We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic! The customer service was on point. I had two packages shipped there and they held onto them for me, despite one arriving after we checked out. They just renovated and it is really nice and very very clean. I recommend this hotel and will probably have family stay here when they are in town.

Also, this hotel has a pool AND hot tub. Many hotels are moving away from the hot tubs. Both the pool and hot tub are inside, were clean and fully operational. This is a must for us since we have kids. Great value!

Very Pleasant Experience!! I stayed there and was Very pleased. Cuddos to Upper Management for this homey environment & Exceptional Customers Service ?. Will come back again to stay & Especially to have Breakfast & Coffee ☕️. Thanks Again Mari Good Customers Services is hard to come by. I would gave 10✨️'s . If it was a option.
This hotel was wrapping up a major renovation while we stayed there and the room and common areas looked very nice. They have two elevators but one seemed to be out of service leaving just one elevator for guests. The it was a minor annoyance waiting for the one elevator so we often used the stairwell to go up and down since our room was at one end of the long hallway. The included breakfast was basic and decent. No complaints there. Good for the price. The attendants at the front desk were great. Plenty of parking outside. We saw one EV charger in the parking lot, if you're getting there with an electric car. It very close to a major mall and plenty of familiar restaurants. It's a short drive from the old historic part of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Very good option if you're visiting Annapolis for the first time.

Newly renovated rooms. Clean and comfortable! The only thing outdated was the gym yet it had all the basic equipment. Had a comfortable stay! Also enjoyed the complementary breakfast! For convenience, its hard to beat SpringHill Suites.

Some areas are a bit dated, but the rooms are spotless and the property itself is very well maintained!

Stayed there for a Naval Academy reunion. 10 minutes by car to the Academy. Right by Westfield mall. Room was clean and everything worked. Free breakfast beginning at 6am during the week, 7am on the weekend. Quick trip to Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for home games at about half the price of in-town hotels. Second time I've stated here.

Management displayed excellent customer service and communication skills. I will definitely be back. The location is close to the Naval Academy, downtown restaurants and nightlife. The cookies and breakfast selections were scrumptious - and the best part is they allow pets! Thank you again for making it so right! Very much appreciated.
We had a short getaway, and this was the perfect place. The room had a lot of space. The bed was super comfortable. It was a nice, quaint and quiet area, too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a perfectly fine hotel, but the room (though somewhat renovated) and lobby areas were clearly old. The breakfast was very good. In my regular room with 2 queen beds the sink was inside the bathroom, which made getting ready tricky with 4 people.

Would not recommend. No indoor pool open during the week and they pick and choose the hours during the weekend. It's important guests know this because some with kids really enjoy pools. I would have went somewhere else had I known upfront about the pool situation.

It looks like a nice place. At least it does in pictures. The bathroom door doesn't close without lifting and pushing onto place. The fridge is small, really small and the door has a broken rail so you can't put bottles on it without them falling out everytime. The staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast is adequate but the coffee is horrible and the eggs taste like they were microwaved. For the price - I would not recommend.

Quiet eventhough close by the highway. Bathroom very clean. Hallway carpet could be cleaner. The room had a slight old carpet smell but tolerable. Great selection of breakfast hot items such as eggs, bacon or sausages and hot waffles. Cookies available in the afternoon. Safeway is just across the street has very good fried chicken and collard greens. Front desk staffs very helpful. If you're ambitious Annapolis Waterwoks trail is only .3 miles from the hotel.
the hot tub and pool closed at 8pm, and then we found out that during the week the pool and hot tub wasn't even open! so we wont be using this hotel again.....too bad, because the breakfast and the free cookies were good, the price was reasonable, and the location was close to the mall and good restaurants but even the neon sign outside of their hotel says indoor pool and hot tub which is not entirely true if hours are so limited........

The staff was wonderful. The inn was cozy. The dining staff should have a better understanding of the English language. I asked for butter, and the lady was clueless as to what I said or wanted. However, the food selection was vast!
I'd love to visit again.

Country Inn & Suites was such a great pick for our family's weekend getaway. This hotel was clean and offered wonderful facilities. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was large and inviting. Fully stocked with towels. The hallways were clean and well lit. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast because it didn't open until 7am on the weekend and we had to be out by 6:30am, but we were able to use the room for our group when we brought back lunch. It worked out well because our group had 3 different rooms and couldn't fit all of us in the room to eat. The check-in process was quick and easy with ample parking out front. The check-out time of 12pm was much appreciated to allow us to sleep in and recover from early wake ups all weekend before getting back on the road. Contactless check-out was great and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will most likely be back on a yearly basis and I will look no further than the Country Inn & Suites.

This is a very nice Country Inn & Suites located in a great and easy to get to area. The rooms are nice and roomy and the front staff are very friendly and courteous. I would rate five stars on the room except for the fact that the bed was not very comfortable and I did not sleep very well. Aside from that this is a great location and a great hotel to stay at. Thank you

Good location, nice suite, nice shower (missed having a tub), good service. Lady keeping things straight for breakfast was great. Several restaurant's within short driving distance. Safeway grocery store right across the street. Annapolis is a neat city to visit. May come back again someday.

First time staying at a country inn by Radisson i didn’t know what to expect but it is similar to a Hampton Inn. The outside facade looks like a house set in the country with a covered porch complete with rocking chairs, the lobby reminded me of a grandmothers living room, etc. but everything else was modern, clean and in good working order.

Room was standard. Two queen beds. Air conditioner with fan option that blocks out any noise from parking lot. Bathroom was updated.

Free parking. And they offer a free shuttle bus to downtown Annapolis.

My only negative was the price we paid to stay here. It was parents weekend for Naval Academy and prices were expensive.

The room wasn't really clean. I bought my own Clorox wipes and cleaned the Entire Room with wipes and Lysol. The tub had brunette hairs, all over the bathroom sink and tub.

The breakfast, left you hungry for breakfast!

I don't think I'll return to this hotel again, so disappointed.
