Terms of Use

TubHotels.com is a directory of hotels with a private jacuzzi or hot tub in the room. It is not a booking agent or travel agency, and it does not sell rooms. When you book, you book with the hotel or a booking site, under their terms.

We work to keep every listing accurate, but rooms, rates and policies change. We make no promise, express or implied, that the information, products or services on TubHotels are complete, accurate, reliable, suitable or available, and any of it can change without notice. Check rates, policies and availability with the hotel or an official booking site before you book or buy.

Some hotels have the tub only in certain room types, so when you book, select a room that clearly lists a jetted tub, hot tub or jacuzzi.

By using TubHotels, you agree that you rely on its information at your own risk. TubHotels and its owners, affiliates and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that comes from using the site or its information, or from the site being unavailable.

Links on TubHotels take you to hotels and booking sites we do not control. Any dealings you have with hotels, booking sites or other providers you find through TubHotels are between you and them. We are not responsible for their actions, products, services or content, and any dispute is to be settled with them directly.

Some links are affiliate links: when you book through one, the booking site may pay us a commission. It does not change the price you pay. How we make money

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Questions about these terms go to contact@tubhotels.com or through our contact page. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
