I love how the pictures make these rooms look so inviting (being sarcastic). Room VERY dated. Missing the drawer in the nightstand. Hair in the shower/tub also weird discoloration in the shower. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom & it also had a SUPER weird smell. You could see the dust in the lighting above the bathroom counter. The bottom trim was literally coming off the walls. Had to slam the door to get it to close & could also see a good amount of light from underneath the door. AC made a screeching noise when the fan cut off so had to run it continuously so it wouldnt wake us up. Freezer needed to be defrosted. Dog was barking for most of the night. Would not recommend, we literally almost left after staying one night, but was too tired to drive back home (a state away). I knew I should have taken pictures.

We did a last minute reservation, drove almost 4 hours. We checked in, and after carefully checking We found our bed to have bed bugs/bug crawling. I went to front desk and told them. Even told him I would show him. He said it was no need they were "outside bugs" I have a witness to the whole conversation. I requested a refund. We had to borrow money to find another for the night as there was no way I would stay in another room after that with 2 children. They denied our refund even though we did not stay at that hotel due to the bugs in the bed.

Very dated. We could see light under the door. Burn marks all over the tub, writing on the bathroom door. The freezer definitely needed to be defrosted at least an inch of ice all the way around. However the room was clean. Staff wasn't real friendly. In fact the guy who checked us in was borderline rude. The breakfast wasn't all that but it wasn't bad.

A broken door handle, had to slam door to make it close. If you just need a one night sleep its fine. If you want to feel like its actually clean.....no. smells of cigarettes, visibly stained furniture and very old. It had towels, shampoo and soap. The bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Ice machine broken, pool broken, vending machine only takes quarters. We didn't bother with their breakfast.

It was close to everything that we needed. When we were there, the rooms were nice. We had gotten two, and they were, uh, the right size that we needed convenient well kept, roomy, enough for all the family we had with us

I had a wonderful experience staying one night for my daughter's dance competition. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, beds were comfy and we got a great night's sleep, no noise or interruptions. Great deal for the price, would definitely stay here again.

The absolute WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was supposed to stay here for 2 months (on travel for work), but only lasted 5 days. My toilet stopped flushing on day 2 and when I went down to front desk (5:30 pm) I was told it would be the next day before anyone could look at it. I was also told there were no rooms they could give me. I had to use the lobby bathroom from the 6th floor. Got stuck on the elevator (wouldn’t let me off my floor and had to go up and down multiple times before I finally was let off on ground floor so then I took the stairs). The elevator has no certification paper work posted and so I told the front desk. They seemed as if they were aware of the issue. My room smelled like mold and mildew, especially when the air was on and so I kept it off my entire trip. The room and bathroom were filthy. My 1st day I went and got some cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself. 5 days there and my room wasn’t cleaned by staff a single time. The only thing they did was take out my trash one day out of five.

Don’t stay here.

First room, 312 smelled terrible of urine.

Room 318's ceiling paint was coming off and buckled from water exposure.

Marijuana was smelled throughout the hallways.

Breakfast was mediocre at best.

There were drug deals occurring in parking lot. No security to be seen.

A homeless woman was stealing people's waffles that they were making. She also packed lots of food to take back to her homeless camp beside the hotel.

I would not stay here again.
