The rooms, which were recently updated, were very nice with a couch along with two beds. Kind and courteous staff made up for other shortcomings (fridge not working) and were quick to move us when requested for noise issues from being roomed next to the hotel laundry room.
Complimentary breakfast was hot and had decent options such as pour/make your own waffles, meat, juice, etc.
We did not use the pool - water visibly dirty - it may have been in the middle of repair like the hot tub was our entire stay. The keycard scanner on the side door that would have made it easier to get to our room was broken.
Location was central to everything we needed to get to including French Lick/West Baden. Would
consider staying here again for the right price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a sizable group occupying multiple rooms. We would frequently gather in the lobby or the parking lot for socializing and even a pizza party. The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating for our entire group. It made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our car club had a gathering near French Lick Indiana, and chose to stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel was spotless, and even the breakfast for a chain hotel was appetizing.
Special, thanks to Jason and his staff for making us feel at home and and going way above and beyond to make this one of the best trips we have been on in the last 10 years.

We just concluded a four day stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our group, but it was the staff that made the stay amazing. Jason the manager could not have been more helpful and generous with his time. The entire hotel staff were great and extremely helpful with any request. I would 100% stay here again while visiting the area.

Wow! I wasn't expecting a literal apartment for a hotel room! A full kitchen WITH supplies AND a dishwasher! We are a family of 7 and having all of that made our stay SO much nicer! For the money, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this hotel. I wish all hotels were as well thought out as this one, especially for the price. If we're ever in the area again, we will absolutely stay here again without a second thought.

Truly the Eighth Wonder of the World! West Baden Hotel is a beautiful architectural marvel and historic site. It's well worth touring even if you aren't getting a room.

My husband took me to West Baden for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We had the best time! The hotel is beautiful and well appointed, and we loved walking through the garden. There were carriage rides, trolley rides, and shuttles, so there was no need to drive once you arrive. There is so much history to learn about around the area, which we love! The staff were so friendly and informative! We enjoyed our tour of the horse stables. The restaurants at the hotel served delicious food and there are good restaurants in French Lick too, especially the German restaurant and Moo Moos! In the evening there was jazz music to listen to in the atrium and the library, which we enjoyed. We went to the French Lick Resort and toured the hotel and made a pit stop at the casino. There was a train ride we didn't have time to do, but we are planning to go back, and I can't wait!!

Amazing structure and facility hidden in the middle of nowhere Indiana. The grounds are phenomenal to take in. It is something you have to feel in person to appreciate the architecture and work put into preserving it.

Where do I start...Number 1 your people are absolutely amazing and kindest group of individuals out there. From the moment you walk in you're completely in awe by the architecture. The beds are soft and comfortable. They have a shuttle to take you anywhere you need to go in French Lick. The spa is amazing and the indoor pool was phenomenal. We loved our experience so much we are rebooking for Christmas. Again I have stayed at a lot of 4 star hotels and this way exceeded my expectations.

This place and the experience owe me nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I stayed relaxed the entire time. The atrium itself is a must-see where you can spend lots of time, just sitting and relaxing and taking in all of the views. While the restaurants are overly priced, has expected for a resort, there are a few options in town that make it worth leaving the resort. They offer a 24-hour free shuttle service that will take you wherever you want to go, including to the local winery in downtown area. We definitely will return.

Wow, just a fantastic resort! First time visiting for a long weekend. This resort will be my new go to weekend getaway. The resort was at 100% occupancy and I would have never guessed it. Super chill, relaxing, exactly what we needed. The staff is super friendly and happy to answer questions or just say “hi”. Tricia at the front desk is incredible. She knows the history of this resort and loves to share her knowledge. Really appreciate the time she took showing me around after I inquired about rooms for a future reservation. Restaurants were good. Hotel transportation was very efficient. I don’t have a single complaint. Cannot wait to return!
