I had such a great experience here! I was worried that I would have trouble getting into my room, but Tobin at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and didn't get upset or annoyed with all the questions I asked him! I totally recommend Hotel Covington. I would also like to add that at the end of my trip, Tobin, as the valet, drove me to the airport. The staff was awesome!

This experience is the reason people book hotels. Our Christmas Day stay was everything we could have asked for and more. The room was spacious and the additional touches, like the in-room Nespresso machine, velvet curtains, cozy robe and locally curated drinks and snacks made the experience feel so luxurious. The bed was insanely comfortable, the room was clean, playing Christmas music upon our arrival, the lobby decorated beautifully and the staff, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

I just wanted to give feedback of my experience this past Saturday. My sister mollie was getting married and I didn’t realize how long of a day it was going to be so last minute I decided to book a room. A young lady was helping me at the front desk and I asked her which rooms were available. She told me she could give me a 2 bedroom at $400 a night I said great I’ll take that. I ran to my sisters room to get my purse and came back down to book. She quickly booked the room and gave me a key and walked away from the desk. I looked at the key which said 3333 and I assumed I was just going to the elevators behind me to the third floor. When we got upstairs we searched the entire floor for room 3333 and it couldn’t be found. With kids and all of our luggage in gowns we made our way back to the busy front desk. The gentleman there said we weren’t even in the right building ! That would have been nice to know! We finally get to the room which was not the easiest to find, and it was very nice a little too big but nice.we had a great stay but then I checked my bank account and I was charged over $500 for the room when she told me it would be $400. I didn’t get her name because she was in such a rush and only muttered a few words to me during the whole process. I work in management in the hospitality industry and would want this feedback of one of my employees. Thank you.

I live in Louisville and I came to visit the hotel Saturday January 27 2024.Went with friends to the speakeasy they weren’t very busy. Walked up to the bar to get a drink. Bartender never acknowledged us our turn to say hello. Nothing finally waitress says she would come get Or orders from where we were sitting so we went and sat back down. Like I said, they were not busy. She finally came over for the order took forever to get. Never came back to check on us I had to walk to the Bar to get another drink. Everything was slow. I don’t know what the problem was. Did not feel welcome. Will never come again. Service needs Match the pricing. If you pay top-notch, you better supply top-notch service

Room was fine for the most part. I went to shower and water didn’t get very hot. Less than three minutes into the shower, lost all hot water. A couple hours later we receive a text from hotel saying there was an issue and they were shutting off water for an hour in ten minutes. Water issue was resolved after that. We ordered room service just a few minutes after 8pm. 2 burgers with fries and two beers. Was told half an hour. No big deal. At 9pm we still had no food. We weren’t starving but they stop serving at 930 so we called. At 915 the food showed up and it was COLD. Like it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. And both bottles of beer had best by dates of August 2023. Poor lady said she was the only one working. We told the front desk about the food at check out and somebody was supposed to contact us, but never did. $67 for two burgers with fries and two beers, I would expect the food to be hot. Less than pleased about that and lack of communication.

Beautiful with lots to do! The rooftop pool is really nice. There was never a bar tender there when we were there but maybe it’s because it was already getting cold? We just brought our own drinks up. Otherwise the amenities and guest services were spot on. Super helpful bell staff in particular.Everything you want or need is here. You could easily never leave the building! But it’s also located right at the heart of tons of things to do. Will definitely stay here again.
