while going out we given request for the cleaning of the rooms and when we arrived in the late evening it was not through and then I went to the Duty Manager and discussed and they accepted their mistake and they deputed one girl for the cleaning .
Girl came to the room with the towels only and we asked her for the cleaning and she denied then I again approched duty manager and duty manager took action quickly and the reason that girl was annoyed and asking us to leave the room for cleaning and then we went to the restaurant and had our dinner and my wallet was in the room only .
Today after checking out we reached to the Airport and found 300 Euros was missing and we have doubt even we can say the same is theft in the hotel at the same time of cleaning. I sent email only one email received and no action taken by the property incharge

The location of the hotel is very good. Approximately 10 minutes from the city center. You can reach it by free ferry after a walk. The ferry experience is extremely enjoyable. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is extremely sufficient. Coffee and tea facilities are offered in the rooms. When your clean towels and other needs are delivered to the reception, they are met quickly.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near two supermarkets. The rooms are also nice and comfortable. However, we did have an unpleasant experience regarding the hotel restaurant. We wanted to enjoy dinner outside, but no one came to assist us. After waiting, we went inside to find a waiter who told us that we needed to order our food inside. This experience didn't quite match the expectation of dining at a hotel restaurant. Therefore we chose to eat somewhere else. The "tables" outside were dirty picknick tables as well.

Safe hotel, nice location. Easy walk to ferry and city center. Breakfast is continental style and is very good. However, The rooms are small. More than that they are hot!!!! Air conditioning is almost non existent. Holiday inn also needs to improve their bedding. Pillows are hard as a rock or lumpy as mashed potatoes. Furthermore, where is the sheet? A comforter is provided in a duvet. This may be easier for cleaning staff, but definitely not comfortable for travelers especially when the air conditioning is barely functioning. IHG needs to do better. Very disappointing and difficult to enjoy vacation days when you don’t get a good sleep.

I stayed two nights. The staff at this hotel were really pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. delicious breakfast each morning i think everyday same items except two-three items, they should add more Vegan items. The room was well cleaned and toilet.

Our experience at the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam was a positive one.
This hotel is modernly built and has all the facilities to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay there.
The rooms are equipped with exactly what you need, including an iron flat and a hair dryer, the modern shower in the floor is very well positioned, also for €15/night you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the river at a upper floor, and I recommend it.
Cosmetic products such as shampoo, soap and towels were good quality and sufficient, and in case you forgot your toothbrush or other personal hygiene products, it is enough to call the reception and they will gladly help you and they will give you these, free of charge.
The breakfast was consistent and rich in variety of products, and the staff was kind and efficient, coming with useful information.
We would like to thank the entire team behind these services and who together make our stay as pleasant as possible and a positive experience in this hotel.
To the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms and the entire hotel, I personally thank you! You are doing an excellent job. We will definitely be back

The hotel has a reasonable price, the room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and complete. I prefer to have more local products rather than international. The hotel is near to the river and calm place. To visit the historical part of the city, you need to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the metro or 15 minutes to get to the boat to cross the river. Overall, it is one of the good hotels that I have stayed in.

my wife and i stayed here this weekend. Max was working the front desk, i later found out Max took my reservation over the phone also, customer service was on point. we stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor and it was absolutely beautiful. my wife and i agreed this will be our new kid get-a-way spot. we will for sure be back!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is ideal, and there is a cool aesthetic in the lobby. The rooms are spacious but not very clean feeling. The sinks have a constant bad odor to them and the refrigerators either do not work or not work well.

I’m literally in love with Courtney and Diamond at the bar. The customer service is so top tier I’d come back just for them alone. Gerad at the front desk is also amazing. He made us laugh, we could walk pass and he checked in on our activities of the day, and made us feel right at home. The beds are soooo comfortable and everything was clean. If you’re debating - don’t. Book the hotel, enjoy the really good free breakfast, the amazing customer service, and get a drink or food from the bar! If management sees this - everyone I mentioned deserves raises and I’m so serious! You have a great team, show them some real appreciation because this type of customer service is rare!

Hate to tell you how nice this place is. I want to be able to get a room the next time! Wide open spaces. We were a party of 8 on 5 motorcycles. Very accommodating and cordial. We had a wonderful time in the on-site bar and took our fun to the " library " when the bar closed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed a few days for work and was happy I chose this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional, the rooms were clean. The best part of my stay was the Blind Buffalo bar located in the hotel. I flew in later than expected so the front desk suggested eating at the bar. Diamond was working that night and she was amazing. Her attention to detail on a slow night was impressive. I went back every night I stayed.
The 3rd night the bar was really busy and she once again impressed me with her service and attention to detail.
I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Diamond if you're in the Tulsa area, ask for a Whiskey sour or a dirty martini, they were amazing.
If you are lucky you may hear her singing why she is working.
