We came to White Rock Creek B&B for our 22nd anniversary. Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the tasty breakfasts to the beautiful land and the rooms. The owners are great people and very welcoming. They made us feel at home. We will be back!
We had an AMAZING experience for our anniversary at this bed and breakfast. It was the perfect getaway close to us in Dallas that allowed us to get some privacy and quiet. The owners are wonderful people who make a mean French toast. The champagne tub was perfect! We are definitely coming back here again. Thanks so much for making our weekend a success 😁
My wife and I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast on White Rock Creek in Waco for our honeymoon over New Years 2025. Proprietors Dana and Retha were very accommodating and also informative about the Waco area as that is where they are originally from. The rustic, country setting near the creek, walking trails, pleasant accommodations, and fantastic breakfasts beat expectations. A short 5 minute drive took us to dining, entertainment, and shops. Pricing and flexibility at the B&B during our visit were pluses, for sure. In addition, in your visit to Waco, don't miss the drive along the Brazos River and its many parks.
Owned by a very charming couple, they do a wonderful job making sure the rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The rooms have everything you could possibly need and more. The location is quiet and serene, yet you are close to all that Waco has to offer. Breakfast was an absolute delight, more food than the average person could consume. I highly recommend the stuffed French toast. We will be returning to this B&B on our next adventure to Waco.
Stayed here for our wedding and hands down the most wonderful place we’ve stayed at. More intimate and cozy than a regular hotel. The staff was beyond friendly. Our first bed & breakfast experience! I would say our only complaint would be we only got to stay for two nights instead of longer and this review only allows me to give a 5 star rating instead of a 10 star which is what they deserve! Maybe we can make it a tradition to come stay here every year on our Anniversary to get away! Thank you for the wonderful experience.. it was like putting the icing on the cake! ??
I surprised my mother for her birthday. Neither of us had been to a bed and breakfast before. It was INCREDIBLE!! I don't know if another could hold a candle to this experience. Everything about it was incredible. However, the hospitality was a true gift from God. They were so kind and giving. Best breakfast also.
An outstanding experience can’t wait to get back there again the hospitality is above and beyond . The softest bed ever slept in my life. The rooms were exceptional clean. breakfast was amazing especially the French toast A must have. Would love to come back every year and make it in anniversary thing. thank you guys for making us feel so special.
We attended a convention in Waco and used 9 of the rooms. Briana, in the sales department, went above and beyond in making sure our stay was excellent. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
The room was beautiful and spacious, two kings and a sleeper sofa. The mattresses were awful! Not what I’m used to with Hampton Inn. Creaky, thin, and not firm. Everything else was fabulous.
Rooms are clean look to be newly updated and their breakfast selection was great The two ladies managing the breakfast department were amazing they kept the food warm well organized like it should be and all the tables clean
This is an older hotel. The atmosphere and customer service are very good. The hotel is not. The look of my room was very nice, but many issues. The air conditioner cover was left off on the floor, the office chair was falling apart, and the shower had very little water pressure and dripped all night. The mattress was definitely old, and had no cover between it and the sheets. The sheets were good, but the pillow batting was hard. Clean room, but not completely comfortable.
I made a 2 day reservation and received a confirmation. Great! But when I made it to the hotel the following evening - no rooms available. They tried to find a room at other hotels without any luck. I guess Diamond status doesn’t really mean much. Then they had the nerve to actually charge my credit card for one day. Abusive! I will be avoiding this hotel from now on and I’d recommend the same to you.
This was one of the nicer Hamptons I have stayed at. Great location. Rooms are big and atmosphere is nice, especially for the price. Hotel staff was friendly and I would stay here again if needed. Was on a business trip for context. Would recommend.
My boyfriend had gotten a room for us and he wanted the one with the jacuzzi well upon arrival at the hotel they gave us a regular room. They wouldn't compost for the price difference front desk was actually really rude. But because there was nowhere else to go and he just wanted to spend time with me and relax cuz he had worked 70 plus hours all week We ended up just toughing it out. AC didn't work and there was no hot water. We informed the front desk but nothing was done about it. Breakfast is really gross. Or what's supposed to be enough higher class hotel I probably could have got better amenities at a rundown Bellmead motel
The rooms are outdated. Carpet reminds me of an old casino with busy patterns and dark colors to hide stains. My shoes were always making sticking noises when going from carpet to bathroom tile. Friend of mine had bed bugs and had to evacuate. I stayed but had to endure the most humid room ever. I think maintenance tried to fix it but the humidity level in my room was uncontrollable. Not going back. Good location and the breakfast was consistent. Staff tried their best but this is just a worn down Hampton inn with early 2000s everything
