Upon arrival, Miss Marie is quite attentive to the customers needs and make sure that they are aware of all aspects of their stay answering any and all Questions quite professionally, with an amazingly pleasant demeanor.

She could very easily be This hotels standard for customer service .

I was very pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Our room was priced well, it included a sitting area (couch, chair, leg rest) a desk, and two queen beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was good (except for the fake eggs). The conference room looks nice; the gym is limited, but clean; and the pool is heated and indoors! Lots of options on places to eat and things to do within 5 minutes drive.

Great location with better staff and rooms than the price would suggest. High end hotel level great, at a budget price. I was very much impressed with the quality in customer service, the attendant at the front desk showed. Cheerful and helpful Marie made a fantastic impression, and great stay into a memorable one. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Delightful experience at this hotel. I would absolutely recommend visiting the hotel, it was truly the highlight of my trip as unfortunately Greenville doesn’t have much to offer. The stay was solely impeccable due to customer service, location and cleanliness of the hotel. Marie should be promoted immediately as she strives to satisfy the customers needs in every way. Also, the hotel was quiet, super clean and felt almost brand new.

My kids and I were in town to visit family. The stay was good. The room was clean for the most part and the front desk always greeted us when we left and came in. Everyone was really kind. The pool was pretty small and could get crowded easily because of this. The breakfast was ok but not worth getting up early to go eat. We decided not to go back down the next few mornings to eat it even though it was included. Overall the stay was good for the price. The room was clean and room service came when requested.

Stayed in room 402 from 8-9 til 8-11. Called the front desk around 830pm to inform them that the shower pressure was extremely low and the water wasn't getting hot. If you turned the knob to the left it was cold. Turned it to the right it would be luke warm. I was told "we have a full house and that's probably the reason for the low pressure and it not getting hot" I then asked if I could be switched to another room & I was told "we have a full house and they're no other rooms available". I then go on the Choice Hotel app and it's showing rooms available. Very disappointed in how this matter was handled. I've stayed at this property 4-5 times in the past few years. This will definitely be my last time..

This is absolutely the nicest motel we’ve stayed at… ever. And we travel a lot. We were greeted by Gyasi and what a “people-person”. Actually, everyone from the front desk personnel to the staff were super-friendly and went out of their way to be sure our stay was great. The room was awesome as well!!

Came to this Hotel after a very long drive from moving out of state. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious rooms and a great location.

But the best part of the whole stay was G (the front desk staff member) he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. And after reading other reviews, I know others feel the same. Comfort Suites needs to promote this guy ASAP!! Could not be more impressed with the level of customer service he provided to me and my family! Thank you G!!! I will only recommend this hotel for any family or friends coming to visit from out of town!!

I’m always comfortable booking with comfort inns when I travel. Upon arrival everything seemed to be so modern and clean. Bye the time we got to the room I was stunned at how nice the room was and breakfast the next morning was also well prepared and put together. I would have expected the price for this room to be twice the price I paid. Nice job by all the staff

It has been a long time since I stayed in a hotel with such comfort, such cleanliness and such good staff. The man who greeted me at check-in was very friendly, he seemed to know me all his life and he made sure to ask us if everything was okay when he saw us again later. If everyone in the world were like him, it would be a better world to live in. 🥰

My wife and I stayed there on Feb 19, 2024. We were exhausted from a long day on the road and were greeted by a wonderful desk clerk. They had a room which we found to be clean, well appointed, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is new so the entire hotel had that fresh clean appearance along with a modern design not seen in other Comfort Suites locations where we have stayed. We had nice hotel breakfast there and were welcomed by the lady who had prepared it. On check-out, the new desk clerk was equally nice. Shout out to every staff employee we encountered there. Every one of them was clearly interested in the quality of our stay. Bill & Mary B, Chippewa Falls, WI.

We had a terrific storm as we were unloading into the hotel. Manager Kwame Davies was very helpful in getting me into the hotel with all of my things, wet as they were.
The room was perfect for us. Clean, and all of the amenities were just right. You made it a perfect stay.

Great price, great location, and the service was even better. Very clean hotel. When we arrived the 2 at the front desk were very helpful. One of them named G was awesome. G gave the best service that we have ever received from a hotel and we travel often. G needs to give a customer training to a lot of people/businesses.

We just left Greenville this am and "G" at the front desk was outstanding. The facility was great but he made the experience fantastic. He is truly an asset to the facility as he goes above and beyond any customer service expectations. He is truly a keeper.

G aka the “guy with the bow tie” (as he said he is called), wowed us with his amazing hospitality. Warm, welcoming and friendly. He remembered our names every time we walked in the door. He was beyond helpful and kind.

The rooms are JUST as you see them online (which can sometimes be VERY misleading). Clean. Modern. Smelled great from the second we walked into the hotel and our room did not disappoint either. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was great. Nice touch on the little market (albeit pricey, but it’s a hotel and it’s a 24 hour convenience so it was expected).

When back in the area, we WILL stay again. This entire staff knocks it out of the park, but G takes the cake. Thank you!

The customer service and front desk workers! Wow they were absolutely amazing! We had a terrible situation happen to us at our home and they made sure we were all set and provided discounts were they could provide it! They made this situation less stressful. Some of the best workers I have ever encountered!

Thank you so very much.
Rooms and beds were clean and very comfy! The cleaning persons loved their job and really took care of the hotel like it was their own home! Passion and love for people is why this place was so very great!

Lovely get a way in the hills with quaint rooms and lodges with super common areas to gather on a business trip. The rooms had some small disrepair. My carpet had no tape and curled up causing me to trip at night. The cook at seasons for breakfast was super aggressive for me showing up 6 minutes before our buffet was ready when I just wanted some water and a chair to wait in.

This is a beautiful, historic property! We stayed inside the main Lodge to celebrate a birthday. Thanks to the staff for the birthday banner, etc. The property offers both lodges and cottages. The staff member was rather curt upon check in. I offer my apology if I was the reason for this response.

The Grand Ole Hall at Highland Lakes was a perfect venue for Best Buy Metals' training event! Cami and Brian were great at coordinating, with excellent communication and providing everything needed down to a delicious breakfast and well laid out floor plan.

Several Best Buy Metals employees traveled from out of town to help with the event and Highland Lakes' suites were a perfect home away from home.

Thank you for helping make this event a success!

Fantastic experience. Stayed in the Woodward House. Ample space, good amenities. The breakfast and dinner at Seasons were fantastic. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the wildlife and nature on the resort grounds. Conveniently located near multiple attractions. Highly recommend, will definitely re-visit.

My wife and I went here for their Thanksgiving Day buffet. We have traditionally stayed home where I was the chief cook and bottle washer on holidays. They had a very elaborate spread laid out and very well presented. The waitstaff was especially attentive and professional. I enjoyed the buffet although it was really too "southern" for my tastes. Candied sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, etc. I guess that it would be fine if such dishes are to your liking unfortunately I don't. The green bean casserole wasn't good and should have been made with French cut beans baked until they are soft and tender not crunchy and chewy. In summary if southern cooking is what you like then I think it is fine. If your tastes run to a more traditional turkey with bread stuffing and such you're likely to be disappointed.
