The rooms need to be updated. The vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned and add new filters. Also the outlet box on the night stand did not work nor did the room phone. They allowed dozens, literally dozens of kids to run l, yell, and scream in the hallways all night long. The breakfast was good.
Our room in this Hampton was clean. For the most part, the room was spacious however if you are on the side of the bed without the bedside table there is very little room for getting in or out of bed. This is a no smoking hotel but as you go to the entrance there were a pack of smokers which is good if you are a smoker but not if you are not. Breakfast was meh. We chose not to eat it after looking at the offerings. Staff was very pleasant.
Solid Hampton. No complaints. Clean, spacious room. I was there in early March, so didn't use the pool at all, but I noticed on my way back in from my work engagement that they had this nice fire pit as well. Very cool touch that's not standard for a Hampton.
Convenient location right off the freeway, but it's just tucked back with a bunch of other hotels, so not much to look at.
My husband and I love staying at this hotel. The staff is very courteous, welcoming and professional. The breakfast area and lobby is very clean. They are doing a great job up keeping this Hotel!
Nice clean rooms, plenty of towels, comfy beds. Free breakfast is excellent with small cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Assorted pastries, good coffee and more. Clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here in the past and will stay again.
Disappointed in the way a recent issue was handled during my stay at this establishment. A sentimental item was left in my guest room and, unfortunately, was not returned. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I received no meaningful follow-up from the housekeeping department supervisor which lead me to contacting the General Manager. With the General Manager did reaching out to extend his apology to me and my daughter, the experience has nonetheless caused considerable dissapointment and left me questioning the level of respect and care shown to guests. I had trusted this establishment to provide not only quality service but also the basic courtesy and accountability that every guest deserves. With all this said, I would give this establishment another stay.
Marriott should remove it's name from this hotel. Below standard. Bathroom was dirty with crumbling ceiling. Bistro did not honor it's posted hours. Toast ice cold. No butter. Definitely a motel experience, not a typical Marriott Courtyard experience, sad to say!
The room itself was spacious, well furnished, with all the essential amenities. Quiet and neat common areas. Generous breakfast. Comfortable bed, although it was not made up any time after check-in, (except by me) although we were there three nights. Even after I requested housekeeping, it did not happen. When I asked if I could at least have the trash taken out, I was told to set it outside the room. The front desk ladies were apologetic, saying they were short staffed. Still, it’s rather shocking that Hilton cannot figure out how to provide the very basics of a hotel stay: clean sheets, fresh towels, trash removal, even for a three night stay. Rates should be reduced or guests should get a partial refund if they just get a room and no housekeeping, even after it is requested.
This hotel is very conveniently located. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices. Was greeted by Arlene who was very pleasant. The hotel honored my request for a first floor room as I was traveling with a small dog. The room is Hilton standard. Was able park near my room. This hotel is a good breaking point for snowbirds. My only complaint is that I was not informed the bar and restaurant would be closed during my stay. That was disappointing since I had just concluded a 10 hour drive.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. I loved how they had the TV display " Welcome Deborah" as I entered my room, that was really cool! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊
What is the price range for hotels with a hot tub in the room in Rock Hill?
In Rock Hill, hotels advertising hot tubs or jetted tubs in rooms or as spa‑amenities typically cost from about $77 at the low end up to around $130‑$140 on the higher end, depending on how nice the room is, the hotel’s class, and whether your stay is during a busy time. When is the best time to visit Rock Hill for a hotel stay with a hot tub in the room?
The best windows are early May through mid‑June and late August through mid‑October. During those times, the weather is very pleasant — not yet or no longer sweltering, with moderate humidity, fewer rainstorms, and more comfortable evenings for enjoying a hot tub. Late September tends to hit the sweet spot — warm days, cooler nights, low rainfall, and more scenic foliage. Summer (July–August) is hotter and more humid; winter is mild but can be cool and wet, so outdoor plans may be more limited.
