This place is fantastic. Service is top notch and personal. The complementary breakfast and happy hour are on point. The beds are comfortable and the sheets soft. Plus, it's less expensive than most of the places on the island. Highly recommend.

The property is really nice. I love old buildings and they did a fantastic job of renovating it. They actually lifted it and put a parking garage underneath! It was quiet. The service was excellent. You are really close to the water. The only negative was the heat. It was 47 outside and the small portable heater barely could heat our room. Other than that, great job!

The room was perfect with a fire place and jacuzzi bath. Very spacious rooms and really friendly staff! The breakfast each morning was amazing! Definitely recommend 1906 Lodge! It is a short walk over to the beach and Hotel Del Coronado.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel grounds and our room were immaculate and beautiful. I kept commenting to my girlfriend how beautiful the hotel was and how extremely friendly the staff was. Every single staff member said hello and was so helpful. The happy hour with free wine and fresh snacks were delicious. Then each morning the free freshly made breakfast could not have been better! And the staff served you when you sat anywhere in the common area. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with beautiful water fountain. We will absolutely be back. Can’t recommend 1906 Lodge enough!

I loved the location, & service, but other than that there are some flaws. First of all, the menus change throughout the day, there’s a ridiculous amount of menus. And l personally believe putting all those small menus together on one big menu would be of great help. Second of all, which really sucked was that the walls are literally like paper. I can hear anything and everything going on. I can hear people in the hallway, people laughing in the room next to me, in fact l am sitting in bed right now taking my time to write this for this specific reason. I absolutely cannot sleep, it’s horrible. I can hear their laughter, their CONVERSATIONS. Everything.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The Terrace Club area had a good selection of snacks, drinks and breakfast items. When the hot tub was under repair for a day, they held a happy hour for guests with free drinks and cheese and crackers to make up for it. The location right on the beach can't be beat. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! The rooms are very nice and have amazing views, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with tons of phenomenal restaurants near by! And you can't beat walking out the door, taking 10 steps and you're at the beach! I will definitely be going back!

The Pacific Terrace Hotel was a fabulous location to enjoy San Diego. The rooms are luxurious and spacious with a vanity outside of the bathroom. Our room had a partial view of the beach and we were absolutely pleased with the view. The hotel is located right on the beach and offers bikes to borrow for riding beachside.Additional accommodations include a pool, bar (which has happy hours, too), and a restaurant that provides room service. The entrees are perfect portion sizes for both breakfast and dinner. The staff throughout the hotel are personable and professional. They offer great information for local venues to visit during your stay.

We appreciate the kind staff and Amazing service. This is not a 4 star hotel and it does not have a complimentary breakfast or restaurant inside like advertised. Parking was very expensive (28dollars) a day. Homeless people all around the hotel and they had nothing lit up around the pool at night like advertised. They were doing a massive remodel of half the property while having guests and the smell of chemicals was insane. The fitness center is actually in the parking garage
