Want to feel like a Disney princess? Visit here! My only criticism was valet. The employees were very abrasive and hit my car into another car. I asked them not to roll down my windows and they did. You don't have an option not to valet, so I'm unsure how to navigate this in the future. Other than that, the rooms are so beautiful with sprawling views of Disney. The food at every restaurant was fresh & yummy. They have character breakfast & the characters have the cutest custom outfits on. There are loads of amenities everywhere such as sunscreen, water, gifts, games. The pool is exceptional. There's multiple pool areas including a lazy river, hanging baskets that hold an entire family, & pool games. There's an adorable coffee shop off the lobby with cozy seating inlayed into the wall. It's a large property to stroll & admire the art as well. So well done & worth the cost. Plus the entrance is in Golden Oaks which is so cute!

Really nice resort in Orlando. Multiple pools, never felt crowded. Great lazy river. Service was impeccable. Free shuttle to the Disney Parks. Golf course looked great. $45 for club rentals and use of practice facility.

Hotels just don’t get better than this place. People working here are fantastic. Hotel is modern and luxurious. Rooms are sparkling clean and large. Food is great. Fantastic place to spend time if you want to be near Disney. Even the valet guys were great! Didn’t wait more than 5 min for my car. Worth every star!

Absolutely incredible stay. Amazing property, the kids loved spending time enjoying the pools, lazy river, basketball court and other amenities more than going to the parks! The rooms are spacious and incredibly luxurious. The resort is the perfect for kids of all ages, while still being an incredible oasis for the parents! Actually feels like a true getaway while still being so close to all the Disney action! Can't wait to return!

Our family of four had an incredible experience at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. We unexpectedly had to fly down from Canada for our son's medical treatment, staying for two months. Despite the challenging circumstances, Morgan and her team at the Ritz went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. After enduring a tough month leading up to our visit, with much time spent in the hospital, our son arrived feeling low. However, the hotel consistently surprised us with thoughtful gestures and outstanding dining experiences, bringing immense joy to our son and daughter.Their efforts not only brought back our son's smile but also left a lasting impression on him—he constantly asked to return to the Ritz whenever we drove through Orlando. Morgan's exceptional care and attention brought us joy during a difficult time.We are immensely grateful for these memories, which we will cherish forever. The hotel's exceptional rooms, restaurants, grounds, pool, and top-notch service truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was just reflecting back on some of the highlights of 2023, and after our cruise in November, we decided to spend the night at the Ritz Carlton, Grande Lakes outside of Orlando. It was such an amazing beautiful resort, the total feel of luxury, set apart from the busyness of the world. We enjoyed the pool, fine dining and superb service.A highlight, and I would be remiss to not mention, would be meeting Donna, the chef at breakfast on the morning we were departing. What a soulful, beautiful authentic woman who puts so much love into her cooking. So much so, you can taste it in her food. The omelette, made-to-order, that I had that morning was perhaps the best I’ve ever tasted . which is saying a lot in light of the fact that we travel quite a bit and stay at the finest hotels. Be sure to go by and see her… she made my day!Thank you so much to the Management and staff who are so conscientious about giving their guests the very best experience!

Visited the property for a Spa day with a friend. I have to say; the service is always impeccable. However, the property is a bit run down and not worth the price point they market themselves at. I purchased 2 50-minute sports massages for my friend and I, totaling almost $600 for below-average massages. The Spa area was average, nothing special. For this price point, I would not come back and instead visit a nicer property with a more up to date spa and a more well versed message therapist.

Even though our stay was fairly short, we had the best time ever! Our room was spotless and very beautiful. The balcony view of the lake in the morning with the sunrise was breathtaking. We had room service and the Italian wedding soup was delicious as well as the Ritz Carlton Cake slice. Ali at front desk checked us in and he was super helpful and friendly. He gave us wonderful tips and highlights of the property that made our stay better knowing. The morning of our departure we had breakfast at Highball and Harvest and it was delicious! Chef Donna is an absolute sweetheart and you can really tell how much love and care she put into her craft. She was the highlight of our trip and we would return just for her alone. She was absolutely amazing and very personable. She made my boyfriend fresh pancakes to take with us for the trip and he loved every bite. She make the best omelets from scratch and is the most kind person you'll ever meet and you can tell how much passion she has for her work. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The views are wonderful and when you walk into the hotel you feel at ease and calm. The location is wonderful and perfect if your looking to get away from Hussle and bustle.
