Great Location! Great staff! staff & service are excellent! They are on top of everything. The 17+ pool area is quiet and nice! We stayed at White Sands Villa 2 BR, that room is amazing! Enough space for everyone, magnificent views. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.
We have been to Pink Shell twice. Once prior to the Hurricane and just this month. There is nothing I can say negative about the resort. The staff makes you feel like you are a part of their family and really caters to you and your needs and wants. We stayed in the Sanibel building and it was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The wings at Bongos were delicious. We love the fact they have the Adult pool and two other pools, one particular to families. We plan to visit again in the future.
We had a wonderful time visiting the Pink Shell hotel for the first time and it will definitely not be our last! We were here with a family of 5 and the staff and amenities were spot on and made the trip worth while.
Ranger Rob was extremely knowledgeable and provided an exciting walk down the beach with so much education about the wildlife that we will be sure to share. Next time we would love to do some of the excursions with him. He is a treasure for this hotel!!!
The serving staff during each morning’s breakfast was excellent, especially Ronald and our daily server who made our delicious omelets! I wish I caught his name to mention!
The pool and beach staff were attentive and made sure we were well taken care of! We loved the morning bike ride down the street and daily dolphin spottings!
Our family absolutely loved this resort! Ranger Rob was definitely a highlight. We joined him for morning beach walk and he taught us about the sea turtle conservation effort and showed us sea turtle nests. We also did a kayak tour with him and got lucky with a manatee siding! To say his passion for wildlife conservation is impressive would be an understatement. His knowledge and energy are a true resource for the pink shell.
Our family enjoyed the breakfast at Jack's and our Villa was spotless the entire stay. This resort experience was top notch and I would recommend it to anyone. The umbrella and chair service on the beach were such nice amenities to have when traveling in via airplane. We also enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals into town and the stand-up paddle boards on the beach.
The resort is a short drive from Sanibel, where we were able to explore the Shell museum, the wildlife refuge, do a little shopping and of course shelling. The whole experience was fantastic! We hope to return one day!
The service at Pink Shell is second to none. Think about the over-the-top hospitality of Chick-fil-a...and then translate that to a hotel. That is Pink Shell.
From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the "free" breakfast. The omelette bar was top notch and the pastries and fruit were a nice touch.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It was spacious and updated. We loved having the kitchen/dining area. The screened in balcony in addition to the wall of windows overlooking the pool and beach was also a nice touch.
The chairs and umbrellas were plentiful on the beach and it was so nice that it's an included amenity. And just steps from the water is a beach bar with friendly service and great drinks.
If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to enjoy the beach, Pink Shell is a good bet!
Haven't been on a plane in over 13 years! Used a car parking service thru Courtyard at Marriott. Wonderful hotel staff greated us warmly and took care us us quickly. The shuttle to the airport was smooth and timely. It made it a breeze getting to the airport. Thank you for making it a pleasure
Good location, clean rooms, but a few things could’ve been better. I stayed here for a work trip, and the hotel was in a great spot with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not having a microwave in the room was a letdown. You have to go down to the lobby just to reheat anything, which feels like a push to use their restaurant if you want "fresh" meal. Speaking of the restaurant—it was okay. The wings were soggy. The burger was fine but nothing special, though the hummus was surprisingly good.
Big shoutout to Clarisse at the bistro—she was really sweet, friendly, and helpful during my stay.
This was a great place to stay! Very convenient location, right near so many stores and restaurants and the room was very spacious. I especially loved the service. Everyone remembered me and one person in particular stuck out, giving excellent service. I left before the sun even came up and Sarah was smiling and helpful!! That early in the morning!!!! I mentioned to her I love seashells, she even gave me some recommendations on local beaches to check out.. 10/10 definitely recommend!
We stayed with a group and had great group rates. Not only that, the customer service was incredible. Front desk during the day (on weekend) was super friendly and attentive. I asked for a couple of things for my room and they came out super fast. The hotel was very clean. So nice to have GREAT customer service, it is a skill is dying in most places. THANK YOU
This was my first time staying at this facility, and I must say it was phenomenal! Every detail was perfect. Upon entry, both hotel receptionists, Emmanuel and Annabelle, greeted me with a warm welcome. I appreciate their teamwork in helping me find a room during my stay; everything was seamless. Both were knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Fort Myers area. The team deserves five stars. I will return when I'm back in the Southwest area.
