This is a very nice hotel to stay at. It is very safe, and very clean. The staff could not have been more helpful in making your time there feel like home. Everything in my room was working fine and the room was very well organized. One of the greatest advantages of this hotel is the room thermostat was wall mounted, rather than in the HVAC itself. This absolutely provides the best control of the temperature of the room. The internet was good. Not the fastest I have seen in hotels, but surely adequate for most uses. It was about 15Mb/sec.
Breakfast was great and a good selection of goodies to eat. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage (2-Types While I was there), coffee, juice and more.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the area, check this one out! I'm sure you would not be sorry you did.
Renovations are amazing, with updated rooms including comfortable beds, bathroom experience (high-pressured water), working appliances and a pretty view. Hubby and I enjoyed our stay while visiting family; central to all our needs.
Location is great right off the freeway. Room was spacious clean and comfortable.
Check in was somewhat uncomfortable on a Saturday evening. I had no privacy as a man was just at the counter while the lady was talking to him. She was helping me while still holding a conversation with this man at the counter. She didn’t look like she even wanted to be at work. The same guy was at the desk for hours as I walked in n out the lobby
In the morning the lady was extremely nice and professional. This can be a great hotel if the evening staff were professional.
Very modern hotel, the renovation looks great. The bed was so comfortable I woke up late for breakfast. I’ll get breakfast next time
Enjoyed my stay.. nice, clean rooms. Front desk was very polite and professional. The ONLY dislike was the room had an aroma, like a sweet perfume that I could not find where it came from lol
Generally a positive 2 night experience. Room was clean, however the floor was sticky (true of other guest rooms as well) and the room was missing a hair dryer, which maintenance installed the next day. Hot breakfast had good variety, but eggs and sausages pretty tasteless. Front desk staff were real people and helpful. Pleasantly friendly.
I visited back in March when they had renovations going on. I'm glad they were able to manage the noise from the work going on. I didn't have problems with my room except the fridge was not cleaned properly. The room had every thing I wanted from fridge, microwave and safe. I remember there's accessible parking and entrance.
My stay this past weekend 9/19 - 9/23 was very pleasant and comfortable. Special Shout Out to 2 of the Front Desk Employees Ava & Jesse. Ava was very pleasant and friendly at checkin and each time I encountered her during my stay. Jesse was also very friendly and helpful whenever I needed to stop by the desk or even in passing. To my surprise he informed me at checkout that he had just started at the hotel. He definitely will be an asset on the front end with his customer service etiquette.
Very nice hotel, very conveniently located. Quiet and peaceful environment. Lovely hand cooked breakfast - don't be cheap and just have your room, pay a couple dollars more and have a wonderful breakfast.
Overall Hotel was clean & decent. But Lifts were old and shabby. Room was clean. In-room utilities e.g. A/C, TV were working properly. Hot water facility was good. Front desk service was all right. Breakfast should add few more items. Disappointing part was House Keeping. The House Keeping Management was kinda rude. They even denied to do the house keeping once in spite of our repeated request. They also came at their convenience. Probably house keeping section was understaffed, which was disappointing. Overall we had a mixed experience. Not sure if we would stay here again.
Check in procedure requires an extra $100. Told check in clerk I didn’t see that when booking the hotel online. Was told yeah it’s in the fine print at the bottom of page. Lobby is nice, service is sub par. Staff were not very helpful. Breakfast is not included and has to be paid extra for. Seriously I paid $300 (plus the $100 extra for damages at check in. Thought that was what a card on file was for.) a night for the hot tub suite. For breakfast to not be included is ridiculous. Fridge in room was not on. Phone in room did not work. Hot tub is slow to fill and bottom is cracking and chipping. I could have found a much better room for the price else where. Elevators are sketchy definitely need updating. Cannot recommend staying here. I’m very disappointed wasting my $300 here. I personally will not stay here again.
My wife and I really wanted to like this hotel. We were in town on business and decided to treat ourselves to a hot tub suite. Upon check in the staff basically ignored us, when we asked the staff if there was any more coffee they stated that they wouldn't refill the complimentary coffee. The "Chef" said he would not be making anymore coffee today. This was at 4;30 pm after driving for 10 hrs. We tried to make the best of the stay but our hot tub drain was broken and we had to constantly fill it to enjoy why we were there. Later in the evening we ordered door dash and someone at the desk took the Indian food had delivered, thankfully door dash credited us for the loss. When checking out at the front desk my wife commented about the hot tub and lack of complimentary coffee at check in and the manager made sure to jump into the conversation quite rudely. She continued to talk down to my wife and explain like she was talking to a child that they don't offer coffee all day long, that's why we have coffee makers in the rooms. Concerning the broken hottub they offered us some additional members points. Regardless, this establishments leadership could use some hospitality training. We will not stay at this hotel again.
