The Inn is very cozy and homey. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Our very special hostess's deserve a 10 star, but you only had 5. The breakfast is to die for 😋🤤 I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when anywhere near there.

My wife and I had a great and relaxing stay here. The staff is so accommodating and polite. The rooms are clean and so unique. The grounds are clean and the hot tub is perfect. At the time of checkout we had a dead battery in our car…. No big deal for the owner Bill, he jumped into action found us jumper cables from a staff member and in no time at all my wife and I were heading back to GR. Thx for the great stay, and we WILL see you soon. PS: say goodbye to Maggie 🐶 for us, we missed her this am. :))

My fiancé surprised me with a weekend stay at The Inn for my birthday. This was our first stay here and we were so pleased with our room- we stayed in the Captain's Quarters. The room was a perfect blend of rustic coziness with contemporary upgrades to the washroom and bedding along with a wet bar area for coffee and cocktails. The room also has a small private terrace. The bed especially was so comfortable and the amount of pillows was a nice surprise and definitely a plus to this 5 star review. We took a peak at some of the other vacant rooms- each unique and cozy in its own way. Each has a Swedish burning fireplace called a “Kakelugn” that adds to the charm. The Great Room is a lovely cozy gathering space also with a Kakelugn to keep warm on brisk days. The grounds are clean and inviting and if it wasn’t November, you would be able to see more of the beautiful plants and flowers that adorn the two buildings. A smaller balanced breakfast was served each morning, everything freshly prepared by the chef. The staff including Maryanne, Colin and Rory were all so pleasant and made the stay feel even more special. We got to meet Bill, the owner on our last day and he talked to us about the Inn’s upgrades and changes throughout the years. He truly loves what he does and it shows. We look forward to coming back again for sure.

This is a beautiful Inn! We had a lovely room with a Swedish fireplace and a balcony. The great rooms are beautiful and a nice place to gather. Breakfast was delicious and on our day was a sausage and egg burrito with fresh fruit and muffins. Yum! Minutes from Lake Michigan. A nice roadhouse was 2 minutes away where we had a great dinner. You won't regret staying here!

My husband and I had an absolutely lovely time at the Inn! We stayed in the Summer room in the Cottage and loved it.

The grounds were just beautiful — so many hydrangeas and other flowers, with plenty of seating in the courtyard for morning coffee and evening wine hour (yep, complimentary wine and popcorn every evening!).

The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. This was the perfect place to spend an extended weekend vacation in August. We can’t wait to stay here again in years to come!

My girlfriend and I came for a weekend trip from Chicago and it was absolutely perfect! We got the romantic package and was welcomed to a spacious cozy room with chilled champagne and rose pedals waiting for us! The farm to table breakfast was so delicious and the owners were so nice and friendly and cook right in kitchen with everyone! We really enjoyed the free morning yoga and enjoyed the hot table late night as well. We will be coming back ans highly recommend this bed and breakfast! Can’t say enough good things about this place and the owners!

We had such an incredible experience staying in the fauna air stream. It was the perfect amount of camping for nature lovers that still want some home comforts. The morning homemade breakfast was amazing and loved the hospitality. The hiking trails were private and the perfect way to feel grounded. It was such a perfect weekend. We will be back!

This place is really lovely, and the woods are amazing. There are so many things you can borrow for free, such as bicycles to ride to town or a kayak to go down the river. The pool is really cool and close, so you can enjoy it even when it’s cold outside. The breakfast is fantastic; this is the kind of place we’ve been looking for—a place where you can feel completely isolated in the woods. I had a great time, and it’s only an hour and 30 minutes from Chicago. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you.

Absolutely magical autumn getaway! Staying in the Flora vintage camper was a dream. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and thoughtful, making us (and our dog!) feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts they prepared were absolutely amazing – such a wonderful way to start the day.

We loved exploring the woods on the property; the fall colors were stunning, and it was the perfect escape into nature. It was also fascinating to see their property, including the chicken coop and all the produce they grow right there.

The location was perfect for exploring, and we were thrilled with how many fantastic dog-friendly spots were nearby. We (and our pup) highly recommend checking out: Whistle Stop Grocery for supplies, Warren Woods State Park for a beautiful hike, Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, Filkins Vineyards in Coloma (loved the live music!), Union Pier Social (more great live music!), and Seedz Brewery.

We could not have asked for a better experience and already can't wait to come back!

This was a wonderful stay! It was great to be able to explore the property and have access to kayaks and bicycles. The breakfast was top-level and was definitely filling. The pool, hot tub, and rooms were super clean. It was a nice relaxing getaway! I would recommend to others if they are looking for a hidden gem.
