We were on the 50th floor and the views were amazing. The room layout for the 1 bedroom suite is huge with 2 bathrooms. The room was pretty beat up though, scratches on everything, one TV didn’t work and a chair was broken and just laying on the ground. The room was also a little dirty, we found old black balloons in the couch? A little off the strip but there’s a bus stop right outside that’ll take you right to Bellagio. It was over $500 a night so I expected more for the value.

We had a private room so it's hard to rate the service. Though it does seen to be prestine from what I can see. The room was clean but the bedding was real simple, very thin comforter. The rooms are pretty big but the do consider these studio apartments. The bathroom is sweet! Walk in shower with a jacuzzi bathtub. Location is wonderful, close to the strip and famous casinos. The view is wonderful. You see the entire strip and beyond.

The rooms used to be top notch but over the past couple stays we’ve had rooms that have had broken lamps, or not working lamps and the couches and chairs are looking worn. They did finally start to open some of the balconies again for use, though we had to drag the kitchen chairs out to sit in out there. There does seem to be a lack of outlets to plug into, but having a mini fridge to put leftovers in and ice maker for ice was nice, our bottle of champagne was kept nice and cold.

Pros: Love the shower/jacuzzi tub combo!! Large spacious room!! The pool is nice and stays open longer than the Palms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Rooms smelled weird, the bed is low and the footboard was crumbling. The shower was either too hot or too cold. We moved rooms and the 2nd room was much nicer! There are no dishes, pots or pans even though we had a stove (except 2 cups), might have to ask for them, The walk to the food and casino is long and scary at night!!

Overall I would stay again and I would recommend to friends and family with a few warnings.

Pros: nice pool, great poolside service and restaurant, and rainfall shower head.
Cons: rooms are worn and dated, AC does not get cold, the hotel feels dark in design, rooms have a smell to them, most of the good stuff is a long walk to the Palms.

Can’t recommend this hotel. I was hoping for modern but instead I got worn and dated rooms.

We really enjoyed Palms Place and would definitely stay here again. The place has a really nice appeal. We had a standard king room and were very pleased. It was really nice to have the fridge and microwave in the room as well as the coffee maker but the actual coffee had no flavor. Great view from the room and the bed was very comfortable. Awesome bathroom too.

Best Value!! they got the biggest suites among all MGM property on the strip if you compare base on their prices. The higher floored (15th and up) Rooms with balconies facing Las Vegas Blvd can view half of Las Vegas, especially tower A and B.... The room got cooktop. sink, microwave and even a exhaust fan for real cooking, lol . The bathroom is extremely large with jacuzzi tub and even a TV .... the full sliding door at Balcony makes the room available with fresh air whenever I like, that is TRUELLY a PLUS after the pandemic. The beds are larger than the typical Kings, so it is truly luxury on a budget.

You must check prices and availability on this location. Staying here was a great choice because it's a location that DOESN'T have a casino in the lobby. I was there on a business trip and not to gamble. We were able to move around on the monorail, and it arrived every 4 to 8 minutes. We choice the 3day pass for $29.95 and rode as many times as we wanted. Great value, I will be back again for sure.

Everything about this place is amazing, except for one thing that I'll get to later.

The hotel used to be condominiums before the 2008 crash, so each room (I think) has at least a stove, microwave, and small, but spacious fridge. The bathroom has a jacuzzi. Our own private jacuzzi!!

The rooms are clean and the valet service is phenomenal. It may be because I tipped the valet $20 each day. When I tip that amount, it does seem like the valet folks try to remember you. Maybe they are like that with everyone, but I do think it is proper to tip them generously. It's tough working in the heat and in the chaos. Regardless, parking is valet only unless you go to MGM Grand.

Now.. my least favorite thing about this hotel is the line required to drive onto the premises at the security check in. It's horrendous in the afternoon and later. Part of the problem was that the "returning" line is out of service due to broken gate lever. Also, valet gets full by night time, so security would start turning people away and tell them to park at MGM Grand. Thus, it's not worth taking the car out for the evening.

Lots of things we loved! The size of the suite was fantastic! The service with valet parking and luggage assist was nothing short of fabulous in the heat. Every staff memberwas extremely courteous. We were able to walk almost everywhere on the strip and, with planning, through casinos and malls to maintain air conditioning. I understand WHY the pools close at 6p (they want you in the casinos; not, in the water.) But, not everyone goes to Vegas for gambling. I would have stayed on the lazy river until they forced me out at 10p! We may consider Tower 1 next time.

This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!

I absolutely loved staying here. It's quiet, off strip, and wonderful! Definitely recommend if you're not into the hustle and bustle of the strip casinos - plus it's attached to the MGM Grand so you can get over there and to the monorail very easily from the Signature.

We stayed here last weekend for two nights for the NBA summer league games. We got the large suite which had a full kitchen and bedroom but of course there was literally nothing in the kitchen. The bed and couch was comfortable and staff were really friendly, but for spending good chunk of money for two nights I’d expect to have a decent coffee maker n some glasses to drink wine in it. The parking is valet and thankfully we weren’t charged for it but with tips and going in and out few times and have to wait 30-40 min few times to get our car it really adds up and it’s not really convenient. The pools are nice but they close at 7pm which makes no sense for long hot summer days, specially if most of people out there for the games they want to come and chill after. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again for the cost and amenities.
