Booker Beware…we booked via their website and apparently they still have smoking rooms and will assign you to whatever is left when you book directly with them! We did not know this until we checked in with our young son and the gal at the front desk told us this is policy. Apparently they were completely booked, so we had to leave and find another hotel because the room was terrible! That was fun…paying for two hotel rooms, but we lucked out at a much better hotel, where they were even surprised to hear that a local hotel had smoking rooms! Very disappointed! I think there should be some type of notice when you’re booking that you may be assigned a smoking room at check in.

Came here for a work trip. Customer service is decent. Breakfast is horrible. Powder eggs, cheap-premade waffle batter, greasy and flavorless bacon and everything else you get at a cheap hotel. No big surprise there. My biggest issue is the layout and lack of airflow in the rooms. As seen in the pictures, the rooms are a rectangle split into thirds. Living room/work space, bathroom then bedroom. The noisy and cheap wall mounted AC unit is all the way in the bedroom and unable to send cold air into the living room. So whenever I come back to the room after a full day, it's super hot and so is the bedroom despite being set to 70⁰ but at night it gets freezing because it's reading the temp in the living room/work space the entire night. Today, my last day/night here I noticed it was extra hot. I set the ac down to 68⁰ and realized the thermostat is velcroed to the wall in really poorly. I remove it to bring it in the bedroom so it reads the temp in the bedroom so as to keep a more even temp. Now the AC kicks off randomly before getting to the set temp and it's been between 75⁰-78⁰ for the past few hours. I will let the staff know in the morning because there's no point in waiting for maintenance to fix it on my last day here.
Also, the key cards get automatically deactivated after 4 or 5 days. They won't tell you this and I think it's silly when they can see how many days someone has booked their room. My reservation was for 6 days, they probably made my key a day ahead of time because my check-in was on Sunday and by Wednesday I was locked out of my room. I'd be super upset if I was a parent with children who had bags and/or food in hand and had to go to their room, find out their locked out, collect their kids and stuff, go reset their key at the front desk then go back to the room. I know it wasn't just me because myself and 2 other coworkers were locked out of our rooms on the same exact day.
Update, it's the freaking motion sensor on the thermostat! It doesn't sense motion and turns the ac off! Why it's doing it now I have no idea because it hasn't done this all week!

I felt welcomed here from the moment I stepped into the door. The front desk manager is awesome. The breakfast staff and housekeeping were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious (suite), and the hotel was quiet. The area was near a lot of things to do, a mall, movies, restaurants, etc. This hotel is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning.

Room was clean and quiet until the floor was flooded with kids for a soccer tourney (to be expected). Great continental breakfast and staff was very friendly. Shower also had great water pressure!

Definitely a 3 star hotel on a good day. Room was dirty despite checking in after 4 and you had to BORROW A TV REMOTE FROM FRONT DESK TO USE HDMI on your TV in most rooms. THERE'S ALSO ONLY 4 of them in whole hotel so you're out of luck if they're taken. Dryer in laundry room also has no timed stop and will burn your clothes if you don't remember to remove them on time. After the washer fails to clean them of course. What, is this 2005? Probably the last year this placed turned a profit so I guess it's stuck there. Wouldn't have even bothered to leave a review or mention any of this if the older gal at front desk wasn't the most insufferable condescending Karen of a front desk lady I've ever encountered traveling. Learn some basic manners. I'm sorry you're stuck at a low quality hotel. Please find some manners and hospitality with guests. Thank You !!!
Omgosh. I am literally a hotel critic and always finding flaws with our stays. This was our first time staying here. Best hotel. Weve been to in long long time. Exceptionally clean and smells great thruout the whole place. Cleanest hot tub around and perfect size clean pool. Free breakfast. Along, with free evening happy hour. A few snacks. And beer. Wine or mixed. They even accommodate our unexpected early arrival. We loved our stay. And will definitely be back. What an affordable place for family's to stay. Well worth every minute of our stay.

The Hispanic lady that was in charge of both the evening reception, as well as the breakfast in the morning was extremely rude and unwelcoming! I believe she was unhappy that my teenage daughter put the cartoon “Family Guy” on the television during the evening reception. She then proceeded to turn the tv off with her other remote and then continued to give both my daughter and I very nasty looks afterwards. To make matters even worse, this continued the next morning at breakfast, and made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. I ignored it to the best of my ability, as I did not want to cause any additional problems. This was very immature and unprofessional of your staff lady however! I hope that she is reprimanded, as this was completely unacceptable! On the other hand, the lady that checked us in was very sweet and welcoming, and I felt very appreciated by her!
The scrambled eggs were inedible, as they had a chewy consistency that completely resembled rubber, and I find very few food items inedible! I’m unsure of what happened to this location since my last visit exactly 1 year ago, but it’s a shame, as this used to be one of my go to lodging preferences when visiting the Schaumburg area. After this last visit, I am now very reluctant to return, and likely will not, at least for the foreseeable future.

We stayed here recently and it was quite a disappointment. I don't understand how this place gets such high ratings. Good thing is that our room was clean and the location was close to a lot of food options, but in general I think this was probably one of the most ghetto hotels I've been to honestly. The floors and walls are thin (we could hear our neighbors talking next to our wall). The floors would creak. We could hear people talking and doors banging in the hallway at night. Beds were ok (spring beds) and on the soft side. Towels were thin. Carpeting could use a facelift. Breakfast was underwhelming and consisted of scrambled eggs and breakfast sausages (the only warm food options), make your own waffles , muffins, oatmeal, toast, cereal, bananas, milk, juice and coffee. The biggest disappointment is that even though we chose a non-smoking room, the hallways smelled like marijuana, even though displayed signs said it's not allowed. I didn't book a hotel for my family to be surrounded by the smell of weed. We won't be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, clean...beds are squeaky and feel older. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast could have more fruit options, only bananas were available

While in town for business, I found this Country Inn & Suites via Google. There were so many bad reviews of other hotels in the area, I'm glad I found this place. I found it easy to get to and the rooms were nice. I ended up staying an additional night. Unfortunately I had to change rooms for the last night. Easy enough. With that said, I can say both rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room did have a mini fridge, microwave, safe, ironing board, and iron.
The only reason for the four star service was that one morning, they didn't have normal coffee. They served make your own instant coffee (pass). Breakfast was OK.

Your restaurant was terrible - the seating process was weird, the table was not clean, the food took forever (plus a group of adults AFTER us was served before us even though we had 2 children), and when it finally arrived the starters arrived with the main course, COLD of course.

When we rushed downstairs at 6:20am the next morning to make the shuttle on time, we only found the bus unattended. We went to the desk and asked if the "shuttle guy" had already left or if he was not making the 6:30 run to the terminal. I then got lectured to by one of your employees who said "who are you talking about? oh, the DRIVER? we call them the drivers. when I replied "that's who I'm asking about -- is he still making the 6:30 run?" He continued, "you see, when you said 'shuttle guy' I didn't know who you were talking about because we call them DRIVERS, not the Shuttle Guy." this went on for a couple tedious iterations until I said, "so can you give us a ride or not?" At least the guy who drove was very nice, just like the one from the night before.

I've met Jonathan Tisch and read his book "Chocolates on the Pillow Aren't Enough," and discussed his approach to customer service. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't approve of this insulting and boorish behavior.

Loews Chicago O'Hare offers a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and overall was a pleasant experience. We couldn't hear the neighbors through the partition in the room. The bed was plush yet not too soft which I appreciated. I went down to the bar inside of Loews to had Margareta pizza that was delicious and so fresh! The drinks at the bar packed a punch as well.

Disclaimer: This is my first time staying at a Loews but based off of this experience, I am considering staying at a Loews during my next trip to Toronto.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the beautiful room to amazing service we could not be happier with Loews. The only thing we didn't like was the additional cost for overnight parking but it still wasn't a huge inconvenience because it was stated when we booked our room, just wish it was included. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!

Best hotel ever! We’ve stayed several hotels around ORD airport, this one is a real one!
Shuttle bus pick up at terminal 3, the driver was pretty helpful and friendly.
The room was pretty clean and big. They provided all shower needs products but didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush. Their bathtub shower system was awesome, especially water temperature works great.
Carpet was clean and the bed were great.
The only problem is they only provided $8 water bottle if you need to drink water in the room.

Very nice room to relax after long hours flight, and also very quiet.
Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our well maintained comfortable room and especially appreciated the in-room robes provided, that were cuddly, soft, and warm. They provided a homey feeling. The room was super clean, well organized, and made effective use of the space while still maintaining an open, refreshing feel. Great place to relax before and after enjoying the Smooth Jazz concerts at the theater.
