Me and my family enjoyed staying 3 nights at this lovely property. The service when dealing with rooms is great, but its restaurants are terrible. We ate at cortina the first night and waited over and hour for food, second day we had lunch at the pool and they were very slow and inattentive. I had to ask them to remove dirty plates that had sat there for an hour. The views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable, they provide oxygen and liquid iv for altitude issues, they also have bear spray for rent. Really nice property but the food service for a 5 star needs some attention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montage Big Sky Hotel in Montana, and it was an absolute mountain paradise! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with a rustic-chic aesthetic, complete with a plush bed, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, with exceptional service that made me feel right at home. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a world-class spa, outdoor pool, and fitness center. I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and took advantage of the hotel's ski-in/ski-out access to explore the beautiful slopes of Big Sky Resort.Dining at the hotel's restaurant, Compass Rose, was a highlight, with creative farm-to-table cuisine and exceptional wine pairings. The hotel's bar, The Living Room, was a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace. What truly sets Montage Big Sky apart, however, is its unparalleled access to outdoor adventure. From skiing and snowshoeing to hiking and mountain biking, the hotel offers endless opportunities to explore the stunning natural beauty of Big Sky.Overall, I would highly recommend Montage Big Sky to anyone seeking a luxurious and adventurous mountain getaway. Its perfect blend of natural beauty, amenities, and warm hospitality make it a true gem

This place is amazing both in the summer and winter. Five star accommodations in the middle of paradise. Endless amounts of powder skiing in the winter and blue ribbon trout streams in the summer. There is so much to do around the property and with easy access to Yellowstone National Park. A bit expensive, but that's what heaven in the mountains costs. We love Big Sky and the Montage is our first choice for accommodations. We will be back soon.

Incredible stay at Montage Big Sky, truly 5 stars in every capacity. Staff is terrific at every level and are genuinely interested in making your stay the best possible. The resort is beautiful and dining is top notch. Further, there are tons of family activities to explore on property which added to our fun. Highly recommend!

Rooms: The rooms were very simple but modern, I wasn’t able to watch Netflix as it required extra pay for chrome cast on the TV, but the bathrooms were neat with a bathtub. The view from my room wasn’t the best but if you were in the lobby it was pretty! Wish they had combs to give out for the rooms and space to put milk or our own beverages in the fridge. Considering the cost, it is not bad but not up to expectations.Services : Very friendly people in the hotel, staff were nice and helpful. They did amazingly well in cleaning our rooms and refilling the soap, etc.Location: Great view from the lobby, nearby to the main city and close to trails, overall pretty and easy to travel to places.

Stayed 4 nights here with the family and we enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were that room service never came the entire time so we tossed out our trash and grabbed fresh towels from the room service cart that was conveniently parked by our door twice during our stay.

Hotel was immaculate. Rooms were spacious, guest services was beyond helpful. Would stay again without question. The only suggestion for the hotel is to increase the water pressure in the showers which left a lot to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in June. The staff is very friendly and rooms are nice. However there are no safes in the rooms. This made me feel overly conscious of my valuables and electronics. I'm sure they have a safety deposit box at reception, but that's not convenient when you need access to things various times of the day/night. Also I could hear every footstep above me from the ceiling on the upper floor. The footsteps were very loud. If you stay here I'd recommend the top floor. Again the staff was very nice, but i would not stay here again due to these issues. Have stayed at other hotels in Bozeman and never had these issues. Also FYI parking an additional $12 per day.

The location this hotel resides in is dangerous, so much so there is a $12 nightly charge for BONVOY members who park a car in the lot. Increased security and awareness I guess 🤣🤣🤣 This property has the potential to be a solid three stars if they try. Breakfast was dirty, disorganized, and not appetizing. The room was fine, The reception staff was fine. We won't stay here again.

The rooms themselves were clean, but the king bed is also more like a queen. Also, without telling us until checking out, they charged our card an extra $95 plus tax for having our dog with us. We booked through Booking and it said pet-friendly, with no specific fees listed. We always expect a fee, but NOT $75 automatic cleaning fee, in addition to the $20 dog fee, especially considering we had our dog with us at check-in and they said nothing. We would have found another place for an additional over $100 for the dog fee had we been told. Also, $12 parking fee on a property like that is pretty ridiculous. Middle of the city, maybe… we’d understand, but not with a lot and in a location like that. Overall, they nickeled and dimes us with taxes, fees, and parking for $150 over our $199 king suite room fee. Certainly would never stay here again when there are so many other great options in Bozeman.
