I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali during my stay at SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport, and I cannot praise him enough for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Ali was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel valued as a guest. His positive attitude and willingness to assist in any way truly enhanced my experience, and I am grateful for his outstanding service. Ali is a true asset to the team, and I highly recommend him for any future guest interactions!
This was a perfect place to calmly start a fun adventure to Puerto Rico. Since we had an early flight, we came the day before and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast, the shuttle, and leaving our car parked for the week at a reasonable fee - fantastic! The staff was very friendly and even made me some hot water for an evening cup of tea! The rooms and common spaces were very clean too! This is a great place to stay. Thank you!
This place is amazing. Ali continues to go above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. I also want to thank Sam for his attention to detail, Anderson for his hospitality, Gloria for her friendly demeanor and Mr. Youseff for putting this crew together. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff for making us feel welcomed and comfortable and everything else that they do in making this location as clean and comfortable as possible. No need to stay anywhere else. Thanks everyone.
I understand that this place is next to an airport, but it still feels pretty expensive. Staff is great. Rooms are nice and very clean. Definitely will stay here again in the future. With no room service and such high prices, I have to cut a star. Still, 4/5 is definitely not bad.
This is a nice airport hotel. The rooms are a little dated, and you can tell that it's an older construction hotel, but they're still fairly clean and comfortable. The service was very good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to stay here when my flight was delayed, and there were no issues with check-in or booking through the airline.
Comfortable, safe, moderately priced, clean, and the rooms were well appointed. They have a gym, but it's nothing too special. Dumbbells up to 50, and a couple treadmills.
Great location. Quiet area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Loved the breakfast area was great for a big group. I would definitely stay at this location again.
This motel is exactly what I want when I travel. Clean room, nice beds and shower, an edible breakfast. They even had a waffle machine. Anthony at the front desk was very cooperative when I asked for a late checkout.
David, the shuttle driver was definitely the smoothest and most polite shuttle driver I’ve ever had. He arrived promptly at IAD, after we called. The front desk gave us perfect directions on where to be picked up.
Prices were reasonable, no reason to stay anywhere else, unless you want to be near restaurants and retail. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.
Ali handled our checkout, and we bought some supplies from their little market. He was also very polite and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
I had to spend 22 hrs in the Washington Dulles area, and stayed at this hotel. It was a BEST case scenario. Prompt and courteous check in. In the room, PERFECT score: EVERYTHING WORKED (the thermostat, the microwave oven, every bulb and outlet, the iron, ironing board, WiFi, etc ), everything was CLEAN and impeccable (sheets, pillows, towels). I also appreciated the shampoo and soap being in wall-mounted dispensers (ending the waste madness still found at other older hotels). The free breakfast was good for me (great if you like eggs & dairy): I had toast & jam, coffee and 2 fresh fruits (banana & apple) I didn't use the gym, but it looked great, with a nearby bathroom, as did the swimming pool with available pool towels. And did I mention the convenient free airport shuttle? Perfect score, so happy I picked this hotel, I would definitely go back and recommend.
Stayed just 1 night so didn’t explore the surrounding areas but it’s easy off highway. A lots of industrial parks/warehouses in the area but it was quiet (on a Saturday). Plenty of parking spots in the property. The rooms were kind of dated especially the bathroom, but the shower head was amazing, plenty of pressure. The breakfast is typically and the coffee is good (not bland).
Traveled with my family and definitely recommend. Property was clean for the most part, rooms were very clean but hallways could have used a good vacuum. But everything else was clean and smelled good! Some of the property is currently under construction due to renovations. That doesn’t bother me but a deciding factor in picking this hotel vs others was that it had a hot tub, but shortly after arrival we found out the hot tub was out of order. Very disappointed because we didn’t see that being reflected on the site. Breakfast was hot and amazing! Lots of options. But what made the visit one of the best visits in a long time as the staff who checked us in/out. Christian was AMAZING! Really nice guy. I always appreciate great customer service and he’s the main reason I’m leaving this review. Keep it up buddy, very nice to meet you and I hope you see this!
Asked for a hottub and found out 2 days before the stay they emailed saying they no longer have the hot tubs. The door did not auto close so don't just walk away after you shut the door. Fridge has missing leg so it was tipping. Key stopped working after first use. Email communication from thr hotel was rude. Never staying there again
Don’t think I had ever stay at this particular chain b4. But I trusted the reviews; they were on point. My only negative comment is that there was NO carts in which to carry our belongings up to room. This was a bit challenging. But since they were in the renovation process I didn’t take away any stars!! Will definitely b seeking out this chain for future travel.
We traveled from Nashville and ended up coming early so I wanted to call to see if We could get an early check in as the roads were getting bad. I called from 9am to 1pm, 19 times and no one answered so we just went there. There were no cars in the parking lot, which I was honestly concerned they were closed. I was able to check in early. I asked if their phones were down and the clerk said no and I verified the number. Just weird.
I was informed during check in that the pool was closed until January 6th. We were never informed ahead of time and swimming was part of the reason we booked. No apologies, no discount.
When we turned on the TV, it did not work. The clerk switched our room. He was very helpful and friendly, by far my favorite staff member.
Later, i checked out the gym and it was 58 degrees so I went to the front desk but the thermostat is locked so no one could do anything. The TV also didn't work in the freezing cold gym.
Our bathroom was dirty. The store in the lobby also only has candy and pot pies, Tylenol and OTC meds would be nice.
The male staff member was friendly and did his best to be helpful. The two female clerks were not friendly but they did talk so loud at the front desk that we could here them while we ate breakfast (over the tv)
The manager never did try to reach out us to apologize, with comparable hotels close by, i would recommend going to visit another hotel. We should have been concerned with only 3 guests the first night. We were swindled for half the amenities and they didn't even have a waffle or pancake maker.
Bright light outside of room, do not point your up lights at the building if your blinds don't cover windows completely to make it dark. Also ac unit was very loud. Hard to sleep with a AC unit that sounds like an outside generator running.
The microwave and fridge were good, nice small kitchen sink, split toilet and sink/mirror very nice set up. The couch was very firm. The beds were soft but comfortable.
The breakfast lady was on the spot and had everything ready by 630am. Food was not too bad for free breakfast.
Just a huge short out to the location. What a stellar stay. Spot on clean and tidy lobby and the breakfast bar was perfect. 8/17 I was greeted by a very nice lady at breakfast that was kind and helpful. She had a very nice and clean Breakfast. This lady was a huge help to me. This morning 8/18 I was greeted by a gentleman, very pleasant man, listed to me, helped me get my breakfast and check out. Great super guy. This facility was perfect!
