The room was very nice. I had a suite which was like a mini apartment. However, from the time of check-in, First, I notified the desk clerk that I had forgot my toothbrush and she gave me one. I asked her for toothpaste to accompany my toothbrush and was told I would have to purchase it. I've stayed at this property before and had the same issue, and was given toothpaste, never to be charged nor at any other Hilton establishment. Second, got to my room and no ice bucket. Third, the cleaning staff failed to refill the soap in the shower, therefore I had no soap to bathe. Fourth, the hair dryer was missing. Fifth, the soaking tub was broken and would not retain water. I checked in to this hotel with hopes of some relaxation, instead, I felt like I was a member of their service recovery team. I stayed here before, and the experience was not this detrimental. Not sure what has happened, but not impressed. - Response from GM “ Thank you for contacting Hilton’s GA regarding your recent stay at the HGI Las Colinas. I am sorry to hear the several items missing out of your room. We would have loved the opportunity to make it right and correct these issues during your stay.Since we were not made aware of these issues during your stay; we are unable to issue you any refund. We hope to see you again under better conditions.”. - The fact this GM could not hold himself accountable or his staffs accountable is telling. I will not ever stay at a Hilton brand again as their service recovery is sub-par and they really don’t care about the customer experience. - The GM lacks holding himself or his staff accountable. I was fully transparent regarding my stay and made the staff aware of their deficiencies. Sad…….

Worst experience ever. There is so much to say here but I'm going to try to keep it brief. For starters, I booked 2 rooms and paid in full at checkout. About 2 weeks later I was charged for both rooms again so pretty much billed twice. I contacted the hotel and everyone I spoke too tried to gaslight me and were so rude. Especially one of the females I had to deal with. They all kept telling me that its normal and it will drop off once I check in. I kept telling them no it doesn't seem right to be charged for the trip twice and its not like its the incidental fee but they kept insisting and refusing to help me until I filed a complaint with BBB. After that someone reached out to me from Executive Customer Relations and apologized to me and explained that I was double billed due to a new employee charging me again as an error. The most frustrating thing about that whole thing was everyone at the hotel trying to cover it up and make me seem like I'm crazy. They also gave false names when answering the phone because then I asked to speak to Paul again I was told no one by that name works there. The day of check-in we get to the rooms (i'm traveling with my parents) and the toilets look like they are toilets in a preschool classroom. My parents have arthritis and its hard for my mom to go that low. I went to the front desk to see if they had any accessible rooms and they told me they don't have those here. I told them that is weird because all hotels have to have accessible rooms in order to be ADA compliant. She then said they did have 1 room but the toilet will be lower to the ground than the one in the rooms we checked into which didn't make sense to me? Hilton, why do you guys have such low seated toilets and why are you not ADA compliant? If you are then your staff at this location are liarsI also got stuck in the elevator for 20 min. The call button didn't work so I had to call my mom and ask her to contact the front desk to let them know but they were rude to her in this situation as well which really pissed me off. The elevator kept bouncing and would not move up to the third floor. I tried pressing the open button but nothing happened. I kept pressing the 3rd floor button since that's where I needed to be but nothing but shaking. so I tried the second floor and still nothing. I realized I'm still on the first floor and since the open button wasn't working maybe If I press the 1 it will open. After my 3rd time pressing it, it finally opened so I took the stairs after that. One night I went downstairs to grab some cold drinks because I was really thirsty and the guy at the desk had me waiting for about 5 min before he acknowledged me. Then he said I have to charge them to my room (not even giving me the choice to pay with my card). I was too tired to object so I said okay and he asked my room number and I told him and he charged my room. I realized he never verified if that was my room. Literally anyone could have given my room number and charge anything to it because they apparently don't check whose name is associated with it.Lastly, housekeeping gave us new towels and trash bags but never cleaned the room once during the stay. We were gone often so they had ample time to do so but never did. This didn't really bother me I just found it odd.Ultimately this was a horrible stay. The staff was always so nasty, rude, and had attitudes with me and the experience was beyond horrible for us. I was going to just get a new hotel but my parents were exhausted so we toughed it out. We were there for my commencement ceremony so it was only a few days.I travel a ton and have always enjoyed staying at the Hilton but this put such a bad taste in my mouth I will never stay at another one again.

We had a delightful stay here!! We were there for two nights and had no issues whatsoever. The room, as well as all public areas were clean. Staff was welcoming. The only complaint we had at all, was the lighting in our room. It felt a little dark in the sitting area even with all the available lights on. Other than that, everything was great. Would absolutely stay again!!

It's an okay hotel. Nice and clean, for sure, and the rooms (at least the one I got) are spacious, but lots of buzzing noise from the fridge and constant lights from the TV, microwave, and clocks, so make sure to bring masking tape for those if they affect your sleep. The staff are cold and often clueless, but I guess they hire from the surrounding area so it makes sense. The food on offer is something you'd expect to find at a motel, not a hotel, but there's a Sprouts around the corner and various eating places. Overall, it's fine for a night or two, but if you want comfort and a bit of class, you should look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and the multiple fire pits and courtyards are really enjoyable. Food at the restaurant is good and I would come back and stay again, even though our sheets had lots of stains. It would be great if the staff and management took a hard look at the sheets they are using.

Very cute hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Service was super friendly and welcoming. I wasn't a fan of the food served at the restaurant nor in our meetings, but the outdoor area was the best part. Rocking chairs, fire pits, and more...

Stylish, spacious & spectacular - this boutique hotel is a great getaway spot for those living in the city or traveling from out of town. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a welcoming front desk staff & offered a beer or water. The outdoor courtyards are perfect for hanging out with friends in the fall weather. The rooms were bigger than anticipated and included cute, colorful robes and a very nice walk-in shower with custom mosaic tile. Loved all the details of this hotel and would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures online truly do represent what they offer and what you get. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very pleasant. It was a little hard to find as there are no actual sign other then for valet, so us as well as 2 other cars were kind of lost looking for the front desk! The grounds were well kept and lots of fun spaces to spend time at outdoors. Our room was pretty nice: very Texan!! The bed is a littler firm for our taste but the shower water pressure definitely made up for that! The bathroom was was all thought out with 2 big windows for natural light. However, the light that shines through at night from the street lamps at night is then replaced by the bright morning sun, so if you’re like us and don’t like that at the crack of dawn, it’s definitely ‘disturbing’.We agree with what others have said about the snacks/drinks they stock the room with: too many and way overpriced. We were planning on eating at the 2 Mules Cantina but decided to walk across the street to the music center, which was really nice.Overall our stay was great and would definitely recommend to other people!
