Do not stay in room 210!!! I’ve never had such a horrible experience. There is dj music blasting into the room from the restaurant below. I called to complain about the noise, and they Acted like they didn’t know what it could be an offered me a sound machine I have a four-year-old and already had a sound machine on full blast and base was still pumping into the room to the late hours. Then, again, early in the morning, you could hear them or cleaning or doing something in the restaurant and until the restaurant closed again at night. When I talk to somebody about it the second day, they knew exactly what I was talking about and said we were above a space where they do host events as we went to dinner at the restaurant I quickly realize the music was the same coming from the restaurant DJ. We were offered to switch rooms, but with a four year-old and stuff everywhere and the fact that we were switching rooms the last night for a sweet upgrade that we had on our account because of our status. I really didn’t want to take that option. I did ask to discuss it with a supervisor and was never called. I had to repeat myself for different times with four different people and finally the last guy gave me a call back and offered the room switch but a supervisor still never reached out. The view of the room is horrible. There was a dead bird on the balcony in plain side of my little daughter. You could hardly get service at the pool or beach. They must be short staffed. The valet was great and everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice but overall I felt like I was staying at a Holiday Inn. I’ve definitely had greater experiences elsewhere. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We were there for 2 days for a mini moon following our wedding and it was such a great time! When we got there, Kavanugh (didn't spell that correctly) helped us and he told us how they are fully booked but wanted to get us a gift for the special occasion and sent a bottle of wine with strawberries to our room. Then we had the front door employee, Curtis, who was amazing. He was so helpful and sweet. He tried to get us a room upgrade when he brought our bags to our room and he felt bad because the hotel was booked, he got us a credit at dinner to celebrate that night at the Jack Dusty restaurant. Curtis checked on us the whole time we were there and was super kind. Then we met concierge employee Demetrius because we wanted to get recommendations for dinner at the circle and he recommended a restaurant that ended up being delicious place and he even made the reservation for us. He was so nice to do that. Also, the restaurant at the hotel, jack dust, had delicious food and the beach club was amazing and so much fun. We definitely want to go back and its mainly because of how we were treated .

Whether you need assistance with your luggage, recommendations for local attractions, or have any special requests, the staff is always ready to assist with a smile.
The accommodations at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota are elegant, and feature tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and breathtaking views of the Sarasota Bay or the city skyline in the main area. The guest's rooms are a little outdated and they have worn marks and chips on some of the furniture. Carpets in guest rooms are stained in some areas as well. The Ritz Club is our favorite amenity, although you have to drive to get to it! We love Lido Beach, so we stay here because we enjoy the private location which we enjoy every time we stay!

During our recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, we found the overall experience to be average. The room we were assigned appeared dated and did not meet our expectations for a luxury accommodation. However, the service provided by the front desk staff was commendable, as they were attentive and accommodating to our needs.
Unfortunately, our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was less than satisfactory. The restaurant staff seemed slow and inattentive, requiring us to request service on multiple occasions. While the quality of the food may have been satisfactory, the service aspect detracted from our overall enjoyment of the meal.
In summary, while the front desk service at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota was exemplary, the dated room and lackluster restaurant service left us with an overall impression of mediocrity. We had hoped for a more exceptional experience given the reputation of the Ritz-Carlton brand.

We recently stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff was exceptional beginning with Brandon W. at the front desk greeting us and immediately making us feel special and at home. The valets were all courteous, quick, and helpful when we asked about local restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach club over on the beach. We chose to drive our car and there was a valet (Daniel) over at the beach club who was very courteous and informative providing us with a detail of all the amenities available and their location at the beach club. The outstanding staff members really make this hotel a wonderful place to visit!

This was our second time visiting for Spring Break. This year was not the same. The service was not nice at all!! I should start by saying that my jewelry was stolen by housekeeping!! When they were confronted of course they denied it. We are getting police involved and hiring a lawyer!! This is not how you want to come home from an expensive trip!! I saw one of the managers several times and they never spoke. I actually got in the elevator and they never said hi or how is your stay going! We will never go back to this place again and if I were you I would not waste my money!!! TERRIBLE

From the moment we checked in, this resort has gone above and beyond for my family. We have an eight month old and they have treated him like a king. From extra towels to crib mattresses to washcloths for his bath, they have made our stay so enjoyable. All of the staff are so welcoming! Make sure to eat at Drift! Breakfasts and dinners are phenomenal! The shuttle service to St Armand’s Circle is so nice too!!! We can’t wait to come back for future family vacations!

This place does everything right. We had the best sleeps we’ve ever had during our three nights there and were treated like royalty!! The staff is beyond respectful. Also the location is unbeatable. Steps from the beach. Last thing that was really special - the place has character. The decor is beach modern with a unique twist. Will be back in January!!

I stay here for a medical conference that was on the premises in early December. My wife came along for a little vacation time. The property is decent. We stayed in the shorter building, not the tower. So we had an outside door. We had a nice north facing view of the beach. The outside of that building looked a little weathered. However the rooms themselves were beautiful and looked new and modern. Our bed was comfortable. Our room was clean. The bathroom is quite small but adequate. Great shower. Espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, sink and some dishes TV, safe, ironing, board, hairdryer, the usual hotel room amenities. We were on the third floor. Free parking was part of our package. The lobby itself was beautiful. The pool bar was nice but it closed way too early. Did you have an adult only pull on hot tub. Decent access to the beach. Great place to watch the sunset. We did go to the drift Restaurant and had an absolutely fabulous meal and cocktails. My seminar was adjacent to the drift restaurant, and it was adequate space for the meeting, decent buffet, breakfast every morning, overall good space. There’s a parking ramp as well. Valet parking is available at desired. I do have a shuttle to the shopping district of Lido key. It’s not a far walk however. It’s right next to the Lido key public beach access. It was not very busy when we were there since the weather was a little cooler.

Stayed here to celebrate our newborn with my wife and 2 year old and was amazed by accommodations and hospitality. Milo’s and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The amenities were fantastic and the food was excellent every time. Very elegant, fun, and family friendly. 10/10 will return. Thank you Lido key beach resort staff.
