My first time discovering CBI was absolutely a dream. The location is beautiful. The service was great, from front desk, valet, food and beverage, and housekeeping. The ladies at the spa were also great! We stayed in the White Cap with a living room space, 2 fire places, and large bathroom with double sinks and large bathtub. We dined at the Sacred Cod for lunch and cocktails. We dined at Stars for breakfast and dinner, we also did in room dining twice. It was all so perfect. I totally recommend this place for a romantic get away or even a girls trip! I can’t wait to come back with warmer weather and be poolside! Thank you to ALL CBI staff. Special thanks to, Chef Ben, our AM server, Orasis, and the director of F&B for allowing us to feel at home! Totally 5 star property and hospitality experience to remember 🙂
This place is top notch in every way,from the minute we pulled in,everyone was accommodating,the valet,the front desk and the wait staff were more than eager to make you feel very welcome with a huge smile.We stayed in one of the ocean view cottage suits and the view is breathtaking,the attention to every detail in this accommodation is unbelievable,by far the best I’ve ever seen,the bed,the fireplace,the bathroom,everything was just in a high class by itself.Overall I would give it five stars since it’s the highest I can rate it,and the complimentary ride that they give you around in one of their Lexus fleet cars was just the icing on the cake.This is a world class luxury right here on Cape Cod.
I spent this past weekend staying two nights at this luxury resort. We had two ocean side cottages. They each had a gaslit fireplace and two flat screen TV's. They were cozy and comfortable rooms. We spent Friday night at the tavern in the main resort. The drinks and burgers were delicious! Even though the weather was crummy, we enjoyed the view, coffee drinks by the fire in the main house and a movie in our room. Saturday night we went to a local restaurant called Delmar. The resort again dropped us at the restaurant and picked us up to bring us back after dinner! The other bonuses were the great showers and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds!! So incredibly comfortable!! Whether we were at the front desk, having turn down service or getting ice delivered we were greeted with a smile and kindness! What an incredible experience! We highly recommend this slice of life in Chatham, Massachusetts 😁❤️
We met friends last night at Chatham Bars Inn to have dinner at the Sacred Cod. We were told that no reservations were accepted and arrived at 5:15 and were prepared to wait. We were told the wait was one hour. We grabbed some drinks and sat in the lobby. We checked in with the hostess about 45 min into our wait and was told by the hostess that they gave our table to a party who walked in and insisted on being seated immediately. During this entire time there was an empty table for four. After checking in again at one hour and 15 min we were told that we needed to wait a bit longer. We asked about the empty table and was told that it was reserved for an important person. Keep in mind they do NOT take reservations.They were understaffed for the busy holiday weekend. We understand this is an ongoing issue but to be treated the way we were has resulted in us not ever wanting to go back. Do better…#chathambarsinn
One of the best hotels we’ve visited in the US. The services, including room service, in-room dining, and general staff attitude are on great European level (speaking from experience).We’ve got a spa room for entire weekend and had a great time. We will certainly return here during summer months.

If i could give a zero i would!! Absolutely horrendous staff, called to get my veteran father a room and they turned him away. Just left the worst hotel experience i have ever encountered. Last night my room was vibrating i wasn't sure if it was the ac or something else, when i brought it up to the guy at the counter to transfer me to another room he said were completely book out, ok i get it and nothing he can do but and told me to sleep on the couch lol. He apologized and said he's been complaining alot to corp. This morning when exiting the "so called gym" that doesn't even have any thing that works for cardio, tread mill dead, peloton couldn't connect and smelt extremely musky. When going to the elevator the same guy from last night was talking to the technician and the exact words came out of his mouth "I'm so f**** done with 418 and 421 the technician then says tell them just f**** leave the hotel and find somewhere else and stop booking people on the 4th floor".... WOW !!!!!!! This is how this hotel treats their clients. The room is decent size but had a horrible smell, bed sheets felt like they haven't been washed, the towels were very rough. The breakfast in this hotel had no fruit, no cereal, waffle machine was broke, and looked like everything was microwaved. This is an embarrassment to Hilton Hotels
Easy access from Rt. 2 and a fun town with a cute center. Very close to many activities in the area, too (Turner Falls, Shelburne Falls, Deerfield). Friendly staff and great free breakfast makes this hotel an easy choice to return to the next time we are out that way.
I don't believe our room was cleaned after the last guest. The microwave and fridge were dirty with spilled food. All around the microwave there was rice and other food crumbs clearly visible. The kitchen and vanity area were not whipped down, clear visible dirt. The carpet left socks and feet black after just a few minutes. No TP or conditioner? Very dusty! The mirrors windows and wall headboard were filthy to say the least! $800.00 for 2 nights Columbus day weekend. I thought when a room was cleaned a supervisor is supposed to check things out???? Your staff was very friendly though clearly lazy. I will discourage anyone from staying at this location. Hilton standards?????
