Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to connect to the internet. Complimentary breakfast. Good coffee when I was there. Overall I would definitely stay again!
My wife and I booked our wedding block here. We were very happy with how everything turned out. Kristan was very helpful in arranging everything for us - from creating the block to expanding the number of rooms to arranging the shuttle service. The rooms were also clean and the breakfast service was great. I would recommend to anyone looking to create a hotel block for a wedding in the area!
Great hotel. Driving a truck and trailer will be tuff to find parking in the smaller lot. They ask you to park on the street in front of hotel. Very friendly Staff. Updated rooms and look.
My Son Dan lives in Greensburg and recommend this Hotel and was on point. The decor is beautiful and refreshing. Workers were very kind and helpful. Our Room was very nice . We rested well. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel 5 star for sure.
I use the conference room at this Hampton Inn once a quarter, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hooking up my computer to give a presentation is literally two steps—it’s quick, easy, and it always works. The room is always clean and set up exactly how I need it. And the fresh-baked cookies and hot coffee in the lobby? Total bonus. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and welcoming meeting space!
I was attending a workshop nearby and confused with all the choices. I'm so thrilled I picked this hotel. Super clean, great location, quiet room, and a really nice breakfast. Shower was new walk in, and had excellent water pressure; soaps were in big dispensers inside on the shower wall. I used the digital key without errors. I'd definitely recommend this location. It was double the price of the ones closer to my location, but definitely worth it.
I came to Greensburg for the Pittsburgh Steelers training camp.To my delight the hotel was great. From the time we walked in we were welcomed.Debbie was the first person we met at the front desk and she was awesome. Our room was across the hall from the laundry room.I met Devone who was on point. He suggested places to eat.The whole staff was great and we will be back next training camp. Thanks to everyone
The walls are paper thin. The room I was given was the closest to the lobby, I could not only hear the room next door tv, but also the lobby tv. This was after a long day and was almost 11 at night. I went to the front desk and asked to be exchanged rooms.fpr one in a quieter area of the hotel. The front desk was incredibly rude. At this point I decided to just keep driving and find another hotel and leave this one. Front desk refused to refund even though I had been there for less than 5 minutes and hadn't even set my bags down yet. Do not stay here unless you want loud rooms and a very rude front desk staff. I travel for work and spend 1/2 the year in Hilton hotels, this is not the norm and far below standards for Hilton family hotels.
I had booked a one night stay here at this location and it has been phenomenal so far. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind when I was checking in. It was a quick and easy process. The rooms were very clean, little to no noise at all, and it was very comfortable. I will be coming back. Thank you Hampton Inn of Greensburg!
Very efficient and professional staff. Kudos to Debbi, Siri, and manager Amy. Minor issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Room was very comfortable and clean. Environmental controls easy to use. No carpet in the rooms, though. Breakfast was minimal and typical Hampton fare. Location for Greensburg was excellent. Right off the main highway but on a hill so you don't hear the highway noise and traffic. Ample parking on-site. The property is well maintained. Internet is fast and reliable. Enjoyed my stay. If in the area again, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
My room smelled like a backed up toilet. Then tried the ac unit and it smelled musty. Complimentary soap containers were empty. I was only there one night so i dealt with it. Im sure they would've moved my room if I informed then
My room was quiet, dark, and cold, just the way I like it. Staff were some of the friendliest I've encountered and everything was clean and in good repair. (The showerhead wasn't my favorite - it seemed to go all over the place - but I think some people like that.) The clocks were basic instead of the more Marriott-typical CubieBlue Bluetooth that are dimmable, but it wasn't a problem. I appreciate that the bathroom light switch is inside the bathroom. Many Courtyard have it outside, and that makes it impossible to keep the main room dark.
Adequate to Good in most categories. The service desk was very pleasant every interaction and helpful, and the rooms and amenities were clean and bright. Many extras cost more but that was expected, towels were kind of small and thin compared to everything else looking luxurious.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that my bed linen was soiled, with a visible stain on the mattress pad peeking through the fitted sheet. I called the front desk, and the receptionist informed me that she was the only staff member present in the building and was currently dealing with a crisis involving a man in the lobby. As a result, she could not leave to change the linen. Instead, she offered to move me to a different room.
I took a picture of the soiled linen and went to the lobby to show her and request the room change. While she attempted to arrange a new room for me, the situation in the lobby continued to escalate. There was a man who was harassing and threatening guests, including me.
The receptionist, an older woman, was working alone without any security or additional staff to assist her. It seemed she was hesitant to call 911, as she did not want to alarm the guests, which allowed this non-guest to remain in the lobby and continue his harassment of everyone passing by. Other guests, including myself, urged her to call the authorities. She explained that the man was supposedly waiting for an Uber, but it appeared that our safety was not a priority.
Eventually, the receptionist managed to find another room for me. I asked her how the hotel could compensate me for the unsanitary bed, especially considering that a housekeeper had simply made the bed and placed a clean sheet over a soiled mattress pad. Her response was that there was nothing she could do and that she would contact the manager.
About two hours later, the receptionist called me back and offered a free coffee voucher as compensation.
Given my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to formally request a credit for the cost of my stay, as it was uncomfortable in many ways. After a 5-hour drive to arrive at a hotel with dirty sheets, being offered a coffee as compensation feels extremely disrespectful.
Great location and I have been staying here for over 3 years during my work visits. The front desk was attentive, very pleasant and was able to accommodate my needs. I will keep returning to this hotel for my home away from home.
The rooms are very clean tidy and up-to-date. The beds were comfy ,it was a nice sleep and a nice stay. I think that they should do an adult hour from 10 to 11:00 at the pool. There were some very Rowdy loud teenagers in the pool ,throwing footballs , that made it very hard for adults and young children to swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Otherwise all in all it was a great vacation trip and a great stay.
I was in town with family for my Aunt’s Memorial Service. Our stay at Courtyard was enjoyable, we were allowed to visit and dine w friends & family after service. (fyi small gathering)
Beds not up to Marriot standards! Both beds in room 233 are essentially soft tacos. Both people are rolled to the middle of the bed. Room was clean and nicely decorated! A/C works well. Shower is nice. People working at the hotel are very nice. Since I come to a hotel to sleep, I would not recommend this hotel.
Definitely one of the better hotels my family has stayed in. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and I really enjoyed interacting with them. Honestly, the only downside of the stay was cleanliness within the room - it was generally quite nice, sans a random pill on my bed (haha). I would definitely go here place if I came to Greensburg again.
This was our first stay at the Courtyard by. Marriott Greensburg. My family and I travel to the Pittsburgh area frequently and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Every single staff member we encountered was courteous, friendly and helpful. The staff is definitely all about hospitality! James was helpful to us on numerous occasions during our stay especially when we needed to add an extra day to our stay and when I needed to send mail out before we left. Rooms are clean and comfortable as were the sheets and towels. Rates were reasonable and the location is close to numerous restaurants and near major highways. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful hotel, pet friendly if needed, accommodating staff, accessible ♿ & inclusive. Only issue was the common areas n hallways weren't the cleanest to my standards, dusty. pool area was warm & comfortable, high chlorine so you definitely need to rinse off after and could have used a thorough hosing of the pool deck.
