EXCELLENT hotel! Rooms are very clean. Even normal rooms are wheelchair accessible!! Staff was wonderful and friendly, above and beyond! Although located right next to the highway, the rooms are SOOOOOO quiet. Pool was warm enough and accessible for me as well which is RARE!!!!Will definitely stay here here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely the best hotel experience we have ever had. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfortable. They thought of everything. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, and healthy. Staff was top notch. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming, courteous, and professional.

1-2024: Tony & I took a 2 week trip out west and began our adventure by spending first night at the Hampton Inn at Fort Smith Arkansas. It is a very lovely hotel.
The staff was very friendly and accomm odating to both myself & my hubby. They were quickly answer questions and assist with directions. Definitely recommend staying here.
Great facilities, large indoor pool and hot tub, indoor areas nice. Great hot and cold breakfast options!!

We used the Hope Room at the Hampton Inn for a small Christmas party that we planned and we were not disappointed. The room was beautiful, and Greg, Crista and Reina made the experience so easy for us. Crista was our point of contact and answered emails and phone calls very quickly. Greg and Reina helped us set up the room and even called to check with us when they realized that they needed to make some changes. It was a wonderful experience for us and our clients were delighted! We couldn’t ask for more!

Absurd customer service! Complete lack of cordiality and service. They literally said our friend got a lower rate because she did NOT mention she was with the volleyball tournament. So I mention I'm with the volleyball tournament in town and that gives me a higher rate?! What happened to customer service? I spent ten minutes trying to get them to NOT raise my friend's rate and it all fell on deaf ears. Disappointing to say the least. We literally book ten to fifteen times a year for various tournaments and have never had such a classless handling of an issue over rates.

The room kind smelled like mold when we first got in, and the floor kind of felt soft. Like you'd fall through it. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff were very nice.

Let me tell you i was satisfied with my stay. Great place. But people will ruin it. I’m a bus driver with about 30 college wrestling students on board. Experienced racism from the manager and another employee. Accused me of stealing a $2 drink😂😂. Was very insulting an outright wrong. They have cameras an instead of looking at them to confirm they just assumed i stole something. Every morning the team leaves for their day an i get a coke. I got a coke the previous morning from a different employee. Today they had no coke. I opened the fridge to see an nothing was there. Closed the fridge an walked away. Went outside to check on bus while it ran and the manager an her accomplice ran outside screaming there he is. I’m totally caught off guard like what’s going on????? You took a drink blah blah a you need to leave this hotel. I was very puzzled an also angry. Never experienced anything like this. This is a decent hotel. But your staff needs help.
