First class employees and first class establishment. I utilize computers at hotel as well as rooms and the employees always are friendly and professional everytime ive come to the hyatt. Be nice to the staff because they will always show the utmost professionalism right off the bat.

Stayed here for five days with the wife, two kids, and two dogs. The hotel staff were great, accommodating our needs during our stay.
If something needed correcting, the staff were very quick to fix any issues.
Breakfast was pretty good.

PERFECT! I wish every Hyatt Place was as nice as the Canton location. The room was clean, the bed was perfect, the HVAC was able to keep the room nice and cool. If you stay here and need to be up early, Waffle House is across the street, and a restaurant named Table Six up the road is probably the best independent restaurant in town.

The ambiance and atmosphere is fresh, airy and friendly. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Check in was fairly easy and quick. Parking accessible in a very good clean location. If you read the negative reviews you can tell that people have personal issues and nothing wrong with the hotel. The area is very busy and we felt very safe at all time. The breakfast is very clean but simple. The beds, and the sheets were very clean and very comfortable. Really, other than the bathroom door being glass which makes the light bright in the room, the hotel is one of the best in the area.

Room was very comfortable. I only wish the bathroom door wasn't made of glass. Too bright, when your trying to sleep and your company is using the shower. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again, if i were to visit Canton again.

Nice hotel, Nice Rooms, Nice staff but a terrible location. Being right by the freeway and a busy street, you will hear outside noise constantly, especially motorcyclists who tend to love to rev their engines every-time they pass by. Wish I could give a higher rating but the noise issues are borderline unbearable.

Reason I couldn't give 5 stars on the room as the cleaning staff for that weekend was almost non-existent. We stayed three nights and we only got our trash emptied once, and we had to request that one and they didn't clean the bathrooms. However, check-in with Natalie was very pleasant, a nice hot breakfast each morning. Location was perfect for our gathering and events and plenty of shopping and eating spots.

I stay here when work sends me to the area for training. Not many other choices available there. The staff is great, but housekeeping is a bit lacking... EVERY TIME you stay there your guaranteed to find something on top of the closet and whatever you call the wooden "beam" between areas in the room. This time it was a TON of dust and a pair of socks.

I registered for a one night stay on 5/31/23 and liked the hotel so much that I chose to stay 2 more nights and commute to and from Cleveland. The facilities were very clean, well run and filled with amenities. What make this hotel the absolute best is the customer service. The front desk staff that works evenings is so accomodating and kind She definitely enjoys her job. The new staff at the fromt desk has superior people skills and is going to be a rising star here.
I leave tomorrow for Indiana and I know I wont get this level of attention there or at any other hotels for the remainder of my trip.

Staff is exceptional.... everyone is so friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. It's off the freeway easy to get to and close to the Football Hall of Fame but not too close where it's too busy ?

While in town for a race, I selected a property that was close to downtown. This nice clean property was less than 15 minutes from downtown Canton where the race started and finished.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. The ice machine in the third floor worked. They have a nice outdoor patio that backs up to the Highway but it’s not problematic.
The free continental breakfast is typical of what you will get from a hotel with free breakfast. It’s fine if you want to save money. I love that you can make waffles (yum) and they have a variety of tea options.

I spend a lot of time in hotels, and this is one of the best I have been to. The prices are low so as to believe it to be just casual. However, the quality of the room was much higher. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, internet tv, all the amenities, continental breakfast. It had it all. Housekeeping did such a wonderful job! The front desk associate, (I think Cody or Cory or something like that) was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m very impressed.
