Prime location, decent hotel yet lacking a proper lobby, take an elevator to the lobby then another elevator to your room. Room is nice yet no view and you can hear the city noise outside. Called housekeeping and went out for 2-3 hours and upon return the room was not cleaned. Breakfast was pretty good although my other half got sick after eating the lobster, service was slow and appeared understaffed. Upon check-out, the hotel added over $120 in minibar charges and couldn’t explain what the items were (we touched nothing from the minibar). Upon disputing this, the hotel immediately removed it, but I’m guessing this is standard practice for Park Hyatt assuming clients who don’t care to check their bill? Not my style and would not return.

What a special hotel! Such attention to detail and genuine care from the entire staff. Ben, The Front Office Manager, was so helpful arranging everything for our wedding night stay. He and the hotel as whole went above and beyond in every aspect. This is one of the only 5 star hotels in NYC , and it sure didn’t disappoint. Room was immaculate and spacious. Front desk was so helpful and always with a smile.Service was splendid. We can’t wait to return for our 1 year anniversary! Thanks PH NYC ❤️❤️

Every aspect of the hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the amenities to the rooms themselves. Friendly, professional employees. Central location to easily get to many areas around the city. Well worth the expense and will be staying here again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Very quiet also we hardly ran into anyone. Never saw the staff much either but they were phenomenal. Turned down the bed every night and had an ice bucket waiting each night when we came in. Towels and linens very high quality. Very much the epitome of luxury.
Indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The gym was good too. Only small thing was we left early in the morning and for some reason there was no cold water, both faucets were running very hot.

This hotel is amazing, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is (1) the insane price, and (2) the lack of breakfast. Otherwise, it is the epitome of modern hotels: quiet, efficient, roomy, comfortable, superb views, good service. If you are a millionaire, or got some coupons like we did, don't hesitate to stay here!

This Ritz Carlton hotel is very different from the location near central park. The lobby is modern and sleek but very small and at night it is very loud and VERY dark. Our room was lovely and spacious for New York and the views were amazing!! The receptionist was a bit cold and aloof but the rest of the staff was phenomenal. Carson and Kevin made us feel welcome and even gave us champagne while we waited to check in! Michael the concierge is the star of the hotel. His smile is infectious and his warm attitude made us feel like we were old friends. He helped us get into several popular restaurants and a very exclusive speakeasy! Top marks to Michael and his team. We cannot wait to return and visit the Jose Andres skybar on our next trip.

Had an amazing experience at the Ritz-Carlton in NoMad. I frequently travel to New York and this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at — the service is incredible (especially Matthew at the front desk), the bar is fun with great cocktails, and the restaurants (from Jose Andres) are exceptional. The hotel was clean (feels brand new after one year open), rooms are a great size and quiet (especially for New York City), views are unmatched, and facilities are among the best. Will definitely return!

We just returned from a wonderful 6-night stay at The Ritz Carlton-NoMad.
The hotel is a great addition to Nomad. It is centrally located near Madison Square Park, Union Square and the R line subway entrance is steps away from the entrance.
The Executive Lounge is amazing! The food from Jose Andres Group was delicious with many options during their all-day service. The view from the windows cannot be beat.
Every member of the Executive Lounge staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious starting with David, the Executive Club Manager and the wonderful staff, Juan, Juan Carlos, Yolanda, Wendy, Brenda, Brendan & Shane. They made our stay very special.
We booked the Manhattan Club Level Room on the 37th floor. It was spacious and modern, and the Ritz Carlton bed was very comfortable, as usual.
The unobstructed view from our room was stunning with an enormous picture window overlooking the city towards Downtown.
We have already made reservations for a return stay in December.

Incredible experience all around. In town for a quick weekend trip, two nights. From the minute we arrived, Derek at the door was welcoming and attentive. Ashley at check-in was lovely. The lobby and bar area are exquisite and very well done. This hotel meets and exceeds Ritz standards of service, efficiency, and excellence. The answer is always “yes”! (Icing on the cake, by NYC standards, the room size is incredibly spacious.) *chef’s kiss*
