We stayed at the Glenn for Valentine’s Day. The room, hotel and service were great. The rooftop bar left a little to be desired. Drinks were a little weak and service was very impersonal.

Upon arrival to our room…the bathroom door handle was broken off and the door seemed to be coming off the hinges. We also had issues with the bathroom door staying shut and the soap dispenser falling off the wall. While getting things situated we decided to have food…the restaurant has the worst customer service imaginable While the Host nd Hostess were great the waitstaff was terrible and the tables aren’t washed just wiped down with disinfectant the floors weren’t swept. I was seated near kitchen where u can hear all the nasty comments the staff make about the guest. The only staff that was friendly/helpful were the Hostess and the Bartender he was the highlight of our stay made a superb Lemon Drop! The Sky Bar however was disappointing it has a beautiful view but the Lady Bartending was seemingly playing a personal playlist of heartbreak music was not the vibe also the area to get to the Sky Bar is sketchy there is a door leading outside tht anyone could access during the day there was an ATM for public use and the elevator doesn’t sound the safest going up.It is in walking distance to MANY different activities nd such which is a plus

Stayed here while attending a concert in downtown Atlanta. All of the hotel staff were helpful and professional, but the one who help me out the most was Ms. Angelique who work front desk. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels, but I've never stayed in one that had such unique decor that extended even into the rooms. The rooftop lounge has an amazing view. Will definitely return.

Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was a cool spot for an afternoon cocktail. The roof was really nice with great views. Rooms were clean and the decor was pretty cool too.If you're in town for a game or a show at State Farm Arena, this place is the perfect location

Creative hotel with the lion, the witch and the wardrobe touches everywhere beautifully designed rooms – they did a great job with a makeover of an old property. The rooms are tiny. They are comfortable, but everything is super small and tight. The designer touches and finishes throughout the hotel are noteworthy. As a woman who is traveling alone, I don’t appreciate that. The front desk has no line of site to those who come into the hotel as the front desk is tucked back in an odd corner, making it difficult to find. They do have key cards required after hours to get in those saw several people holding the door for others as we entered last night.

Here for a work trip and have had a great time! Front desk was super helpful and rooms are beautiful. The bartender Taylor was amazing as well! Super friendly and a sweetheart! She made us two of her cocktails (not on the menu) but were exactly what we wanted and gave us suggestions of things to do in the city for our one free day! Thank you again Taylor!

As someone who has traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that my recent stay at Kimpton, Shane Hotel in Atlanta was by far the worst I've ever encountered. Despite the hotel's clean rooms and decent accommodations, the abysmal service overshadowed any positive aspects. The staff at Kimpton, Shane Hotel were shockingly unreliable and provided the poorest service imaginable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The lack of professionalism and attentiveness was evident in every interaction. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was utterly disappointing. The call of food was atrocious, and it was evident that little care or effort went into its preparation. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the overall disregard for guest experience.Despite the hotel's physical cleanliness and decent room quality, these aspects were completely overshadowed by the extremely bad service. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend Kimpton, Shane Hotel to anyone unless significant changes are made to address the glaring issues with service and food quality. In conclusion, my experience at Kimpton, Shane Hotel was nothing short of a disappointment. It's clear that the management needs to take immediate and drastic measures to improve the level of service and overall guest experience before I would even consider staying there again.

Loved everything about this hotel. Modern, walking distance to Atlantic Station and many other places like Starbucks, the Theatre etc.. They have an amazing bar (Brittany was great)!Outstanding customer service (Chantelle) front manager was also amazing and pleasant to deal with. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and provided any requested items during our stay very promptly. Cannot wait to return just to stay here. By far the best hotel experience in Atlanta. They are truly the 1% and it shows. Valet was also very quick in bringing our vehicle and you can text them to bring your car around and literally by the time you make it downstairs, your car is waiting. I could go on and on about this place! So in love!

This is a beautiful classy hotel with one problem. Signage! The Shane hotel is a fresh new product that took up residence in Midtown Atlanta. All new and very beautiful! I was met with outstanding customer service from the front desk Manager DaCorrie. He was loaded with a wealth of information with a very professional attitude to boot. Once I was in my room I was just as impressed with the layout and the amenities offered to enhance my experience. WOW! I headed to the lobby to start a city adventure and I needed a little help Jenny, fantastic support!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jane in reservations and Katrina (if that’s their real names) are very rude. This hotel charged my card and I wasn’t suppose to be charged until the actual day I check in which is in the middle of next month. Then gave me a hard time about it. No apology no nothing. I’m definitely gonna make sure anybody I know doesn’t come to this hotel. Warning! Watch your card activity!

Come on in and have a seat. It's story time. This is a beautifully modeled hotel. The evening happy hour with a light bite is a classy touch. The rooms were CLEAN with a contemporary feel. I love the tiling in the bathroom with the foot-motion sensing light. It is a thoughtful touch. Great shower pressure and a complimentary robe to greet you after your shower. The mattress is perfection. It is plush and it hugged me while I slept ;-)The only cons: The hotel offers valet only parking. There is a public parking deck adjacent to the hotel for self-parking. There is a chiller in the room, but it is designed for beverages not food. Lastly, there is no microwave on the property. The room doors are extremely heavy, so be prepared for a noisy hallway.

A great hotel. A warm environment and comfortable bed.Although their bathroom looks very modern, when people enter the bathroom and close the door, there are walls on all sides, without armrest to help to stand still. I had a very painful foot that day. Because there is no armrest, I struggle to support my painful feet while taking shower to ensure that I don't fall. That is inconvenient for elderly or injured guests (in fact, I saw some old couples the next day). But it is still a very good hotel. Just hope they could consider about this.

I was at the hotel on December 27-29, the experience was not bad. The hotel is nice and the treatment is friendly, I just have to say that when you make a reservation they ask for a deposit of $150. I stayed one night and then decided to extend, they told me it was another reservation so I had to deposit $150 more than that money. It was deposited between 2-5 business days. After a week I called because I never got the money for both deposits ($300) they told me yes in the next business days...: and well today is 1/20 and I still haven't received the money back.

Some positives would be trendy and upscale and very clean. Staff is super friendly and hospitable. The bathroom and shower I must say is very nice and new aged. Location is everything honestly as it’s a central point to shopping and venues. Very nice welcome package handwritten note and fruit tray. Super quiet and very modern.I must say, I felt like I was in New York with the space in this room. Online it seemed much larger but in person, truly a New York matchbook feel for such a high price point. I like how they cram all of their priced options into the fridge with no room for you to place your items in without moving theirs around. $10 for M&Ms? I mean really. This is not Dubai lol. Lastly there is very little storage space for your items.

The hotel is in an area of town that has experienced significant growth in recent years with many new mid rise apartment complexes popping up everywhere. This is definitely an urban hotel as a result. There aren't a lot of tourist attractions in the immediate area so expect to take a ride share or drive to most places. The hotel itself is nice and modern. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is the shower. The shower head is tiny and the water pressure is weak. Additionally, the hotel hasn't installed shampoo and body wash holders so they sit on the floor. This is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Midtown Atlanta, and I must say that my overall experience was far from what I had expected. While the hotel itself is charming and has a great location, the service I received left much to be desired. The first impression is usually the most important, and in this case, it was certainly not a positive one. The front desk staff was not only unhelpful but also surprisingly rude and difficult. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests. It's unfortunate that the first interaction with the hotel's staff was such a negative one.Regrettably, the issues did not end at the front desk. The rest of the hotel staff were equally dismissive and unwelcoming. It was apparent that the staff was not genuinely interested in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the guests. This attitude, I must say, greatly affected my overall experience at the Kimpton Midtown. However, it wasn't all bad. There were two notable exceptions to the poor service – the two ladies working in the dining area and the valet staff. They were warm, welcoming, and made an effort to provide good service. These individuals stood out, and their friendliness and professionalism were a refreshing contrast to the overall service I encountered during my stay.

This is the best and ONLY hotel I ever stay at when I’m in Atlanta. I first stayed in Oct 2022 and I’ve been impressed by the outstanding service ever since. The rooms are all amazing especially the view from the panoramic rooms. The beds are really comfortable and I love that I can stream Netflix. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is great from Decorrie and Sam Jenkins who have both always been extremely helpful to all the amazing bartenders (especially Trinity and Ann), the outdoor valet staff and everyone else I’m always made to feel at home. The only thing that could drastically improve is the limited menu and the food quality at the restaurants but everything else heavily outweighs that. Customer service alone is definitely a 10. I’m thankful to have found such an amazing, accommodating and outstanding hotel that makes me feel at home whenever I visit. To say they go above and beyond would be an understatement.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and even let us change our room to a higher floor. Keys are needed to get to your floor and we felt safe. We had a great view of the city. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bar was nice, but the restaurant breakfast was overpriced and tasted just ok. Other than the room smelling like someone had smoked cigarettes in there, we loved this hotel. We would go back.

Rooms are clean and modern. Front desk needs to work on customer service - water was turned off due to water main break (not the hotel’s fault). But they could have handled the situation better. The hotel did not notify guests and we practically had to argue to get refunded for our second night stay. For a luxury hotel, I expect top notch customer service and hospitality for every guest.
