Love the pantry, what a great touch to have drinks and snacks available all day.Rooms are cozy with perfect little kitchenette area that allows for two desk areas for remote workers. The WiFi is solid and strong.Staff is invisible but present and around when needed. I liked that.Location is just a wee (a short car ride, long walk) from the center of town but with great diner (Ricks), 7-11, burger place and ice cream shop all within quick walk, it makes for a good outpost.Definitely recommend and would return.

I was going to leave a 5 star review but sadly theft was involved. The location is great, it’s a very cute chic boutique and staff is friendly! BUT I left my hair straightener on the sink because I used it in the morning and forgot to pack it because I wanted it to cool down first. Within 15 minutes of leaving I reached out and asked them to check and they confirmed it wasn’t there. I pulled over and checked my luggage’s and it wasn’t there. Where could it have gone? We went straight from the room to the car which was about 20 steps away. Saddened by the cleaning staff lying unfortunately. Will not be recommending or coming back.

Wow what a nice hotel. Stayed here last night, spacious room, good air conditioning even though it was very hot. It was a very pleasant and fun stay, also nice that you can have a drink and croissant in the morning.

Quiet retreat in the middle of town. Cute ambiance and nice pool. Several great photos ops here, especially nice for a girls trip. The room is nice, though the beds are a bit small to share and the shower in the bathroom could stand to be twice as big. Like it enough I would return even with all the options in Palm Springs.

Always a 5 star experience. This is now my second stay here. The rooms are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with drinking water and a keurig for coffee. The pantry has complimentary snacks and beverages for guests which is amazing. The property is lined with beautiful murals and has a tiny rose wine bar that is adorable. The pool has floaties and lounge chairs, so YES spend half your day lounging and drinking rose. One of my favorite Palm Springs Stays. Thank you for another wonderful experience. And thank you Corey for providing my mother and I another top notch experience! We will be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May '24. Overall, had a really great experience.Great:- Staff is friendly, speedy, and accommodating. Even though one person worked at a time, it felt like they were everywhere.- The pool area is super relaxing. Chairs were never full and the atmosphere was always very relaxed without feeling awkward or too loud. You could read or socialize easily. No kids :)- Bike rental was awesome for getting around town.- Rooms were stylish and comfortable, and everything worked well. It was nice that they were on a code, too, and not on a card or key.- Location was pretty good... about a 20-30 minute walk to town or a 5-minute bike ride. We never had to Uber, but some nights the walk back seemed a bit long.Not-so-great:- The rooms, while comfortable, weren't necessarily 4-star. The AC was a bit loud and so was some of the street noise. Not enough for earplugs per se, but there were a few gate bangs and early morning cleaner noises that woke us up.- The "continental breakfast", while available all day long, wasn't anything to rave about. Yogurts, packaged oatmeal, semi-fresh croissants, bananas.- Coffee could be better... but the Cartel Roasters across the street makes up for this one.Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

My wife and I decided to take a midweek Palm Springs getaway while our son was also out of town. The Andreas was listed in TravelZoo's Top 20 and recommended for Palm Springs and we were not disappointed. It's a small 25-room hotel that's been in operation since the 30's. Quaint, clean, cozy rooms with comfortable beds and a small pool that was so quiet and relaxing! It's a 21 and over hotel so no kids and no animals--fabulous! The staff were all very personable and thoughtful. We also indulged in the spa for a massage and facial and were very pleased with that experience as well. I worked for a large hotel chain for over a decade but this was more like a B&B experience to us. We very much enjoyed the property and will return soon!

Beautiful old hotel in amazing downtown location. Have stayed multiple times and great place to relax and get away. Park the car, and not use it again until the end of trip. Walking distance to numerous selection of different restaurants and shops, etc. Some great bars and a small fun karaoke place too.Hotel could start to use a bit of fix up, but overall a really great stay. Interior courtyard pool and jacuzzi.

the spa was pretty bad. we did not stay at the hotel but visited the spa for the couples getaway package (mineral soak/couples massage). nobody was at the front desk when we showed up 15 min prior to our appointment as instructed and we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came down.when someone finally appeared she didn't greet us, introduce herself, ask our names, or confirm what we had booked, we were just handed clipboards for our paperwork and told to sit in the quiet room. when i walked across to the quiet room i could see a different employee sitting on her phone in another back room, and she must have been sitting right there 3 feet away the whole time we'd been waiting at the front desk. when i was done with the paperwork i spoke up to say we were ready and she told me to go sit back in the quiet room. they seemed like they didn't even want us there, and were scrambling to accommodate us but we were the only customers there.the bathtub for the "mineral soak" was scalding hot and we had to drain half of it and refill it with cold water to be able to even get in. i asked before the woman left what they had put in the water just out of curiosity, assuming there was some kind of bath salts and she said, "it's just umm...you know...bubble bath."our massages were good, which was the one saving grace. but the lack of hospitality was the most memorable thing about our visit.

Clean rooms, nice location and good parking. Best part of our stay was the interaction with the employees. Really good service and the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel or resort.

My husband and I love to stay here, the front desk agents are always welcoming and friendly. Their rooms and amenities are beautiful, comfortable and the best part is they are located on downtown Palm springs where there are lots of dining options, different attractions in the area.
