Recently had a wedding of 50 people at the Lodge and had a fantastic experience. The price was great for the accommodations, the space was great for entertaining and hosting, and there was little needed for decoration thanks to the existing furnishings and decor. Working with the owner was great and we found it easy to schedule time to tour multiple times. Would highly recommend a room rental or full Lodge rental for any occasion.

We loved this place. We made a literal last minute decision to go to Iowa from Indiana with our friends . I called and the owner answered and said come on and he would meet us there . 4 and a half hours later we showed up and he met us there at 7pm. We got the 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was perfect. The whole place is gorgeous . We loved the back patio looking down at the river. We will definitely go back.

So, my girlfriend booked this place as an Airbnb and didn't realize it accommodates WAY more than 2 people PER room. It was basically a suite with two separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms each with its own jacuzzi tub...we tried em both! Wasn't until she went to pick up room keys did she find out it's for bigger events with bigger groups...oops.. owner was fine with it sense no events were booked anyway! Needless to say we had PLENTY of space for the two of us. Only one other couple in the building this particular weekend which gave us free run of the place. Pool was awesome being only two of us there. Definitely would book this place for an actual event!

We used the whole facility for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was like having your own 5 star private hotel. The accommodations were wonderful and a great place for us all to be together but yet have your own space. I would highly recommend River View lodge .

We had such an incredible experience at the River View Lodge! From the moment we walked in, this first class venue welcomed our business team with an elegant ambience and gorgeous view over the quaint town of Le Claire, Iowa along the Mississippi River. I was excited to find out that this lodge can accommodate various types of events from business meetings to wedding receptions or even family get togethers. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for work and we loved it. The front desk was very helpful after some confusion, and the rooms were very clean. It is on the edge of town which was perfect, and was very quiet. We felt at home here all week and would recommend it to anybody coming through town.

Stayed there due to water issue at my house. Room was great, hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend fir travelers coming through Atlantic.

Arrived to find a half empty cup of juice in the fridge and toilet not flushed. The worst was the next morning when we found live BED BUGS!! When we showed the manager, she suggested that they must have came in on our luggage. They moved us to another room and we pulled back the sheets, and found more bed bugs. We immediately packed up and left as did the couple that came with us. The manager was rude and kept saying it was not possible even though the gentleman up front and the housekeeper also saw them. She did not refund us for our stay and tried to not let the other couple cancel their second night. Absolutely disgusting experience and service. BE WARNED!!

It is an 8 min drive from the highway, located in a small town. However the hotel looks nice and the service is also good. The Room was pretty clean. 4 towels. BUT, I Wasn't'able to close the room door. The coffee maker was extremely dusty and dirty, the rest was fine. Also decent breakfast included.

We stopped here on our way home from Utah to Michigan very late. The lady checking us in was so nice and even helped us carry our bags. They have complimentary rollaway beds, cribs, fans, etc. The room and bathroom were insanely clean & beds crazy comfortable (the sheets, omg). Oh! And so quiet! We've stayed in 6 hotels this road trip and this was by far the best find at the cheapest price. You will love your stay here.
