It's a ripoff. For the price they charge they don't provide the right value. Extra $18 for overnight parking. All garden view and below rooms are actually outside the hotel building and to access any facilities like the pool or hot tub you have to cross and go into a different building. Not even a bottle of water in the rooms. The "garden view" is a view of the road with a line of shrubs outside the window. The rooms itself is clean and decent. Its also overcrowded. I cancelled my second night of stay and left. They should advertise it correctly. The high price is for the central location, nothing else. So if you don't have to be in center of downtown stay somewhere else for better value!

One of the best gems in Flagstaff. This is an overall great place for the price
It's like a mini resort meets a canin like feeling. These guys front desk people are awesome and very understanding. We had a vehicle break down there and they were kind enough to let us leave it till the shop got it. They went beyond in being good customer service. Rooms great and staff is awesome. Right off freeway and historic route 66 right up road. Thank you Little America

I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tucked away underneath in the drawers/cabinet. There were 2 areas to the bathroom so one could use the sink and mirror as the other used the shower and toilet. The restaurant/bar was very nice and comfortable. The food, drinks, and dessert all delicious. The atmosphere inside and out made me want to never leave. The overall service of the employees was very friendly. I felt this hotel should be the standard for every hotel!

For the price and quality of the establishment definitely budget friendly. The quality of the hotel was very nice clean and very staff friendly. My room accommodated my family’s needs and myself and surpassed my expectations with some nice up to date furnishment. The amenities around the hotel were very kid friendly between the pool and mini playground in the back. Located in a very well area that is close to a lot of food and activities. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous grounds and high end wonderful room! The little things like the built in light up make up mirror and clothes steamer really were a nice surprise. And the grounds! Pine trees for acres literally. We are here just after Christmas so the beautiful lights are still up. Super nice front desk clerk kindly upgraded our room and the views are fabulous. I just can't say enough. The place is massive indoors and outside. I'm usually a Hilton kind of girl but this place blows all of them out the water!!!!

I come to Flagstaff pretty regularly during the winter to ski at AZ Snowbowl and always stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and room cleaning is truly excellent (clean hotels are very important to me). From the front desk staff to the food servers to the cleaning staff, everyone is professional and friendly. But the thing that really seals the deal is the value. For a little over $100, you get a modern hotel, a very comfortable bed, breakfast (buffet style usually with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, juices, coffee, etc.), dinner (buffet style, food changes daily), and three cocktails. Were I to go to IHOP for breakfast and McDonalds for dinner, it would cost me at least another $25 and I still wouldn't get my three free drinks. Simply put, Drury Inn Flagstaff gets it and does it superbly.

I am a huge Drury fan; however this location was bad. In my room there was a stain on the wall that looked like soda was thrown at the wall. The faucet in the tub was extremely wiggly and seemed like it was going to fall off. The microwave was not cleaned, it still had old food on the walls in it. The beds were horribly lumpy and the sofa pullout had coils almost popping through. The food was awful. The nacho cheese was watered down, and veggie medley was not good. The only beer they had was bud light and an IPA. For a big hotel there were about 15 spaces to park in front of the hotel. The parking garage had a height limit to get in but once your in the ceilings were extremely high. We have a lifted truck which would have been fine in the garage but the height requirement out front wouldn’t let us in. I tried to tell the front desk some issues as we were leaving and she didn’t seem to care, didn’t even write anything down to have maintenance check it out. We were very disappointed in this experience.

Bathrooms need updating, but not bad. I did find some food items on the floor. It was nice that the front desk had a list of allergens for the meals. I wish you gave a water bottle or two at check in. I had to buy my own water.

Great hotel with nice rooms. This was possibly the best hotel staff you could encounter. Everyone from the front desk, food service, and cleaning crew. They treated you like you were at a 5 star resort. Totally blown away. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience.

What a nice place to stay. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. The rooms are big and very comfortable.
The hotel is beautifully decorated.
My only minor complaint would be that our hot water was not that hot. I am sure this was only a problem with the room we stayed in as this place is very nice.
