I like staying at best westerns, often they have a great value. The rooms are usually big or they offer a room with a seating area separate from the beds at a reasonable price. This place did and it was good, little area to work while kiddo was going to sleep. The breakfast had several options and was ok, little bland but not everyone likes spice so I get it.The pool was closed when we stayed March 16th, which was disappointing. And the bathroom was split where the sink was outside the bathroom which is a pain when someone is trying to sleep and someone else uses the bathroom. Also the sink is a large bowl so kiddo had a little trouble reaching in to wash thier hands. It isn't s bad place and is about what I expect from best Western, but wasn't the best place we've stayed, even among best westerns it is a Meh.

I booked a room here for my family and I to stay at for a quick getaway. We booked the room for the pool, but upon arriving was met with a drained pool under maintenance. I asked to cancel and get a refund and they told me I had to go through our booking site and have them call to get the refund. The site called them and this hotel refused to refund the room even though it was entirely their fault. I will never entertain staying at a best western again. Went to a hotel down the road and had an incredible experience. Shop around the area, this hotel is not worth the trouble and could care less about their customers.

Great stay! This hotel is centrally located close to the fwy without the load road noise. Clean rooms are large and spacious. The service was really phenomenal too. Breakfast spread was impressive given the value of the rooms! Would definitely stay again. I have to say a special thank you to everyone who searched high and low for my sons stuffed animal. He is so attached to his stuffy and when it went missing we were heartbroken. They called us 3 days later and let us know they found it!! Such incredible customer service!!

This hotel met our needs for the most part. The staff was very friendly, always smiled and were always available to get us what we needed. The rooms were clean and pretty nice. It seems like they are updating them. We did have some water leaking from the ceiling and the toilet constantly ran. The pool was also not heated, and the hot tub was not hot at all. The free breakfast is homemade and is cooked right in front of you, it was delicious.Overall, it was a nice place to stay for our vacation.

This is the first google review I’ve ever been compelled to write: DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed as I trusted a majority of the reviews, which in my experience here have not been accurate at all:- NOISE: I have never been in a room where the sounds seem to be MAGNIFIED by the dividing wall. Stays at small inns in Vegas and downtown LA have been more soundproof than this so far- I wish I was exaggerating. Neighbors were talking all night (at a regular voice level - not being excessively loud), but because the walls are so thin me and my child could not sleep. I could make out literally every word of their conversation- so no real privacy here. We’ve been here for one night, and we are likely going to move hotels for the remainder of our stay.-UNPROFESSIONAL: Also, upon arrival I’ve never seen workers get prioritized at the front desk over multiple customers before. There were about 3 different maids who were chatting and apparently waiting for a manager who cut in front of me while checking in with my child as well as multiple guests behind me. They also kept turning back and staring at us all, but not with concern or urgency or an effort to help us, which was weird and uncomfortable. They didn’t move aside in the lobby to wait for their boss until a good line had formed.Based on reviews and location I expected this to be slightly better than a Vegas stay, but it was exceedingly worse.

This is a pretty nice hotel in a wonderful location. Clean, modern, smells great. Nice pool. However if you have a north-facing Oceanview room you will face 2 rooftop bars that play very loud music constantly until one closes at midnight and one at 2am. The front desk happily tells you to turn on the white noise machines they have installed in the room, which sounds like a loud AC. The room next to us with a toddler felt the same disappointment. But the view was nice and location very unique.

The staff were so inviting, service was prompt, and the hotel was beautiful! You can’t beat sitting on your balcony looking out at the beach! The location was nice, walking distance to the beach, the pier, and right next door to a cute outdoor shopping area. The food in their pop up restaurant was great, too!

We had a beach front corner room on the 6th floor. Stunning views from the mountains to the ocean. Rooms are aging a little... needs a few touch ups for the price. Food and service here SO GOOD! Spa very nice.... it's small and needs a few touch ups like the rooms but the relaxation room is nice and the staff very friendly. This is also right next to Pacific City Mall which is great. More restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.Highly recommend

Came here for our anniversary. They did not disappoint. They surprised us by knocking on door and bringing us some cupcakes and a bottle of champagne with a card. I was absolutely delighted by their hospitality. The view outside of the room was gorgeous we loved seeing the sunset and sunrise and listening to the ocean. The room was very nice looking and we liked the amenities it came with two water bottles and a bottle of wine and flip flops. We ordered room service some pastries and the kids French toast. The pastries were fairly good. The French toast sticks were very moist. It was nice eating breakfast with the lovely view. There was a small issue with the bill but I called and spoke to Jerry and he fixed it. So their customer service was good on that part. They do not have option for self parking, only valet, which kind of sucks but oh well. Overall I will definitely come back again if we are celebrating something.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! From the second, we stepped foot onto the property we were treated like we owned the place. Everyone was friendly at the front door to the valet, front desk, restaurant, and bar. We had an amazing experience. Received complimentary charcuterie and wine delivered straight to our room within 15 minutes of arriving. Beautiful views. We went to the rooftop lounge, and they had a live dj, which was awesome! He played a variety of all different music.. Then there was a live group in the lobby who killed it, while we sipped on cocktails from the bar. Can't believe they're not already famous. The pool was beautiful and heated. We rode the complimentary bicycles to the pier only a block or so away, and we had an amazing trip. We will 100% will be back with our friends and family.
