Our stay was perfect and we will come back. The receptionist for our check-in was so nice and helpful. We had a great time. The room, the pool and the amenities were amazing. There are even charging stations for electric cars.

A pretty little Boutique Hotel close to everything.Grounds are beautifully maintained and the water feature in the courtyard along with a fire feature makes for a magical place to hang out at night.Always a wonderful time at Alcazar!

The alcazar is a rare gem. In a sea (or desert) of places to easily overspend for less than worthy quality, this place is an exception and delivers high value. Beautiful small Spanish style oasis with a surprising number of semi private outdoor spaces. Respectful / quiet pool vibe, nice basic breakfast and coffee service, fresh cold water refill stations and rooms that delivered above 3 star hotel quality. Perfect location and yet quiet for the downtown geography.

Overall this was a great hotel to stay at.Pros: The location was great, most things are within a 20 minute walk maximum. The pool area was very relaxing and peaceful with a great view of the hills. The hotel was accommodating with early check in and late check out to work with my flights. The tub in my room was very comfortable and relaxing, and the room was clean.Cons: Breakfast included in the resort fee was very limited, just croissants, orange juice, coffee and tea. The poolside room I had was great during the day, but maintenance started very early (around 7:30) right outside my room, so I couldn't sleep in. TVs only have live TV and very limited on demand, so I wasn't able to watch movies at night like I had planned to.

We stayed at the Alcazar for the week with family and had the best time! This place is so cute and quaint with great customer service. They were very attentive and everyone who works there truly cares about the place and people that stay there. Robert, the manager was amazing and it shows through his staff. We would come back and stay with Alcazar anytime 🙂 10/10

I regret my stay here !The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows near the front door without screens to open the window due to bugs at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed directly at the bed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice. Not worth the price paid.See photos

We joined Dive after a 3 night stay at a 5 star hotel (work conference). We didnt have high expectations, as we stayed for a short night while we waited for our flight. Upon arriving, we were met by a host who offered us a menu of light bites and cocktails pool side. This is an adorable quant courtyard style hotel. It was PERFECT. The rooms, private back yard, ambaince, decor, service, and fun! I would hands down pick this over the fancy hotel if we came back. We felt like a part of a community that had known us forever. So comfortable, and enjoyable!

Our stay was amazing! Amenities were perfect - quaint little boutique hotel in Palm Springs....quiet, romantic and a BEAUTIFUL pool...service was amazing as well! Our only complaint was that there was no real food on site but there was enough restaurants near by to fulfill our needs. We will be back!

Dive Palm Springs is the perfect location for a Los Angeles getaway. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the service is nothing short of amazing. The whole place is literally a vibe. Koi pond, tiled pool, jacuzzi, two fire pits, fountains, hammocks, daybeds, and on-site bartenders. What else do you need ? Food? They got that too! Actually, breakfast is INCLUDED.10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely adore Dive Palm Springs. It's like an escape to the Mediterranean in the CA desert! The staff are so welcoming, lovely, and accommodating. The location is ideal. There's nothing but praise and compliments we can offer this delightful boutique gem. The small-on-purpose property makes it feel like you have the place to all to yourselves: beautifully curated rooms that are unique, perfectly-styled, and so comfortable, a lush outdoor oasis with a gorgeous pool and garden furniture, and included amenities like coffee and breakfast that put this place in a category all its own. We've been twice now and are committed to returning 3-4 times a year; it's that exceptional. (Including some nighttime photos because it's as incredible at night as it is during the day.)

Every year, for our anniversary, we go to Palm Springs, and our go-to place to stay is Talavera, but we decided to stay at Dive this year and we weren't disappointed. It's an adult only, beautiful boutique hotel with a French Riviera vibe. We stayed in the Orchard. It's the only room with a private jacuzzi, and it has a three hole putting green, which my hubby loved. You get a complimentary breakfast, and they serve lunch and drinks. We loved lounging on the beds in the cabanas once the sun went down. The June weather was perfect. Sunny during the day to swim and cool enough to hang out at either of the two firepit areas. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here or Talavera. Both are uniquely different, but they both feel like you are swept away into another place and not in the desert.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. Super cozy, few other guests, and the staff was very attentive. Their continental breakfast was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only complaint was road noise, but that’s because we were looking for a downfall.
