Where exactly is the jacuzzi in Fayetteville, AR hotels?

It's clean, I'll give them that. But the super thin walls allow you to hear the people walking overhead and the baby in the other room cry all night....so peaceful. No sleep. Also the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows are huge and firm...no way to actually sleep on them, the blanket on the bed is as thin as the walls are. And... No water? Other than the hotels here in Fayetteville, I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide free bottles of water ... so stingy, and unwelcoming..... I get it.... Take advantage of the fact that it's a college town... suck those poor parents for everything else they have.... Look, I've stayed in college towns, cities, small underserved towns, other countries.... Everyone else knows how to be hospitable to their guests.... Not Fayetteville! It speaks to me "we don't care about our guests.... Just their money." Just a tip: something that may seem like a small gesture to you, actually goes a long way with your guests. Also... No housekeeping??
I travel and stay here often for work. The customer service by the manager Sheryl is wonderful. She will really make sure you’re taken care of and any issues are resolved. She even offered to drive one of my packages to a FedEx office herself. I have to commend this location and specifically Sheryl for her customer service.
Location is excellent. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you choose to walk. Many things are a short drive as well. Housekeeping is not done daily. I imagine if you want daily housekeeping, you would have to ask for it. We got towels and toiletries replenished upon request. Using the Marriott App makes it easy to communicate with the front desk. Staff was friendly.
The rooms were great...I would recommend making sure there isn't big groups staying there. Kids ran up and down the halls til 11:30pm. We got 30 minutes in the pool the rest of the time it had lots of rowdy kids... Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean.
Not again in this lifetime....Absolutely the most unhospitable, broke-down, disgusting lodging I have ever stayed in in 45 years of traveling. How Marriott could allow this place being called "Courtyard" is beyond me. Unfortunately, this is one of the few places to stay in the general area (and clearly the owner knows it). The staff prides itself on making your stay as uncomfortable and unhospitable as possible. I'd sleep in my car before I stayed at this place again. Disgusting !
Very friendly staff, rooms were nice , beds comfy. Breakfast was good. We're Hilton Honors, and this was one of the better Hampton Inn's that we've stayed at. We would definitely return.
Hotels are kind of hard to rate but the Hamilton inn was clean, well maintained, had comfortable beds, and wasn't too expensive. 10/10 highly recommend if you're in the area and have the ability to do simple things without feeling the need to post about it on social media
I am currently disabled due to my knee being in four pieces. Whenever I arrived here I was in a lot of pain due to my new medication not working yet. The staff were amazing. They got us the best handicap room they had available, whenever the swelling was unbearable the woman at the front desk spared her own ibuprofen to help, and they gave us a free late checkout so we wouldn't have to rush my broken leg. Kindness can be rare in this world but it should be praised when it is seen. Thank you so much and God bless you all.
I helped my daughter move here, so I was needing a place to stay overnight. I was here a previous time, but wasn't that impressed with the hotel that I chose then, so I decided to try a different place. This was, by far, better than where I stayed the last time. The room was a little cheaper, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! In addition to the usual waffles, cereal, and fruit, I had a choice of scrambled eggs or a cheese omelet, biscuits (and gravy) or toast, and sausage patty or links. As for the room, the bed was comfortable, and when I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk. The next time I'm back in town, I'll choose this hotel again.
Service: Friendly staff that seemed to genuinely care about their guests. They had a sign near the registration counter that said something like "Cats and Dogs are welcome here".
Room: clean, updated fixtures, impressive furnishings and decor. Love the window treatments! No center gap between curtain panels.
Location: just a block from the busy street. Near many restaurants. Near the UofA. Easy access to freeway.
I wish the continental breakfast had more fresh fruit and less highly processed foods that really don't taste that great. They still have their waffle station with 2 different irons.
