiful hotel with an in house restaurant and bar. Comfortable beds. No free breakfast although you can buy one at the restaurant for a little over $10 for buffet per person. We did eat in their dining room 3 nights in a row. Food was excellent, although a little pricey for convenience. The tomato bisque, the hamburger and the chicken sandwich were all really good. The pasta was ok. Dee at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our shower rod. I told the front desk clerk after the first night but I knew she wouldn’t do anything about it as she said she’d let maintenance know yet didn’t ask our room number. I ran into the maintenance man the second day and he immediately went up to look at it and said it was broke. He had the front desk move us to a room close by. Very nice man and I appreciated he listened to me
The grounds and interior decor is awesome. I really like that part of my stay. The room was pretty basic. They were understaffed on Thanksgiving - it took 30 minutes to get a drink, and when my Gf went over to Ashlee to let her know how long we've been waiting, as other people were being served, her retort was, "Maybe this isn't a good fit for you." I'm thinking that job may not be a good fit for her. *Also expect random charges on your card that they don't tell you about, nor provide a receipt. When I called (twice) about the charges, the front desk was very dismissive. I like the hotel, but the current customer service people should be reminded of their job description.
This place was great and we enjoyed staying here. The pillows were not the best and the room was really dark due to the lighting. The rooms were nice and the courtyard area was amazing. The night life scene around the pool area is so beautiful.
Rooms are clean and hotel is pleasant. I picked it it mostly due to the gym and pool. My kids enjoyed the pool but the gym had issues. I almost fell on my face as their treadmill quit unexpectedly. Further their advertisement of a peloton bike was although true was not well executed. Their bike had broken handles so it could not be adjusted, no water holders as they had been broken off and the wrong baskets on the pedals.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms themselves are okay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. The patio, the bar, the restaurant, the lobby…. Stunning! The staff is wonderful and so welcoming!! Breakfast is always delicious and the drinks are delicious!!! I stay here at least once a month!!! 💜💜💜
Friendly staff Friendlier Mosquitos 🤣 We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel especially since we upgraded our room tothe terrace pool room. The staff allowed us to check in early and we immediately took part in their pool and hot tube which is AMAZING. The mosquitos were not messing around but that's what you get in NM till it gets cold. The ambiance was so relaxing and probably what also called in the mosquitos but if you come prepared it wont be a problem. We will be back again very soon and highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion I will never boom any room other than the Terrace Pool room!

Spring is another strong option, especially during events like the Las Cruces Country Music Festival. Summers can be very hot, often exceeding 95°F, which may limit daytime activities but can still work if you plan indoor stays. Booking during shoulder seasons usually means better availability and more relaxed pricing for Jacuzzi suites.

Budget-friendly chains and motels with in-room spa tubs usually fall between $90 and $130. Mid-range hotels with upgraded Jacuzzi suites often range from $130 to $180. Higher-end boutique or resort-style stays can exceed $200, especially during peak travel periods or local events. Why should you visit Las Cruces and stay in a hotel with a Jacuzzi in room?
Las Cruces offers a mix of desert scenery, cultural heritage, and outdoor activities that make it a strong destination for a relaxing getaway. Staying in a hotel with a Jacuzzi in room adds comfort after visiting places like White Sands National Park or hiking in the Organ Mountains. The city has a slower pace compared to larger tourist hubs, which pairs well with private in-room relaxation. Local dining, historic Old Mesilla, and scenic sunsets create a well-rounded experience. A Jacuzzi suite enhances the stay by providing privacy and a way to recharge without leaving your room.
