We would highly recommend staying at The Victoria. It was the perfect location. We could easily walk to the museums and downtown. Seamless check in. Comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed two breakfasts and they were delicious. The owners really came through in a pinch when my husband had a fall while biking and they set us up with bandages, antiseptics, etc. Exceeded all expectations!
The Victoria did not disappoint! We were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and museums. The owners, Joana and Michael, were gracious, welcoming and went beyond what we expected. Awesome made-to-order breakfasts. The property is clean and well maintained. Will definitely return in the near future!
The Victoria Bed & Breakfast offers a warm, classic atmosphere with attentive, thoughtful service. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast make every day a perfect start. This is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
I've been visiting Bentonville for 4-5 years for frequent work trips almost once a month. And this is my best stay this close to the square. Cleanliest rooms. Rooms are big and the decor is very elegant throughout the b &b. The bathrooms were nice and had nice extras. Although I did not eat the breakfast due to an early morning meeting, it looked yummy- classic American. And even better- its located right across from Onyx coffee (NWA best coffee-yum) and a Walmart. They had fresh fruit and cookies available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. Staff responded to text and gave space. Other guests were nice and quiet. The beds were so comfy, if I wasn't on a work trip- I would have slept in. My room had the perfect amount of work space too. Very walkable. This will definitely be my go to spot. The rest of my team was staying at a hotel that was completely booked- they were so jealous.lol
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway to the Victoria BnB for our anniversary! We love unique architecture, cozy atmospheres and good hospitality and Joana and Michael’s place ticked all the boxes! And the breakfast is superb!! Our room was immaculately clean and had all the necessary amenities which made for an inviting place to cozy up with a good book and listen to the sound of the rainstorm on the roof. A beautiful gem in the heart of DT Bentonville! We hope to be back soon!
The Wingate by Wyndham in Bentonville is a clean and nice hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the the room is clean and spacious. I wish it was closer to Bentonville; I didn't realize that it was going to be a 15-minute drive to the heart of the city when I booked it.
1. Initially given a room with people already in it. Awkward !!!!! 2. Eventually given a room we did not request. Paid for king bed, got queen bed instead. 3. Employee on duty placed us on hold, walked downstairs to find her on her cell phone. 4. Refrigerator in room had mold in it and smelled awful. Very dissatisfied. Too bad, Wyndham is normally a nice place to stay.
One of the most peaceful hotel stays I’ve ever had—especially impressive given how close it is to the airport. I didn’t hear a single traffic sound all night. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. My flight got in after 1 a.m., well past the usual shuttle cutoff at midnight, but they still arranged a shuttle to come pick me up. Then, when there was an issue with my credit card (likely related to how I booked, not the hotel’s fault), the front desk staff was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted.
I’ll absolutely be staying here every time I fly out of XNA.
We had a lovely experience here! The staff was more than accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean and spacious for our family. We will be back!
All of the staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The water in the shower was hot and the breakfast wasn’t awful. As far as the rooms of the hotel itself. They smelt like dirty socks. We talked to another guest and they found a cockroach in their sheets. The pool and hot tub were closed, an elevator wasn’t working, and the elevator that was working wasn’t up to inspection, friends of ours had leaky air conditioners. It may be convenient to the airport, but going the distance to another hotel is worth it! A different hotel should hire the staff.
