The hotel has a lot to offer(food, shopping, entertainment). My one issue was the amount of smoke you are subjected to just walking through the main portion of the hotel. We didn't put our clothes in the closet after going out, so our other clothes wouldn't get smelly. If they invested in smoke vents to pull the smoke out it would be the perfect hotel. Therefore, I deducted an overall star for the smoke.

Would have been nice but they allow smoking all over. Instant headache as soon as I walked in. I went with 5 other people and it was a very short trip...pretty annoying because it was a 45 minute drive. If you allow smoking at least keep it for certain areas. There was no place in there where we could enjoy a smoke free game. I had no choice but to leave because I am still nursing my baby...but honestly I would've still left because all the second hand smoke was killing me?
First valet parking charged $35 per day without tip. Second they don't clean your room unless it's requested (nasty). Third the casino is extremely dirty, hardly any drink service. Fourth the players card booth, employees were unhappy and it showed. Fifth hotel check in staff looked miserable.
In conclusion; the slots pay nothing back just take and take. They did not even give us a fighting chance and we only play HL. Bell hops were pleasant, and the patrons were very friendly. Overall it might be a good casino to some but for me it was awful. Will never return, my entire party was unsatisfied. Good luck.

This is my favorite place to retreat to when I need a break from my immediate world I mean for me it's like visiting an adults playground they have it all and your always welcomed with a smile no matter what time you choose to come rolling units 24 hours so I like to avoid big crowds my usual arrival time is between 3 and 5 am and I get out of there by noon the very latest I have gone all different times as well as stayed for a week strait utilizing the hotel portion and they do st times pack on the players I never thought it was too packed to enjoy oneself but just prefer off hours so 8 can roam around and not worry bout how I look or getting hot on usually no conversations more playing is best for my taste and just cuz it's slow no worries you may still win they don't set any time restraints on jackpots just in case anyone may have questioned their abilities 24 hours of fun fair playtime. ... Come whenever you are feeling lucky
The casino is a 10/10 absolute gamblers paradise! I was shocked by how big it was and how many games they have to offer. It wasn't until about an hour in that I even discovered the other side. I stayed all evening easily. One thing I will say is go with $$ to spend if you want to have a good time. The max bet on all of the machines seemed really high for what I'm used to. Overall it was a great time and I'd love to go back!

Huge shout out to having actual open WIFI, that actually works and do not need to jump through hoops to connect.

Staff was very friendly and understood we traveled with a baby and let us have a late check out.

Rooftop is great to watch sunsets and live music.

We stayed just for one night but really enjoyed our families experience here. All of the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The valet was actually convenient and they helped us as well with setting up beach chairs for us and setting up a kayak for me and my son to use. The food at the restaurant for dinner was really good. Room was clean and no odors. We also ate here for breakfast the next morning and had a fantastic breakfast out on the restaurant’s patio and enjoyed the sunrise as well. Great experience, thank you to all of the staff for such a great time!

This place does not warrant its price. I've had better service, rooms, beds, and overall experiences from $100/ night hotels than I did here for about $250/ night.
Furniture was heavily scratched, phone in my room didn't work, several light switches/ fan controls didn't work, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, there was a different room's balcony outside our window (no joke, a different guest could've walked up to our window from outside and stared in at us on the 3rd floor).

Front desk was low-key rude. Asked for an additional blanket, called back an hour later, they said they forgot, they then offered to take care of it while on the phone with me, i said that wasn't necessary so they hung up on me (to take care of it i guess).
Called for additional towels, they told me they'd let housekeeping know and they'd get to me when they'd get to me.
Let them know my phone wasn't working (calling from another person in our party's room) they said the phones are getting replaced next month and hung up.
I know none of these are their fault but the basic customer service thing of "I'm sorry [you're having this slightly negative experience]" isn't a thing they do here apparently.

Also didn't appreciate the forced valet service.

Positive notes.
With the exception of the front desk, all the staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly.
Every bit of food we had here was super good, expensive but delicious

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed. Customer service is excellent. The rooms are HUGE. The rooms come with a separate living room and a TV. The showers are big. There are two shower heads in the shower where at least two people can take a shower at the same time. They had fruit infused water and freshly baked cookies at the entrance. They also had kayaks, bicycles, paddle boarding and beach umbrellas that’s included in their amenities. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our wedding took place on Dec. 2 and was the most perfect day! I will recommend The Hotel Zamora to anyone getting married! From the very first meeting, Jacqueline was extremely nice and was very responsive through the entire planning process! Carly was amazing as well! Jacqueline and Carly were both quick to address any concerns that we had and come up with remedies. We felt like we were their only clients with how attentive they were, even though I’m sure they had a ton of other clients. The wedding venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and between the venue coordinators and our wedding planner, everything on the actual wedding day went seamlessly. Our guests STILL talk about how amazing the food and the venue was. The beach is right across the street for amazing sunset wedding photos and there are so many awesome spots for pictures on the hotel property! Our day was perfect and we loved every minute. Definitely have your wedding here! Also the rooms are super nice and they have a large “getting ready” room for the bride/bridal party, which was super nice as well.
