Ok this is a beef we have with Hamptons Inn, please update your rooms, this is the 2nd time the hotel looked worn. 2nd change your coffee brand it is too WEAK. Room was clean though
Worst place I have ever stayed. After waiting 30 minutes (and being the only one in line!) the front counter gave us the wrong room key TWICE. Took another 1.5 hours to get the correct room, after having to check ourselves in on our phone because the front desk said we weren't in their system. (even after he had given us a key to the wrong room!) Police showed up for another guest who had a hard time with the front desk also and the hotel wanted him thrown out of his room! No toilet paper in the room, room wasn't stocked. Other guest was complaining about maintenance not showing up in hours for their room issues. Got so worked up, didn't even get any sleep and had to drive 10 hours home still.
Upon leaving, I spoke to assistant manager Aby Cox who assured me she would make sure we were compensated. Then refused to talk to me when I called back after she didn't call me as promised. Neither manager, Aby Cox or Michelle Blower would take my calls or respond to me. They had someone at the front desk refuse to connect me to them. Very unprofessional. Would never stay there again!

The hotel was convenienttly located for us to attend a wedding. The room was not very clean. there was no place to hang up our dressed but they did have a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice. There was no towel bars in the bathroom which I thought was weird. But overall our stay was very nice.
The breakfast was great! All hot items and different options. Staff was super friendly upon checkin. Our water was hot for showers and beds were clean and comfy. No issues at all! Great for our one night stay

Room 215, two queen beds. Clean, fresh sheets, no sign of any pests anywhere. AC was locked to ON, I couldn't control temp or fan. Either the hotel was quiet, nobody was staying there, or I was tired. I didn't hear noise, and I was next to the elevator.
Bathroom was clean and had an updated vanity. Shower head would not adjust water pressure type. The shower head control dial cover plate spun off, I had to reattach it. No big deal, minor maintenance, I didn't tell them.
Breakfast was reasonable, as expected. Scrabbled eggs, bacin, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, juice and coffee, plus a bit more.

The Battle Creek Best Western hosted my wedding party and room block and the experience was fantastic.
We had a slight issue with our room block about a month out from our stay, but the staff worked with me to get everything taken care of, walked me through all of our guests that had rooms already booked at the hotel, and ensured that any other guests that still needed a room were able to get one for the weekend.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. Can't say enough about how satisfied I was to have the Best Western as my wedding weekend hotel.

Started with a few hiccups but the staff was quick to make everything right,The Staff is very friendly, go above and beyond, make you feel welcome, the breakfast was great, location is good everything within driving distance of hotel,will definitely stay here again on future vacations with my son. I’ve stayed here multiple times at a great rate. Amazing customer service from everyone you encounter from being greeted at the front desk, passing housekeeping in the hallways, or in the breakfast area, polite, friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience. And if the rooms are quiet and clean and well-maintained.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room looked like an amateur remodeled it Room was cold and felt like we was staying in someone's basement. Room smelt like it had been smoked in. Pool area was so cold we wore our winter coat while grand babies tried to swim. In the morning the full breakfast was horrible tasting food definitely not worth $170.00 will be staying somewhere else next trip to Battle Creek.
