Greetings!Let me start by saying, I am not a frequent stayer in this hotel; however, when I’m in Beaumont _ The Hilton Garden Inn is my hotel of choice.The rooms are spacious & clean, the beds are very comfortable & the location is great for me (with its easy access to the freeway).Although the housekeepers & other staff members are “wonderful’,I would like to point out a particular guest service's representative *Miranda*. I cannot rave enough about her! I always stay at this hotel when in town. It is a beautiful hotel, however I’ve noticed and mentioned in surveys before that the furniture in the lobby and restaurant either need to be professionally cleaned or replaced if dirt stains cannot come out of the material. Also the paint was peeling by the entry door to the room, in the hallway, and bathroom. The desk was sticky from someone’s food and I cleaned it myself with wipes I carry with me at all times. The carpets in the hallways had stains. Not the hotel’s fault, but highway construction is now right at their doorstep. It’s a complete mess so beware! I hate to see this hotel get run down as it is one of the most decent hotels in town. I also want to mention that if you need an ADA toilet with bars, this hotel only has a couple of rooms that can accommodate. The toilets are low even for me and I’m 5’3”. The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are professional and friendly. I’m sure their hands are tied in regard to maintenance. It’s usually the owner who needs to take responsibility and get things repaired and cleaned up. I hope that happens very soon.

Our stay was wonderful. We got the accessible room because of a wheelchair-bound family member. The accessible room was stunning. The woman at the front desk during the daytime shift was extremely helpful in outgoing and the rest of the staff was nice as well. Very clean room, great amenities, nice bar downstairs, they have a in-house chef just everything you could want.
Extremely nice for the brand series. Nice contemporary decor when you walk in, friendly staff and clean rooms. Really like the central AC controls in the room, and the full size bottles of lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were a huge plus. They are attached to the walls of the shower!!! Super cool!!! The location is a tad of a hassle, but not their fault; Beaumont is under freeway construction. Would stay again!❣️Sorry for the lack of room pics, family still sleep😍
Stayed here this past weekend for the Ladies in Leather Motorcycle Rally. All staff that I dealt with at the hotel were friendly. I saw negative reviews about a female night clerk, but I encountered a male night clerk and he was pleasant and friendly in my dealings with him. Only downside to this hotel was the elevators are pretty ragged looking and very slow and loud. Also, the driveway transition from the road was a tad rough but my room was nice and the AC worked great. I'm normally not a fan of indoor pools but this one was ice cold and really felt great after a long hot day on the motorcycle.
The location was great, the staff was pleasant, the air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of foods. On thy down side, the pull out couch was stained, so my son was forced to sleep on the couch, without it pulled out into a bed. Also, the pool and hot tub area was dark, dingy and smelled terrible, like mold and mildew. The entire area needs scrubbed down with bleach. Luckily, the price was low, considering what was provided to us.
Now that I have gotten away from this place and have verified that no erroneous charges have been applied, I'll post a review.The hotel is nice. Location is nice. Nothing to be concerned about in those regards at all. But that night clerk... just as others have said, she's unbelievable. She immediately starts off rudely with a "what do you want" and it only gets worse from there. When you get to the point of paying, she explains (rudely) that you'll be charged extra as a deposit and you'll get it back... but the way she says it "If it's not just like it was, we're gonna keep that deposit!" and REPEATS it! Just sitting there, flapping her huge fake eyelashes and treating customers like dirt.Considering I'd been up since 3:30am and it was 10:30pm, and I'd been on the road all day on a motorcycle, in the heat, I wasn't about to correct her attitude. She'd CERTAINLY cancel your room and send you out if you so much as even remarked about her tone. I just sucked it up and went to my room.As it turns out, they don't just charge you a deposit, but they charge it TWICE somehow. I asked and they said it was because there are two different vendors(?). Those charges are off now, but I fully expected to have to fight for it... such was my experience with the clerk...
Room was clean with no issues, morning service was great, however when checking in the lady at the front desk was the most rudest person I've meet in a long time. I know it wasn't just me because other guest was complaining as well. I know if one my employee's treated a customer that way they would be fired on the spot. Because of that one bad employee I believe I will try some place else. This is a weekly trip for me and I shouldn't have to deal with this.
Our visit was fantastic however, I cannot forgive nor excuse the non-professionalism, bad attitude, and lack of service by the night clerk.Being greeted with "What do you want?", followed by pointing instead of answering questions, the final insult: "Don't come in the front door use the side entrance." Said side entrance was broken with a sign posted.Moving to the positive, the room was Phenomenal, the breakfast Fantastic, and the morning staff, exactly what we expected and needed.My suggestion get there before the 10 pm and your stay should be FANTASTIC.
