Came in w/o a reservation at 1:00 in the morning. Jacob M. was at the front desk and was extremely helpful and wonderful - Thank you!
The room was clean and VERY nice!
On the negative side: We found the room kind of chilly, the heat unit was off -not a problem at first, we like a cool sleeping room, but still a wee bit of heat was desired. Problem: The heat unit is not thermostat-driven. We turned it on very low heat - as low as the controls seemed to allow. We were awakened at 4:30a in an uncomfortably warm room.
Otherwise Thumbs Up!

I stayed here last week on a trip to Colorado. The location was convenient, the room was cleaned well when requested, and the hotel is tucked away in a nice surrounding area, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the price.

The breakfast was extremely basic. Since it was free, it’s hard to complain, but after the second day we decided to eat elsewhere the rest of the trip. The TV was small with only basic channels, and the Wi-Fi—though free—was a hassle since it required logging in and watching ads every time and had limited data. It could definitely use upgrades for what they are charging.

At over $265 a night, it simply wasn’t worth it. The setting was pleasant, but the quality and value fell short of what we paid.

Stayed here while attending a show at Red Rocks. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was top notch. Special shout out to Holly and Danielle for being so awesome and extremely helpful when I was having trouble booking. They are a prime examples of excellent customer service. The location was super convenient for us as Red Rocks was just short drive away. Perfect for getting out of the hustle bustle of the cities. We will definitely be back!

This started out as a 5-star review until I came down to the “complimentary breakfast”

This is a beautiful hotel with nice room and comfortable beds in a super cool location.

The staff was helpful and friendly

The complimentary breakfast was completely gone by the time we got there at 9:00. Cereal, but no milk. Gravy, but no biscuits. Waffles, but no syrup. No eggs or sausage left. So breakfast choices were yogurt and bowl of fruit. Breakfast was supposedly still opened, but just nothing left.

Pretty nice hotel. Not a bad price for the location. Super comfy beds. Breakfast was meh. It would have been nice to have soy or almond milk available and potatoes on the hot bar hence the three stars.

Our stay at this Comfort Inn was perfect - this was probably the best “chain” hotel experience I’ve had. Staff is friendly/very professional, rooms were spacious and SPOTLESS, and seemed to be recently updated & grounds are really well kept. You also can’t beat the location and the amenities. We really enjoyed having the pool, hot tub & sauna which was perfect after a day of exploring. This hotel is about 10-15 minute drive from Red Rocks, which made it so convenient getting to and from our concert. Definitely recommend staying here.

Though I was surprised the price was high for a place that was off the beaten path, I will say it's a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable with great staff.

We loved this place. We stayed while attending a concert at the Red Rocks. The manager (I believe his name was Steve) not only took the time to visit with us but also pointed us to a scenic trip and a wonderful BBQ joint in a nearby town. We will go back if we have the opportunity.

A great experience. In the area for work and stayed a few nights at this location. A special thank you to Shelly for her great service. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well run. The morning I left there was a sudden winter storm in the area. Great job to the local officials for keeping the roads clear. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Big shout out to Holly at the front desk! We were welcomed along with our dog! My dog got her a welcome letter and a bag of treats! We also had a room with a outside patio that she could go do her thing, with a poop bag site. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! Pam

A little tired but clean. Great price and just OK breakfast. Right on the highway so easy to get to but noisy if you are on the wrong side. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Would stay again if the price stays low.

Good value. The service here is excellent, the breakfast is decent, my room smells good (big deal to me) and the bed is very comfortable. I had a bit of an issue with a noisy/slow filling toilet and the WiFi is kind of a pain because you have to keep re-connecting to it but for the price I think it's a good value!

I wasn’t expecting Taj Mahal. I knew that the room was clean.Ish enough. Pool was drained, elevator not working. What I’m upset about is the staff and being overcharged! Man at the front desk overcharged me last night I will be disputing charge. Staff is incredibly rude and relentless when they want you to check out I was going to stay for the rest of the month, but they made me feel so unwelcome basically pushing me out the door and I’m not sure why I’m quiet, clean and respectful and I tip well Their loss but I am making a complaint! Also, there was somebody above me that banged on the wall constantly rudei checked out and left my keys in a clean room

Being from out of state, finding our way to the access road to the hotel was a challenge for our 3-day, weekend stay. Google Maps saved us. It's located in a quiet, medical and residential area, parallel to Hwy25 - only one way in.

Upon our arrival... NO pool, NO hot tub, NO ice machines, NO elevator (out of order!). The front desk was very polite and helpful. The carpet *throughout* desperately needs either thoroughly cleaned or replaced - seriously disgusting.

Our room came with the same dirty, stained carpet. We discarded both queen bedcovers right away bcz they were also stained. We immediately requested new sheets. NO sign of bugs (tG).
The bright spots of the room were the heavenly beds, clean bathroom with incidentals, iron & board, and the up-to-date, clean minifridge, microwave, & tv w/remote. A safe was not available.
Room service consisted only of emptying the trash can and replacing used towels (surprising, but ok with us).

The self-serve breakfast was okay: scr.eggs, sausage links, toast, waffles, corn flakes cereal (only), milk, oj, and coffee/tea. Once the bananas, apples, and indiv.yogurt's were gone on Sat morning, they were not refilled again for the next two mornings. The juice machine was out of order.

The carpet, stained bedding, elevator, and lack of facilities as advertised (in that order) are the primary reasons we will not return.

The main reason for the 3 star rating is the following:
1. The shower was not cleaned. There were a lot of small hairs on the floor of the shower. My wife would not shower in that shower.
2. The carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed in a really long time. Had to walk on the carpet with my socks or slides.
3. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and only 2 hot selections (eggs and sausage), and if you count waffles.

The staff was pleasant while checking in as well as checking out.

We stayed here 3 nights . When we got into the room we didn't have power to half of our room we talked to the front desk lady she switched our rooms for us and was the only nice customer friendly employee we meet. Our 2nd room didn't have any cable and the toilet sprayed a large amount of water when you flushed it but by the time we noticed any of that it was already late and we didn't say anything we didn't have enough energy to move rooms again so we just made do. On (Sunday)our check out day we discovered our truck was giving us some trouble and we're going to have to wait for our family to drive (275 miles away) to help us. I talked to the front desk guy about waiting in the lobby until our family could drive up and help us and he was extremely rude & uncaring and said we could only stay inside one hour but no longer he also wouldn't allow my son to use the public restroom because it was "only for customers" but we were customers we had just stayed 3 nights here.

First off, it's a quality inn not a comfort inn. This means it's only a 2/3 star motel, so anyone expecting 5 a 5 star stay is outside their minds. The motel was great! Though the pool wasn't wasn't open and the fitness room was closed as well, the service was great. Debbie, the lady at the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful!! The room was very clean and did not smell funny nor of cigarettes. Location was right next to the freeway which sucks and makes sleeping a little tough for those who are sensitive to noise while sleeping. Breakfast was great! The shower however was horrible, as the water leaked out the spout causing very low pressure from the shower head. Towels, sheets, blankets were all clean with no stains on them. Not a bad motel if you ask me, and oh yeah, Debbie was very nice and very helpful, I appreciate her going above and beyond accommodating me, and spending the time with my seemingly endless phone calls trying to get a room at 3am. The hotel (suburban something) down the road could not check me in due to their system being down) and Debbie's worked patiently while my company scrambled to get me a room.

It wasn’t the best and it definitely wasn’t the worst. We faced the freeway and it didn’t keep me from sleeping. Maybe because the AC that was awesomely keeping me comfortable was running. I can’t remember ever staying in a hotel with a AC under the window being quiet so I laugh at a previous review where they complain about hearing the freeway traffic AND the AC - really???? It is an older property so if you are looking for new, fresh and flawless, this isn’t for you - that is why I only gave it a 3 star rating BUT I can say our hallway did NOT stink, our room did NOT stink, there were no stains on either comforters and the room was clean. The bed was most comfortable and I loved all 4 of my fluffy pillows - I definitely went to bed with a smile on my face…….. Neel was awesome - thank you sir for being pleasant and making our checkin process so easy and friendly. The FREE breakfast was nice enough and I walked out with a full stomach. (Love that waffle machine).
Location is bad because at night all you can hear is traffic from the freeway, it was hard to fall asleep.
Parking area feels sketchy especially with the other hotels near by and just the statistics around the danger of being near the freeway in a large city. Needs better lighting.
Front desk was nice but I do not like that they hold an extra room charge plus the deposit. The extra room charge is an authorization, get that, but never had that happen at any other hotel. I feel that 189$ hold is extremely high for a quality inn, that's over 200$ for one night even if I'm getting it back it's still gone for a few days.
Room was clean except the hair in my towels. Bed was comfortable, tv is super duper small 😆. Like 32 inch maybe, just hard to see in the big room.
All in all a 3 star hotel at best.

Place is a dated dump. THERE IS NO POOL OR HOT TUB!!! However, when you book, this is not disclosed which is misrepresentation all day long. Rooms are small, carpet was stained. Comforter also had a stain. Gross! I only stayed one night out of a five night reservation and cancelled the rest of the nights. Thank God I got a refund. Front desk employee was very helpful, think her name was Sandra.
