I recently had an appalling experience at the Four Seasons Baltimore that has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment. I was stuck in their elevator for over an hour while trying to visit and make an appointment at the spa for my wife's birthday. What should have been a relaxing and celebratory day turned into a nightmare. After finally being rescued, management approached us to offer their contact information and promised follow-up. At the time, I was hopeful that this would be handled with the level of care and professionalism one would expect from a luxury brand. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have since emailed the manager twice with no response. The complete disregard for my situation and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As someone who has been a loyal customer of this Four Seasons location—frequently dining at their restaurants and utilizing other services—I am deeply disappointed by their failure to address this incident. Not only did this experience ruin my wife's birthday, but their indifference in the aftermath has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. This level of lack of care is disgraceful for a brand that claims to pride itself on luxury and exceptional service. If they can’t handle a major issue like this, it’s hard to trust them with anything. If they can’t even have the decency to respond to a customer who endured such a distressing experience on their property, it’s hard to believe they care at all about their guests.

Yep it's a hotel. Bed was rectangular with sheets and a comforter. Bathroom had sink, toilet, shower, and tub all with hot and cold water. Towels were white and nearly folded. Lobby has a front desk with nice people who happily took my credit card and quickly gave me a room key. Elevator with sufficient buttons that all worked as expected. Light switch in the room was kinda hard to find but given that I was pretty drunk that could have been my issue. Parking was a bit confusing (no I was not drunk at that stage of this operation) but the QR payment system worked well enough. Overall, if you need a place to pass out for any length of time this is a viable option for this area.

Amazing amazing amazing !Did I mention we had the most amazing stay?Four seasons Baltimore never fails to impress. They exceed all our expectations every single time. They never fail to raise the bar in hotel hospitality. From before check in to check out they catered to our every single need. Even need that we didn’t know we had. This is why we continue to come back. Thanks four season’s Baltimore for another amazing time. If we could give more than 5 stars we would as you exceeded all our expectations !!!Can’t wait for next time.

Had a nice experience at the Four Seasons in Baltimore MD and really appreciated the level of service and attention to detail. From arriving at the valet, drinks at the bar and poolside, to departure, the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend the property when staying in Baltimore and spend time at the pool where you can relax and have the resort type of experience you'd expect. While not part of the Four Seasons, I also recommend dinner at Bygone, to get an amazing meal and view of the harbor.

Just finished another wonderful stay at Four Seasons Baltimore! What truly separates Four Seasons from other luxury brands, in our opinion, is their ability to anticipate your needs and do it with warmth. Many high-end brands offer wonderful service, but with Four Seasons Baltimore, it always feels genuine and never pretentious.Concierge Michael made sure our welcome was dramatic and endearing, decorating our room in balloons, treats, and well-wishes for my wife and my Anniversary and my daughter's birthday. Not to mention they graciously upgraded our room to accommodate our family. He's truly a gem to the hotel. Is the room the most modern or updated one I've ever stayed in? No, but it's perfectly comfortable, well appointed, and luxurious without being overbearing. The floor to ceiling windows offered a great harbor view and my young kids appreciated the pull out sofa, the huge TV, and the adorable bath mat and step stool they had waiting for us.Housekeeping and turndown service were always perfectly timed and appreciated. The front desk staff were equally accommodating and you just can't help but feel relaxed and appreciated at this hotel. This was a 5-star stay and we can't wait to be back. But in the interest of candor and fairness, I will say we remember the pool experience being a tad better during our past stays. The pool water was cooler (borderline chilly) than we remember it being, the hot tub wasn't hot for one of the days, and the service staff were not quite as on point as past stays. We also missed some of the fun treats they used to pass around, perhaps a casualty of the pandemic.None of that affected the enjoyment of our stay and we can't wait to return. My family is neither their wealthiest nor most famous clientele, but they still treat us like royalty and make us feel like valued guests. My wife and I both agree that we like Four Seasons Baltimore more than our stay at Four Seasons Maui! That's really all you need to know.

Always great experience with Four Seasons, no complain at all. Great location with many restaurants nearby. We brought our little Yorkie with us and had a really nice & relaxing 4 days getaway. Lounging by the pool with awesome harbor view during last week’s heat wave!

What a fantastic hotel! The staff was beyond professional and helpful at finding places to go in Baltimore. It was my boyfriends birthday and everyone was telling him happy birthday. The room was gorgeous with a phenomenal view. The pool was stunning and so much fun to be in. The bar in the pool area was wonderful!!! We’ll be back for sure

Second time staying here. Phenomenal rooms and location, but it pains me to admit the service is absolutely terrible. If you just want a great room, you won’t be disappointed, but if you want a true 5-star experience, check in to the Four Seasons. The value for your dollar at the Sagamore Pendry isn’t there. Our most recent stay was the night of our wedding, so we got the Harborview Suite that comes with a separate soaking bathtub. I called to request bubble bath to the room and the front desk told me to walk to the 7-11 because they don’t have anymore left. To make matters worse, the Pendry doesn’t offer in-room couples massages or even have a spa on site. Because of that, we booked a couples massage at The Ivy Hotel. Lastly, I ordered 3 boxes of roses to the hotel & they refused to make a design in the room. PS: I just wanted roses in the shape of a heart on the bed. For the price of a suite here, you don’t get much outside of the room itself. Hate to admit it, but The Sagamore Pendry is nothing but a 3-4 star hotel with 5-star pricing.

Just returned from an overnight at the Pendry to celebrate my husband’s birthday. While the property is gorgeous, I was disappointed with the guest experience. I really wanted the evening to be special so I purchased a holiday welcome package that included in room treats/mugs and a cocktail credit for the Cannon room. When we checked in the amenities were not present. Eventually we were told that the mugs had yet to arrive and that the Cannon room was booked for a private function. We were told the mugs could be shipped to us (who wants that) and the credit applied to the main bar. We decided to make the best of it and enjoy drinks at the main bar. Upon checkout, the credit was not applied. This was frustrating because I would not have had drinks there if I didn’t have a credit. I did eventually ask for and receive a refund for the amenity on the bill, but this could have been handled so much better. At bare minimum, the front desk should actually follow through on what was promised. I expect much more from a high end property.

My wife and I chose to stay at the Sagamore Pendry for our wedding weekend. While we live nearby, we selected the property because we knew it would be a memorable place for us to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered to a level neither of us have encountered in our many years in Baltimore. The front desk staff provided us with a complimentary upgrade us from the harbor balcony suite we booked, into a much bigger suite, which was the biggest and nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in (counting multiple 5-star properties across multiple continents). Our upgraded suite (like a presidential suite) was so big, it had a wrap-around patio that our wedding photographer used to take some stunning pictures of my wife overlooking the harbor before our first look photos in Fells Point.Everything about our stay was beyond exceptional. From the valet staff, to the maintenance team who fixed a very minor issue with our Smart TV in our bedroom, to the restaurant and in-room dining staff who were prompt and courteous with our order, to the bartender who gave us a complimentary cocktail one evening after our wedding... staying here was something my wife and I will always remember, and recommend to anyone who wants to experience the best of Baltimore!

WOW. Just wow.I am local to Baltimore and got married last weeked. We couldn't go on our honeymoon right away so opted instead for a fancy staycation.Pendry delivered! This is truly a 5 star experience in the best location in Baltimore. We had an upgrade on our original suite which gave us the perfect space to host the bridal party for hair and makeup and even get some pictures on the gorgeous corner balcony.Every step of the way, the staff at the pendry made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone there is geniunely friendly and conversational. Will never forget our wedding weekend there and if you are from Baltimore or beyond looking for the best hotel experience, look no further.

We got some dinner here and had a fantastic time. Glad to see how they revitalized the building. Valet is extremely reasonably priced, especially with validated parking. I had one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time here. The only downside: it is 5-star, which means expensive; it can't be a guarantee you'll end up getting your money's worth since it sets such a high bar. The food was very good when it was good, although when it would miss it felt more disappointing. We'll have to come back for a stay in the rooms to give this a more fair review, though.

The Sagamore Pendry in Baltimore certainly has a high-end aesthetic, with beautifully decorated rooms that feel elegant and thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere is sophisticated, and the decor is on point. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the luxury image. The staff seemed ambivalent and somewhat disconnected from guests, lacking the warm, attentive hospitality you’d expect at a hotel of this caliber. Attention to detail was also lacking—despite booking through Chase Sapphire, we were amusingly given an Amex-branded card. Little missteps like this added up and took away from what should have been a flawless experience.

We had an amazing experience here twice before. Beautiful restaurant and bar. In the past service has been extraordinary. Today (Sunday 9/29 at 2pm) the bartender (Robert) could not have been more rude if he were trying. We stopped for a drink after lunch nearby because we loved the bar and bartenders in the past… but this guy couldn’t have been less friendly or less welcoming if he were trying to be.

We were so impressed with the staff! Tiffany in the ballroom was so friendly and helpful. She even stayed a bit over to get us familiar with the venue and help get staged. Cencere, Damien, and Michael with the Valets went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our trips in and out seamless. We were there as vendors for a wedding and guests as well. The only regret we had was that our rooms were not booked here! We stayed at a different hotel, and if it was to do over, we would have been here the whole time. Definitely the nicest staff we encountered on our whole trip. Beautiful spaces and great location. Couldn't recommend them more. Keep up the good work!

They're basically a scam. Booked a room, held the reservation for less than 24 hours. Called to cancel because my kid got a fever and we had to cancel our vacation. They confirmed my reservation was cancelled! Then I find out a week later they only refunded half. No notice. Nothing. Just a scam. And reaching out to them since has yielded no help and terrible customer service. They can't wait to get off the phone. We are planning our rescheduled trip, but it definitely won't include this hotel.

You could see how they take pride in doing so.Room was beautiful, lovely view from balcony of the water.Pool was so beautiful, amazing to lie so close to the water. Extremely relaxing.Inner courtyard was a lovely added touch. Thanks so much and I hope we can return again.
