I asked for a bottle of water for my meds and was told the two in my room on my first day were complimentary. I was told by front desk personnel I could purchase more bottles of water...I declined... and purchased water for the next 5 days from a convenience store near the hotel. Please do better.

A very decent hotel with upset level quality of the all the basics that other hotels tend to get cheap with. There's tons of parking, a good fitness center and a nice indoor pool.

They don't restrict the air conditioner like a lot of places which I really enjoy. Maid service is every other day but if you end up needing something outside of the rotation you can get anything at the front desk or they'll even bring it to your room.

My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that access to the parking lot when coming from the west isn't the most convenient but my no means a deal breaker. I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it.

Had a few minor issues when we arrived (fridge related). Jacob went out of his way to make sure everything was resolved and that we were happy with our room. Outstanding service. The rooms are really nice and clean. Will be back.

This Hampton Inn location is very nice, clean, and has a great location. We were here for an Amp concert but we went down the street from the hotel to a flea market. We had Red Robin across the street and in the AM there is a 7 brew right across the street. Plenty of other places to eat and shop near by and only 8 mins from the Amp. Staff was all very friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast bar was actually really nice too. It was all clean and well stocked and had good food. 10/10 recommend!

Very comfortable room and great water pressure in the shower.
Awesome Fitness Room open 24 hours and long open hours for the Pool.
Very convenient for people on the road wanting to keep up with their fitness!
I really enjoyed my stay, albeit for one night.

Country Inn & Suites - Bentonville

This was a pleasantly modern and clean hotel.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in fast, drop my stuff and head back out for the evening.

The lobby had beautiful grand-looking stairs. You can also use elevator. One of the elevators was out of service.

Once I opened my room, I was surprised how big, modern and clean the space was. My King Suite had a nice chair, couch, desk, and a super comfortable bed. I honestly didn’t want to get up, next morning, because it was extremely comfortable.

Bathroom was good size, with modern design. Bright lighting. Large vanity sink and mirror. Very generous supply of towels that were clean without any stains.

Next morning, I went to have their delicious and hot breakfast. They had hot potatoes, sausage patties and eggs. Good selection of hot teas to choose from, as well as, coffee.

Overall, my experience was pleasant. Staff was great and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location and looking forward to returning here.

Booked reservation prepaid through my Expedia app & found the location to check in after 3pm. Quick & easy hassle free. Staff friendly & courteous. Ms. Monie freshly backed chocolate chip cookies & directed me to cold pints of milk complimentary. Swimming indoor pool open till 12 am midnight. Full breakfast 6-9:30 am & 12 pm noon check out time. We highly recommend this quality customer service & product.

It was a nice quiet place with a good breakfast each morning. The only complaint was that the hot tub wasn't working (no heating element). The pool was okay for swimming, but it was a little too cool for staying in the water 💦 for too long.

It's only my second time staying there. Unfortunately I stay there for work so I don't have an option. I wouldn't stay here for leisure though. I understand a lot of crew members stay here and it's very fast paced but these rooms smell like old closets. There was hair and a stain on the toilet and ants in the tub and ceiling (mind you this was the second room I was given the first room was a connecting room with none of my crew) so three stars for location and the front desk woman who didn't give me a hard time about moving me. As an ex Hilton employee and current crew member, I highly suggest crew are placed on the highest floor in corners so we don't hear people's steps and every movement above us.

I like this hotel. Only complaint I have along w/ the rest of my flt crew is small square pillows that don't keep structure as soon as you apply any pressure such as resting your head on them. They go completely flat and cause headaches and neck pains. Other than that personally during my stay I was assigned the 3rd floor. Whomever was staying in the room above my hotel room was stomping and rumbling like an entire zoo and it was pass 1 am in the morning lasting over a half hour or so. The gym is small but it gets the job done 💪 and there's an indoor pool located right next to it w/ the view of one another. Other than that great friendly staff, like the flow and the layout of the lobby area including the coffee and tea station. Would like to see infused water dispenser as an option in the future. Had a nice fireplace on the opposite side of the front lobby area, there's also a large dinning area w/ breakfast but I didn't have time to partake. Maybe my next visit I can update some feedback. Overall pleasant stay for me personally. There were no unpleasant odors including cigarette smoking from the lobby, to the halls to the rooms. The carpet didn't have a musty or damp unclean smell so definitely nice clean smelling air throughout. I will be frequenting this hotel for work.
